We enjoy taking a few minutes out of our day to relax at Caribou Coffee. Atmosphere is so comfortable and relaxing as compared to other coffee houses. Coffee is excellent. A variety of food items. Gift items available as well.Id recommend.

These people really lost thier mind when the mask mandate was going on. They have better coffee than Starbucks but still have bad morals.

Caribou is so fresh and the coffee isnt watered down or full of so much syrup you can taste it at the bottom of the cup. I drive a fair distance to get it as a treat on the weekend. I wish there was a location closer to my home!

The ladies there were very friendly and the bathrooms have a changing table for babies.

Stir your drinks!Seriously! These beverages are expensive, the workers could take 5 seconds to stir the drinks so theyre actually enjoyable, not just leave the syrup sitting at the bottom. Thanks for ruining my first trip back here in months.

I miss the Caribou on East Blvd. Or Caribeast as we used to call it. Ill drive down to this location every so often because Caribou has the best lattes.

I’ve gotten coffee and hot chocolate from this store ever since I was 4 years old. Never once have I ever had a bad experience. The coffee is fantastic, the smoothies are perfectly blended, and the employees are the friendliest people I’ve ever met in a coffee shop. Whether the order is online, curbside, or in store, the experience is always amazing. The only bad thing i could think of is theres no feature here to leave 6 stars. They deserve it.

I only kept going back here cos it was on my way to work.I keep ordering extra hot and even though I dont preorder before hand to avoid cooling while waiting for me to get there, they always make it colder than like warm Argh!!! Read the order ppl!! Caribou must go down there as a mystery diner and see for themselves.Guess what? Im prepared to make a detour to the Caribou at Park Rd shopping center (park and woodlawn) where the coffee is as good as the staff.

I started going to Caribou Coffee when I was either 13 or 14 years old. I remember one drink in particular called The Mint Condition. Im now 35 years old and yall still serve the mint condition which is always been my favorite. 20 years later and the drink is just as good as I remember it as a teenager. Im thankful that yall are still around.

Caribou coffee is, by far, one of the best coffee cafes around. They have great selection, and the staff is always friendly.

Always friendly, drinks are usually good. The one time i wasnt satisfied, they quickly rectified the problem, so customer service is great. Love the sparkling lemonade green tea w/extra shot of green tea.

Very kind staff that quickly got all of our orders ready, it was a complicated order (along with busy time) and led to one missed drink but they were extremely quick to remedy the situation. All this is a plus on top of quality enough bou-ritos and coffee.

Have gone to this coffee shop for many many years! Always had topnotch service. Even when lines were long they moved quickly. The coffee is tasty and not burnt! I miss the spicy mocha though! It always seemed I was the only one ordering it! Haha

I had a business meeting at this location today, was very excited because I havent had a Caribou Coffee in awhile. When I picked up my order as well as my partners order from the counter I asked about the chocolate covered espresso bean. The lady behind the counter informed me it came with a specific mocha coffee. Now I did order a mocha coffee but apparently I did not order THE mocha coffee that comes with the special coffee bean. When I asked again which mocha and stated I did order a mocha coffee, she shrugged stated It wasnt the correct mocha, said she was sorry and turned around. Now I understand you may want to make a drink a little extra special by adding the espresso bean but please dont forget customer service goes a long way!

Coffee was great but as soon as I walked In the guy taking my order wasn’t friendly and almost seemed like I was a bother to him, but as soon as another customer came in I guess who he knew he waved, smiled and spoke to her. How come I couldn’t get the same interaction? I’ve been coming to this place for years and this was the only “negative experience” I had

This place is a hidden jewel. Atmosphere seems great. Service was quick and good. Good for morning drinks, but in my opinion not so good for breakfast. The sandwiches that they have available are pre packaged. Theyre not fresh. I can stop by the gas station and get a pre packaged sandwich. They did have pastries which the cashier did where fresh within 24 hours. Had a apple fritter. It was very dry and tasted more like a cinnamon roll with no glazed that set for a couple of days in display. Drinks, good. Atmosphere, good. Food, not so good.

The place was amazing! They had amazing service and were very patient whenever I was ordering my coffee, they make everything top quality and its amazing there! Would recommend!

I really wish there were more Caribou Coffee houses around us, it is so much better than Starbucks, no burnt coffee taste. Its so sad that so many people have bought into the giant corporation of the competition, without regard for the superior quality of Caribou. Maybe people will wake up someday.

This coffee shop has a wonderful feel. Like you are in an Alaskan cabin. Very homie and great for a coffee date. Wonderful lattes and specialized drinks. Many snacks and sandwiches to buy.

Whats not to love about free wifi, a cozy atmosphere, a hot cup of coffee?! Although the quality of the coffee and prices are both amazing, I wish the customer service was a bit better. I rarely see any smiles or conversation between the customers and employees. Other than that, its a quick places to get fantastic coffee.

Its a wonderful little coffee shop. Very aesthetically designed and friendly staff. One thing i missed moving from seattle is a comfy place where i can do work and good coffee. I think i found one now.

Est in 1992, a great place for coffee lovers. I tried hot chocolate, and it was really creamy and nice. Right amount of sugar. Not very strong, but good enough. I should try variety next.
