Awesome store. Excellent selection of product to chose from at a great price. Easy access to the store from the roadway and into the store.The store was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Arrive there at past 10:15 am today. Doors open and lights are on. I park, get out and an employee rushes out and shuts the doors. Not open, she says. Doesnt know when they will be. Very rude about it. Guess Ill do my Christmas small gift shopping somewhere else. Id advise not to go there. Dont waste your money. And I learned a valuable lesson myself, its time to stop buying the cheap China junk.

Nice place to take your kids for gadgets and toys. They also have some pretty cool snacks there too.

This Five Below was great. They had a lot of practical room items. They pretty much switched over to only having self checkouts instead of human run ones. The interface on those were really awful, kind of archaic.

A little bit of everything. But lets be honest about the quality of their inventory. I mean its awesome if you need to pick up something cheap for like a party or something though.

Organized store. They dont play the music loud like Ive seen in other 5 Below stores before. I dont shop here too often but when I do I always end up buying a new clothing item (its hard to limit yourself when the clothes are so cute). Love their outdoor accessories this year...very chic.

Staff is young but they are friendly.. nice location usually very clean. One of my favorite little spots to take the kids when they want to get out of the house. Things are relatively cheap and its well organized and the kids enjoy getting a little $5 toy or t-shirts or game here and there.

Other than the ghetto shopping carts (I guess they are afraid someone will steal them), this is a decent Five Below store. They offer a variety of kid friendly gift options that are inexpensive.

Staff is always friendly and they have some really cute finds there. I go there for the canvasses. They have some surprisingly very nice throws there (small blankets)...very afro enteric throws and decor. Found this runner there and use it on my dresser in my master suite. They also have some very plush throws there that are surprisingly large and super soft and just lovely.

Great selection. Always busy. Nice staff. Dont mind going even though I prefer to buy online.

Love it in this store especially if you are into novelty items. Great selection for most ages. I did not find anything for toddlers though.

The store is mostly well stocked but everything is so close together that you cannot socially distance when there are more than a handful of people in the store

When 5 below shut down due to Covid I almost cried. My kids entire reward system is based on trips to 5 below. My 7yr old was racking up on good behavior rewards to the point where it was cheaper to just send her in with a $20 when they could finally open. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Pretty cool store with an interesting concept. Havent had an issues with staffing to any of the ones I have been to. Always seem clean and pretty well organized considering how much they cram in their stores. But overall great place to find some cool gifts without breaking the bank.

You guys seriously need to get better morning staff. Absolutely no customer or social skills whatsoever today. The two men never spoke a word even when being checked out. I honestly don’t think I’ve had customer service this bad before where the cashier couldn’t even bother to speak a single word. Felt super creeped out and unwelcome. Seriously need to be more firm on that if you expect to have returning customers.

Lots of variety and well kept too. Stores like this tend to get really messy.. but this one. Great staff too.

If you are looking for a very sleek and fun place to go go where you can buy all sorts of things within the five dollar range then you are going to want to head right on over to Five Below. This place is very hopping and lively whenever you go inside and you are going to have a fun time.

The music was at a decent level not blasting lol. They had the shelves stocked pretty good. Candy bin had a busted bag & no one cleaned it out while the store was pretty empty. Thats my only reason for deducting a star.

Great deals, but good Lord they need to tidy up this place. It is so messy. It makes you not want to shop. I would stay longer if they would clean and organize. Also, the lines move like molasses.

Busy place this time of year but plenty of good cheap, last minute gifts. You can find good toys, makeup sets, headphones, phone cases, pajama sets, home and college dorm decor, candles, etc. You could pretty much knock out your whole Christmas list for only $5 per person, or less.

Five Below is a great place to shop! Especially if you are looking for inexpensive makeup and a lot of personal care items, like tweezers etc! There are a lot of childrens toys, beach items, charging cords for phones, emergency charger batteries for cellphones, etc. That is well spent money! There is plenty of candy there as well. Go ahead and visit the store in Steele Creek, in the shopping where the Publix is located!

This store Is amazing. I never walk out empty handed,there is always a good investment. From their face mask, to their make up it is a great store. You will never be disappointed. Definitely worth the stop.

I really like this lil cheap spot! Its perfect for all of us in the family. My boys even enjoy coming here even tho its mainly geared for teenage girls.

I come here every weekend with my daughter. I let her pick out any item she wants. Every item is under $5 so you cant go wrong. The staff here is also welcoming and friendly.

Five below is a good place to find affordable gifts, however they need to change their name and store advertisement to reflect their new prices. I gave them 3 stars for that reason.

I like that you can find just small items for low prices. Went to get a car charger, works great. Have found games for the kids, things for the beach. Great store and fun for the kids to shop.

I was able to process my own returns quickly and efficiently. Store appeared just a little in disarray. but no store is perfect. courteous helpful , personnel

Good service and clean location. Easy to get in and out of parking lot even though it is shared with several other stores in a strip mall. Use Google to see peak shopping times. It helps but the best stuff is usually found when they first open

This location usually has a good selection but is usually messy. I only gave 3 stars because they used to offer more variety of phone cases and screen protectors. Now it seems they are more geared towards iPhones and Samsung, not budget phones. But I would say most people who shop at this store are here because they are budget shoppers. I wish they would bring back those other options.

I came here to look for some wrapping paper and I was amazed by everything they had! From shirts to toys to nail polish and everything was $5 or less! Very cool store and all the employees were helpful.

Love coming here. Its a great place to get items for just about anything. From exercise equipment (home gyms) or your favorite candy. Cell phone cases to Bluetooth speakers and everything else in between.

I love this place. Knew about frm a friend in New Jersey. Nothing over $5.bucks. Electronic stuff Ipad cover, phone accessories and more. Staff is great. Give them a try. You wont disappointed.

The store is clean and nicely stocked/organized. They always have cool seasonal things and trinkets my kids enjoy. Its almost impossible to go in and buy just one thing.

It shouldnt be called Five below if stuff in there is selling for over $10. According to my kid its always been like that. I guess I wasnt paying attention before. Am I the only one that thought Five Below meant everything in the store is $5.00 and below? Hell, aint nothing in the dollar tree over a dollar is it? Its stuff in Five Belpw thats almost 20 bucks! Thatll some bull ishhh

Good for some cheap last minute gifts or just randomness. Great t-shirts for 5 dollars. Be careful, though, as once I purchased an external speaker to find out the 1/8 was too small for a standard headphones jack.

There is not a single quality item you can get from these stores. but i guess if you are looking for a quick and cheap gift, this is the place

We found some great stuff for the kids for Christmas, also stocking stuffers. My suggestion, is to go early in the morning on a WEEKDAY. Today (Sunday) was absolutely crazy and busy!!
