Thank you California Closets for a wonderful laundry room renovation!We live in a house that was built in 1961...which means no pantry, no garage, and no extra closets! The laundry room was never properly finished as most houses in this era were not. The pipes and electrical wires have always been exposed, which makes the room look like an after thought.That being said, we have tried for years to maximize this small space. It holds our pantry overflow items, cleaning supplies, tools, Costco purchases AND laundry. We decided it was time to finish the space out. I was tired of folding laundry on our couch for 14 years. So we started by moving some electrical outlets and plumbing to enclose the walls with sheetrock. Then we brought in Morgan from California Closets to design the space. We MAXIMIZED every square inch of this space. What I loved the most about the design process was how Morgan could literally redesign the spaces by moving inches to one cabinet or the other. It was OPTIMAL in trying to grab every space of storage. The room is literally less than 100sq ft. The end result meant that there was a place for everything and everything was in its place AND no more laundry on the couch!From the very beginning, the process was fantastic. Morgan communicated with us regularly and visited our house to make sure she had all the measurement correct. She really wanted to give us exactly what we wanted. Eric did our installation and he was extremely professional. The office called and confirmed with us multiple times before installation. The communication was super!The end result speaks for itself. Since we both work from home, we had a home office space designed for one of the bedrooms in our new house. The designer listened carefully to our needs (specifically, two work stations with lots of storage) and created a gorgeous design. The wait time for the installation was long because everything takes longer these days, but when the day came, two very efficient installers showed up right on time. They were very skilled and did a beautiful job of cleaning up after themselves. Two of the file drawers were not what we expected, and California Closets was happy to order replacement drawers and had someone come and install those. We could not be more pleased with the result!

I purchased a new home a couple years ago and knew right away that I wanted to change things. I contacted California Closets in June of 2019 and thats when I first met Morgan. She met me at my home and created a beautiful design for my daughters closet. I had worked with a couple other CC Designers in TX on a previous home and was totally underwhelmed with them. It has been 2 years now and Morgan has completed my mudroom, walk-in pantry, hall closet, daughters closet, and she just finished an under the stairs storage solution that was installed 2 weeks ago. We worked with Shelley at California Closets and love our new closets! The designs and construction are fantastic, and the process was super easy. The redesigned kitchen pantry makes life easier to put away groceries, get kids a snack, bake and cook. For the kids closets, my five and seven year old children are keeping their rooms tidier because there is space to put away toys. They are even getting dressed on their own because everything is easier for them to find and manage! We are very happy customers and highly recommend!

We researched several companies that did closet design services. Ultimately, we went with California Closets and we were happy with the decision. My experience incredibly awesome and one of the few good ones Ive had in a few years with anyone in the construction/real estate industry. When I filled out the online form I was unclear about my budget and it appeared as if I had half the budget, Julie my designer went ahead and created a design where she did the best she could in what she thought was my budget. When I asked her to total - I then realized this and of course we readjusted - but I was just so appreciative that someone actually cares about my money and treated me the same regardless of how much she was going to make. Julie is also incredibly enthusiastic and she genuinely loves what she does . She also really cares about what I needed and asked me about my needs a bunch so she could find the best option vs. trying to sell me a bag of goods to spend the much money possible. I really could go on forever but I really appreciate julies overall personality and how respectful she was of my money - shes one in a million. Weve gone back to CC for several closets now, and we are consistently very happy with the results (always with a why didnt we do this sooner??) The installs are quick and clean. Ashley at the South Park location designed a custom laundry room for us in our forever home. It addition to the usual shelving and cabinets, she also designed it to include a custom dog crate area, hanging area for drying clothes, a large flat area for folding and even a small desk unit to store away unsightly mail.She also designed a break room for us at our business in Fort Mill that gives us an entire wall of above and below storage and plenty of counter space.We love everything they have done for us. Their price was a little higher than other bids, but it is so worth it. They are very professional, answer any questions, and go above and beyond to meet your needs. Installation was performed when promised and workers made sure to clean up when they finished.If you have a storage need, I recommend you call California Closets. You wont be disappointed.

Were building a new home and had used California Closet in our previous home. What had impressed me from my prior experience was that some drawers in our master closet werent operating properly. we called the office and even though it was about 10 years later they came out , fixed the drawers at no charge.In designing the closets for the new home, Jaclyn was wonderful to work with. she was both helpful and patient in fine tuning the closets, and the computer design program was fantastic.were anxious to see our new closets when the new house is completed .

We had California Closets install the Master Bedroom closet in our new house. The closet was good quality but finishes provided were different from the contract documents. We had contracted for oil rubbed bronze hardware and received black. We were told they did not offer black but that is what we received and they were unable to provide the ORB finish per the contract documents.

Julie helped me through the process transforming a closet. I couldnt be more pleased with everything from the initial consultations, to the final products. I really loved seeing the 3D visuals. This was my first time using CA Closets, but will not be my last!

We were looking to redesign a master bedroom closet. We visited the design center located at 224 East Blvd and spoke with the designer, Claire. She was very friendly, professional and helpful. I shared ideas of what I was looking to do and she in return made my dream closet a reality! The graphics were helpful in seeing the transformation. On installation day the installer arrived and unfortunately, I don’t remember his name but he was awesome! Once completed, the closet Is AMAZING! Thank you again, Claire for making this an awesome experience!

I’ve used California Closets 3 different times in 2 different homes. They were able to maximize my storage capacity which is essential in a smaller home. The design options and quality of work were exceptional. In addition to our closets, they also installed a murphy bed in our second bedroom which has allowed us the use the room in different ways. Would definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience with my closet and the consultant was friendly and informative and the person in charge of installation was prompt and clean. But what really pushed me to leave a review was the customer service I received afterwards. My son being rough broke the bar to his closet and I lost a piece trying to repair it. I emailed looking for a way to replace it. Even though I emailed the wrong area they routed my email to the correct person and shipped the replacement part for free. The whole ordeal took 2 days. I will definitely be using them again.

Last year California Closets did two closets for us - master bedroom and hall entry closet. We have enjoyed them both beyond belief! We still show them off when visitors come. The design work was so much better than other designers we received estimates from. Will be reaching out to them again soon for our next project - laundry room. We LOVE California Closet and recommend them highly!!
