We had a great experience with World Stone. Our contractor is a perfectionist and he uses them so I knew I could trust them. Randi gave us whatever time and knowledge we needed to choose our quartz and Pasha was excellent in making the template and giving us all the info we needed. The installers did a masterful job. We would definitely use them again.

Great attitude on the part of the sales staff and a quality product but...It took two trips to get to work right.. They Showed up at my building without the sink I had ordered.50/50 chance on this one: they prepared the granite with the leather side up. Id ordered polished.They had to redo and return.On the other hand, they corrected the problem quickly and installed. Recommend that you confirm with them twice specifics of the job to be done.Otherwise, High marks.

Great fast service, reasonable price. The tech they sent out went well out of his way to leave us happy.

Countertops turned out as requested and in a timely fashion. Small issue being unable to receive requested information was corrected by Sales staff. All personnel that we worked with during the process were very polite.

Im not giving 5 stars because the counter isnt installed yet. My review is for the customers service I received during my selection process and the environment of their facility. I have worked in factory environments for 45 yrs. This facility is clean, organized and well lit. They are also safety conscious. Watching out for the customers safety while looking through the remnants and having the customer step back in the showroom when the forklift retrieved the piece. The remnant I selected was placed on a cart so you can see the whole piece and discuss layout for your counter and backsplash. After I made my selection they explain their process from template, sink, faucet, edge profile, overhang, sealer, timeline, payment........ They seemed to cover it all. I forgot the name of the sales person I worked with (my bad) but he was helpful and knowledgeable.I have been to many fabrication facilities over the past 3 yrs (remodeling every room in my house) and this is a definite go to on my list.I needed a large remnant for a bathroom. I choose granite and felt their price was good in comparison to other places I had been.So glad my hunt is over. It can get overwhelming. Good luck to YALL!

We are still waiting to get our counters installed, so no opinion yet on quality but customer service is beyond poor. Supposed to be installed today. I called this morning to get a time and suddenly our stuff was not ready and no one will return calls or even answer the phone at this point. We have had one headache after another just trying to get simple answers out of these people - and all for one simple counter in the kitchen. This is the vendor that IKEA uses, so if you shop there, BEWARE.

Great service and lovely employees. Absolutely loved the granite counter tops.
