These folks are honest and dependable. They have fixed my ladys cracked screen twice and have great customer skills. I was inspired to come to them when my screen was cracked. I brought it up the Saturday before last and I didnt even leave the store before he looked at me and said, your screen is good. It was the protector that cracked. Replaced the protector, free of charge, I went on my way. Its hard enough to find good service but @ Cell Doctor, they are efficient, great people, and down right honest. You will not make a bad choice for service here.

I called probably 10 different cell phone repair stores before I found cell doc to check about getting my iPhone 8 screen fixed and almost all of them were way way too expensive for a simple screen repair. Cell doc quoted me with BY FAR the best price, not only that. Freddy (the owner) called me back after missing my call earlier in the morning and was very friendly and accommodating. I dropped my phone off at 5 and picked it up in only 3 hours. I showed up a little late for him to have it ready in the same day, but still Freddy got it done for me. I got my S9+ screen replaced here and for a while, it was fine. Fast service, nice employee, clean store, I had no complaints. Within 3 weeks the new screen broke. I called in and, through a mess of bad timing, managed to call on the one day they were closed. Once they were back open they were fast, responsive, understanding, and overly helpful in getting it repaired again for me. I hope I never need to come back here (no one likes a broken phone), but this is the shop Ill stick with if needed.

Everything about the store is professional and immaculate and- since these are still covid times- I want to shout out that Freddy even carefully cleaned and sanitized my phone in front of me before returning it, totally unprompted, clearly as a matter of good business practice and habit.On that note- Freddy is awesome; extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, comfortable to talk with and, not only was he able to correctly predict what my phones problem was before I even left the store, but he had the whole problem solved- new charger port, new battery and new back panel installed- by the time I got back to the store just an HOUR after I dropped it off. Rarely do you get service as promised as priced. I took them my galaxy 10 plus, literally no other brick and mortar in the greater metro clt area could even pretend to have my phone fixed SAME DAY. Not only did they deliver, they did so in a matter of hours! I didnt even get there until after 5, they close at 7:30 and actually had it ready. I had my phone service with cellular doctor and they are scammers they took my new battery out and put a old battery in and charge me $235 i would not recommend to anyone but smart phone repair i recommend.

Had my moms samsung A20 screen replaced, had 2 issues it wouldnt recognize any chargers but they repaired it after saying they didnt even take it apart which isnt possible when replacing the screen and, I had to get into the settings and fix the color of the screen it was stuck on something like the blue light filter but that mode wasnt activated on the main settings drop tab. Other than that its is good as new.

Took my iphone X here to repair a crack instead I left with my Face ID not able to work again and a phone not put back together correctly masked by the cheap $5 case they gave to me for “free” after they realized they messed up my phone and tried to blame apple for it being a security issue for my ID being unavailable. Trust me, take your peace of mind and go elsewhere.

From my initial phone contact with Dennis to my actual visit with Dennis when I arrived I could not have had a better experience. They set an expectation for the time my repair would be completed and the repair was completed at that time. When I returned to pick up the phone, Chris made a recommendation for a screen protector that could minimize possible screen damage. I was so impressed with the product I purchased a second one for another cellphone I own. I currently own an IPhone 5c of which someone accidentally dropped my phone and the screen cracked. Of course, I lived in Miami when this happened and people are not really your loyal friends so I had to find a cheap way to replace the screen. (Meaning my so called friend didnt even bother to give something to help)Im a geek, Im really into technology a lot for a girl. So I decided to buy the screen and replace it myself. Well long story short, I couldnt get one screw out because the screw head was broken, meaning there was no way the screwdriver was screwing it out.Well anyways, I went to cellular doctor (mind you, I just moved to North Carolina not knowing where to go for real service) and I asked them if they could please take out that one screw.Believe it, yes they took out the screw with no problem and they even gave me a brand new screw, same screw for free. I offered to pay, they said no need to. The two guys up front were really nice and friendly. I give them 5 stars because even though they didnt do much, always remember that type of generosity doesnt come around very often. Customer service top notch :-)

Poor service. Got screen fixed in July, screen stopped working last week... After they bamboolzed me into spending 25$ on a “screen protector” when I could have gotten it off of Amazon for wayyy cheaper. They are scam artist just replace your phone through your insurance if you can, or get an upgrade. Don’t waste your time or money. DO NOT GO HERE! Screens are cheap and flimsy

I always price shop and I found that this place offered the cheapest price to replace the glass and told me I could have my phone back the same day. The guys there were super nice and I got my phone back in a couple hours just like they promised! To this day my phone looks and works like it is brand new again. These guys were a life saver and I would definitely recommend them if youre in the market for a cell phone repair!

2/13/2015...I cracked the glass on my Galaxy s3 and was told by several repair shops that the entire screen had to be replaced at a cost of $125-150 dollars. The guys at Charlotte Cellular Doctor were able to replace JUST THE GLASS at a cost of $80. They said the repair would take an hour; they fixed it in 55 minutes and it looks like a new phone. They also convinced me to buy a screen protector that the guy hit with a hammer and it didnt break for $35 bucks (they gave me $10 off the screen protector). Customer service was great, and I would highly recommend to visit them if you have a problem with your phone or other device.

Wicked fast!!! I had totally destroyed my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 screen. My only regret is that I did not hear about them until it was too late to return the full price replacement phone. They also have excellent prices on gently used phones. Plus they are super nice and knowledgeable!

Definitely unsatisfied. My screen cracked on my iPhone XR & instead of telling me that one of their screens may not work or may be incompatible they charged me 189.99 & installed it anyways. Not to mention when I called on the phone the guy told me $149.99 , anyway when I come back 20 mins later and tell them it’s not working correctly the guy insists on arguing with me & insisting that he installed a new screen , of course you did because my original one was cracked however whatever screen they installed is incompatible with my iPhone model. Needless to say that I lost my money but I definitely reported them to the better business bureau.

Now my screen has touching problem and they are saying it’s not their business. My iPhone X had no problem but now it’s a trash all my money is gone now.
