Went into the store rather late to get a transfer service from one phone to another phone. I was greeted by both Pablo & Mohammad. Pablo was so patient. I had to wait quite a bit for him to download all of my pics,videos,etc......It took 15 minutes before closing time to complete. Had a good time conversing with them too......great service!!

Wanted to state my appreciation for truly above and beyond customer service by T-Mobile representative Deasia at the 5025 N. Tryon store here in Northeast Charlotte. My wife and I made an appointment for 10 am and we showed up a few minutes early to discover that the appointment had not made it down to the store level but Deasia jumped right in to help. We were looking to move our accounts from Sprint to T-Mobile as they had now combined and to get two new upgraded phones plus a change in one phone number. Easy right? Well, not exactly. The merger is in it’s infancy so not all systems are quite integrated. Deasia slogged thru getting our phones released from Sprint and transferred to T-Mobile and to get a new number. It took her three hours to navigate the Byzantine processes and during the whole time she was apologetic to us about how long it was taking her. She really did go the extra mile for us and my wife and I wanted to compliment her publicly for her great patience and attention to detail.

I was in the the store an was assisted by the agent Charlie. This agent went a one and beyond to helm me. He is to be commended on the excellent customer service that I received v

I came un to unlock my phone. Even thought I wasnt with t mobile Mojo helped me get my phone unlocked.

I bought a new Note 20 ultra from sprint and when it was shipped to my house it didnt have a sim card. So I went to the original sprint store and they couldnt help me because they said it needed to be shipped to me. I called a T mobile and Mohammed told me he could help and come in. When I arrived he went above and beyond to help me out. That will be my new go to store for any issue. Make sure whoever his boss is he get a raised. Thanks Alot!!!
