So my wife recently put a $3800 deposit down with them. After multiple phone calls and no response and several emails that were promised that never arrived we decided to do some more research. We definitely started to get the feeling that this was going to turn into a mess.My wife had gone by there location to pay the $3800 and a rep Scott told her they cant take Credit Cards over the phone because of too many disputes ( 1st Huge Warning! Who would even tell a Customer that)When we called to cancel, their rep refused , saying they had already ordered the wood. Sooo.....heed my warning and stay away from them at the start. Save yourself the headaches from dealing with their lack of knowledge on how to provide good Customer Service.

I couldnt get the company to revolve our complaints through normal channels. They didnt return calls or emails timely. They installed our floor Oct. 2017, and it now Jun. 2018. The contractor left a big hold in the dining room and hid it. They promised to get it fixed. They havent called me back after telling me to get an estimate to have the damages repaired. They dont care about their customers they just want your money.

After checking prices at other places in the area, I found the Carpet & Tile Gallery to be very competitive and offer excellent products. They have been around for many years; they are very professional and I would highly recommend them. All I have had from them is great experiences.

They were pro on flooring,5 stars for quality of the products and outstanding customer service. (In my language...Spanish ).Glad I hired them for this type of work and I also noticed that I saved a lot of money in comparison to other local Stores.
