I have used Intown Granite of Charlotte for two projects at our home and they have been great to work with each time and the quality of their work is excellent. They provided and installed the granite for an outdoor kitchen and both a kitchen expansion and an office work area. Intown Granite called in advance of appointments to verify schedule, arrived on time and left the area of work clean. I would absolutely use them again for any of our counter top needs.

Terrible. Dont even go there. I had absolutely worst experience that is still costing me a lot. They change pricing and have no ethics.First, they provided a $7500 quote for porcelain countertops and promised the edge I wanted (I asked for standard one on display). Then turns out they have no idea what they quoted and they came back asking for $4000 more!!!! YES, $4000 more after I already paid. With bunch of excuses.I went back to choose quartzite to stay in my budget. They quoted $7900.Surprise!!!! They again came back upping to the price to $10,500.Mind you, they had templated and had all measurements.Twice!!!! I would have not chosen these materials if quote was correct. I lost weeks because of this company. It took a week to see reimbursement. I worked with Andrew and Nick.What a way to not quote properly, mess up and never make up for it.

I would not recommend this company. Found their website online, came during their business hours and was told they couldnt help us or talk to us because they are by appointment only. This is not listed anywhere. Unprofessional, we will shop with companies that actually want to assist customers

Used Intown for many kitchens and a few bathrooms. Great Granite company

Do NOT do business with this company! They are rude and dishonest! They intentionally installed a broken piece of granite in my bathroom, and cut a sink hole to big and charged by credit card which I used for a deposit. Now I have to sue them for damages.....
