I love shopping at JT Posh! I consign and buy here. I love the friendly ambiance and that staff recalls my name, after shopping here the first few times.

Such an unpleasant experience with the sales assistant just now - she gave skirting answers and was not direct at all! Had no idea of what she was saying and left you guessing the entire time. Wouldn’t recommend for customer service or help, but if you can self service do that instead!

One of my favorite places to shop! Always a great selection and great prices. Love the variety.. everything from clothes, shoes, purses, sunglasses, jewelry and more!

I have consigned here and its a super easy process. Also buy many items at Posh, many that are new with tags! A great stop to drop in regularly!

I have shopped and consigned here and have had great experience on both ends. I love that as a consigner, I can check online to see when items have sold.As a shopper, I like going in for specific things, for example a dress for a wedding or shower. This isn’t the kind of place to go if you’re looking to re-stock your closet on a budget, but it’s great for finding special pieces. I feel the customer service is just fine. The employees are not over the top, or down your throat the whole time, which being from the NE, I appreciate. A quick hello and a few check ins is just fine with me. The first time I went with my boyfriend, who was given a nice chair and cold beer while I tried on clothes. Pretty good deal to me. There are clearly many customers who are frequent buyers and consigners and have established relationships with all the women there. That’s how you run a successful business.Many comments complain about prices, however most of the items within the store are labels that rarely go on sale, and if so, good luck finding in your size. As a full time reseller myself, their pricing is consistent with what would be available (second-hand) online. The store is beautifully curated, making consignment feel up-scale and luxurious.

I found the staff friendly and responsive. Store was very clean and well-stocked. Great selection of high-end current merchandise at fair prices. Giving 4 stars as I think the lighting could be better.

Extremely disappointed how staff treats their costumers. No greetings-while entering & staff followed me around, without offeringassistance. They deserve zero stars! Terrible customer service!

I consign here often, but NEVER will I shop here. this is due to the sole fact that their employee, Cassidy is the rudest human being I have ever encountered. she is a complete narcissist that should not work in an industry that requires speaking to other individuals. she puts people down, makes them feel less than and does not treat others with respect. I hope the owner realizes that people turn around and leave her store because of this girl. I have worked in retail myself for over 10 years and I would NEVER allow any of my associates to act the way this girl does. she would have been fired immediately. I will be sharing my horrible experience here with everyone I know in this industry and community. Please do something about this before she costs you more business!!!

I love this place. Ive both consigned and have purchased. Yes, they dont have an over abundance of larger sizes but Im always super excited when I find some unique pieces.

Very cute store. The staff was great and very attentive. The prices were reasonable as well. I just wish they had more, larger sizes in stock. There was an overabundance of size 0s & 2s. Either I need to starve or hopefully theyll get more 6s & 8s lol.

You have the worst customer service in the entire world. You turned the light out on me while I was in the Dressing Room. You never smiled or even acknowledged me when i spoke to you. I paid a lot of money for your products. Smiling is free. I paid for you to treat me as a human who is paying money to shop in this store. I will tell everyone in the world who will listen to never shop at your racist store. There was reason for me and my mother to be treated this way because we were in the Dressing Room an extra five minutes. I have never experienced this behavior not in Beverly Hills, Paris, London, you name it. You are so rude that you write on your receipt CLERK Unknown!!! What? You cannot even identify yourself because you know your behavior was SO unacceptable. I spent over $170.00. There is no Thank you for Visiting at J.T. Posh that should be written on the receipt. Great items to select from, but I can agree with many of the comments here that the customer service is truly not up to par. To me, that is incredibly important, which is why I had to rate this place on the lower end.

Update: cant leave a voicemail because the mailbox isnt set up. Bunch of geniuses work here.JT Posh...where you go if you want to be ignored. Neither one of the girls said hello. I guess you have to be rich to get attention. They cater to extra small, small, & medium. If you have hips, not a lot to choose from.

Parked and walking towards the store at 5:31 and they flipped the sign to closed even though they don’t close until 6. Not a great experience with JT Posh.

Walked in on a Saturday just to shop around, and staff was extremely rude and clearly did not want me shopping in there. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I dont ever write reviews because I just brush off bad experiences, but the staff were just so incredibly rude. I live in the area and will not recommend this store to anyone, and will make sure to share my horrible experience.
