I brought in an iPad & some other items. I asked repeatedly if it would be erased. Every time I asked, I was told that everything would still be there when I bought it back, I would just need to login using my Apple ID. Now here I am after buying it back having to set everything up again like it’s new. The employees there were nice but I don’t appreciate the complete dishonesty. If I would’ve known all of my information would be deleted, I wouldn’t have pawned it at all.
