I have nothing but good things to say about Auto Kingdom. Me and my husband bought a Ford truck from the company, and the salesman customer service was one of the best out of all the places we visited in Charlotte, NC. They explained all the details, gave reasonable prices, and made sure we were well attended. I had a great experience at Auto Kingdom.

I bought my first car from Auto Kingdom 2 months ago, & I love my brand new car. The whole process was quick & simple compared to other dealerships in the area. Very poor customer service. I called in advance to see a vehicle. I stated that it would be 3 hour drive for me to get there. I was told the vehicle I was interested in was available. Upon arrival i was informed that said vehicle was in the shop. 6 hours driving wasted.

Bought a 2007 gmc 2500 which started out good on the test drive and everything went great, 3 days after I signed the paperwork the truck started acting up. Took it to a dealership to run a diagnostic test (160$) turn out the vane position sensor was bad 900$ fix for that, all was well up until today exactly 2 weeks after I got the sensor fixed and now the gear box has gone out another 1000$ job. Called and spoke to a manager at auto kingdom and he Basically said he couldn’t help me and refereed me to his mechanic. If you’re looking to spend money on a truck shop somewhere else this place isn’t worth the frustration

Not a good experience. When I was walking on the lot I was nearly ran over twice by employees driving vehicles extremely fast through the parking lot. When speaking to the sales man about the price of the vehicle he elevated the price almost $500 over the original asking price and then blamed the error on the owner of the lot for posting it incorrectly and that he would sell it for whatever the owner listed it for. The salesman also stated the truck had been shipped in from Texas but the ad states that its a local truck. There are some mechanical issues but the ad stated that everything works fine. When I asked if they would fix them prior to purchasing, the salesman evaded the question without giving a specific answer. The salesman never asked if I was interested in trading my vehicle. He seemed as if I was bothering him and he had other more important things to do than deal with me. Overall I wasnt pleased with my visit. If they make some customer service corrections I would possibly be interested in returning to the dealer at a later date.

Auto kingdom is a great place to go for a used vehicle. Rick waited for us to get to him from 5 hours away after closing hours. Very honest and up front dealings. It was well worth the 10 hour drive (5 hours one way) to buy our truck from them. We definitely will be telling our family and friends about this place and we will be buying more vehicles from them when the time comes.

I truly wish you could give zero stars because this place deserves just that. I went to their lot today and was absolutely floored at the POOR customer service I received. The hours on their door said they were open today until 7 and the open sign was on, but the door was locked. I should not have to call a car dealership, while ON the lot for someone to do their job and give me information on a car I had full intentions of wanting to drive home today. So, when I called, the man I spoke with (who was currently laying on their couch) informed me that they were just about to be closing but he would help me. When he came to the door, he did not even come out of the building, instead leaned out of the door. I couldn’t even tell you his name because he did not introduce himself. I got the bare minimum information on the bmw I was absolutely living at the moment and was willing to over look the EXTREMELY poor customer service this guy was giving me. I asked him to unlock the car so I could see the inside. When I got done looking at the interior I was REALLY loving it and was wanting to test drive (considering the fact I was wanting to purchase it TODAY). This man went back inside and I did not see him again, and it’s not like I could go inside considering the door was locked. If you want poor service then this place is for you! It’s sad because I truly loved that car and was very interested.

Please do your due diligence and avoid this place. I went yesterday to buy a truck. Test drove it, then went to my bank to get approval. Everything on my end was good to go. All the bank needed was a bill of sale correctly filled out and a picture of title. Went back to the lot after finishing at the bank and gave them the list of needed items. Was told they do not have a title for the truck. I believe they are taking peoples money by charging for doc and licensing but only giving a bill of sale (see below complaints for titling issues) It is called kiting. Please be careful for shady businesses. Get your own financing from your own bank. Usually provides the best protection. Sure saved me from a headache. Only upset now by wasting a full days time and having credit ran for no reason. I did ask when the title would be in and that I would be ok to wait. He said no, that if someone came in with cash he would sell the truck. Please avoid this place like COVID!

This seemed like a great dealership the shopping and buying process was stress free and very easy. The problems come soon as i drove it off the lot i purchased a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, didnt even get 100ft off of the lot and one of the lights on my dash came on. I turned right around and went right back to see what it was and they said it wasnt a problem nothing was wrong and to bring it back next week if the light stayed on. The following week i took it back and they said they couldnt figure out the problem and that it shouldnt disrupt my driving because it was the passenger airbag light. Another few weeks go by my brakes start to feel funny so i go get my brakes checked out as well as my oil checked and its back to normal. Another 2-3 weeks go by and my oil light starts flashing even though i just got my oil done but, it only flashes when Im going less than 50 MPH or in park with the car on. So I take it to get looked at and the mechanic says I have fresh oil and that its just electrical problems. That very same weekend my engine gives out and basically its 4000-5000 to get a new engine or to get one rebuilt.I called up to Mat and I get the same answer as all the other bad reviews which is pretty much handle it myself. This is a terrible car dealer they just want there money and dont care about the customers getting decent cars. Its no coincidence everyone has electrical and engine problems. Please drive pass this place and choose another dealer!!!!!!

Simply a bad experience all together they tell you false information and on the way home my engine light came on then I took it back and they said they replaced a sensor... however I had to replace that sensor and the O2 sensor and brakes after they allegedly fixed the issue and all of this was week one of having the vehicle... said they would cover tax,tag and title and yet I get the taxes due with the tag they sent ...TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES

They have nice cars and they do seem nice. I recently got a car from there and the value would be $8,250 or thereabouts... however, somehow, I didnt notice the many dents all around the car, that the charger fuse was out, that one of the hubcaps didnt match all the rest, that one of my turning lights were about to go out, and that my old headlights were getting dimmer, and now I find out I have to pay for my registration and tags practically a month and a half after getting the car. They had told me they would take care of that but never said how long, though they had implied it would be for a full year. I also come to find out through my former insurance company that the car apparently has a salvage title... dunno if thats true but I personally feel the cars value isnt truly at $8,000... maybe a couple of thousand dollars less than that.

Got a 09 Nissan Rogue within the week the engine light came on. A few days later the brakes start grinding. We take it back and they fixed it, or so we thought. Now a month later the brakes are grinding again and worse this time. We tell them once again the brakes are grinding. He says we can talk to the boss but that’s al we got. They used cheap parts and are risking our safety because they are to cheap to fix it the right way. When I took the car myself to get fixed. The mechanic brought to my attention that the car had been wrecked and it had been flooded. The whole underneath of the car is rusted. I dont recommend this place to anyone!

Bad experience. Engine light came on the same day of purchase. Lost down payment. Returned the car, it was repo by the lender from the car lot and left with $4,000 to pay. I hope a law is passed where car dealers cant sell faulty cars. Do not buy unless they offer a warranty with fast service. I wont recommend anyone to go here.

Bad experience the guy at the desk very rude I bought a truck on October 26 2019 and it’s December the 21 and I still don’t have my tittle I called dmv and they said that they didn’t process the paper work till November the 20th truck not ran good for two days broke down, make sure you be careful when purchasing a vehicle there.

Im only giving this store one star because it is a requirement. This dealership upon first sight seemed like an awesome place to get a car from. The car I purchased back in July is still up on their website and it was a 2006 BMW M5. The car on the outside looks good for the year and mileage. The bad is that the internals of the car had a lot of hidden problems and in the end basically cost me the price of the car to repair and when I reached out the dealership a couple months after buying the vehicle they basically told me it was my problem and deal with it. My car had its engine light blacked out and they acted like they had no knowledge of it! They are doing things that arent right at this dealership.This is not where you want to buy a car from. They dont care about the customer at all as long as they sell you a car. This place is a prime example of the low down and dirty used car dealerships that give the reputable ones a bad name. Stay away from this place.

I bought a car from them but the car only had a key to start the car and they promised me a working key that could lock and unlock the doors. Well the they gave a me key and after using it twice it stopped working and we got locked the car. Do not use these shady people. Run from this place and never look back.

The vehicle I bought had major engine trouble --- the check engine light came on AS SOON AS I drove the vehicle 200 miles --- I reached out to them and they told me -- they dont sell bad cars for the sake of selling --- dont believe that ....I only tried them because my son bought a car from them as well --- when I told my son what I was going through ---- guess what -- his check engine light was on also ---- how ironic both vehicles needed catalytic converters also -- amongst other mechanical defects --- stay far away
