I was thrilled with the selection and knowledge from the employees after tromping out to every granite warehouse in Charlotte. Ultimately the service was fantastic and my quartzite is a show stopper. Very unique options.

Supreme customer service. I have been to EVERY supplier in the area and Levantina is the best by far. Very clean warehouse, amazing customer service and definitely stood out from everyone else. The lady that helped me was educated in stone and was very accommodating with any questions that I had. Wish I had started my search here. Thank you!

Levantina was the 5th showroom we visited and I wish it was the first . From the moment we walked in, I knew we were finally in the right place . Bridgette assisted us and I cannot say enough nice things about her. Besides being extremely knowledgeable about various types of stones, she was very friendly and took the time to show us several slabs as well as answer questions. She was professional and courteous. The showroom is also very well organized and they had a great selection. Their granite was definitely of better quality than their competitors.

The sales manager seemed more like he was selling me a used car than a slab of stone. The sales girl up front was wearing barn clothes. They encouraged me to bring my clients in for personal selections....no thanks. Although knowledgable, no one in the office was presentable, professional, or relatable. The warehouse man was wearing a pro trump t shirt. I will never recommend this supplier. Not because of material, but because of the people and the presentation of themselves.

UPDATE: Lowering my previous 5 star review to 3 stars because after I decided on my stone and had to return to choose my exact slabs, they should have cancelled my appointment to manage an emergency but let me come all the way down there instead to tell me there was no one to move the stone. Big time waste and I was also told that the two wrong slabs were a bookmatch by a young employee ( I think named Jenny). She needs retraining. She is the same person I spoke to over a week ago to find info on sealing and maintenance specifically pertaining to quartzite. Never heard back.Warm welcome!They listened to what we had in mind, then struck a perfect balance of showing us what fit those ideas and just letting us wander.Also, they were so respectful of the budget. When I asked them to please keep us in a range, they did just that!
