DL employees were very polite and helpful. Their product is solid and looks beautiful. When we found a few small issues with the cabinets we ordered, the guys in the shop quickly fixed them, no hassle (other than the drive). I’d use DL again and 100% recommend.

I’m baffled on how bad their customer service is EXPECIALLY by the owner.I went to get an estimate, and the owner attended me very rudely. He wanted to sell me a $600 kitchen sink, which I did NOT ask for in the first place. I specifically told him I wanted cabinets for my salon business not for a kitchen. It seemed like he ignored everything I was asking/telling him.I asked for a vessel sink. Which he responded very rudely that they did not have, even though they had a display of one. I have never experienced the level of rudeness by anybody in this field.In order to sell anything, excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE is the way to go.I left this place very angry on how poorly I was treated.

Stay far away from this company. They sell you broken cabinets and will not fix them and then aggressively insult you and say that you do not know anything. Worst customer service on planet earth. Do not buy from here ever!!! Embarrassment.

Great customer service and they provide a decent selection. I just wish they would provide a catalog compatible with Pro kitchen software.

Unfortunately we had good expectations about DL however the product they sell as high end is really low quality . We chose a navy blue island and when you wipe it the color comes out .This is not the only thing . The materials from which the cabinets are cheap and low quality material. All cabinets and shelves are chipped, and we bought them assemble. Very frustrated since we invested a lot of money in our new kitchen,have not even moved in and the cabinets look messed up .

We learned about DL cabinetry at a trade show. Their product was of excellent quality. We redesigned our whole kitchen with excellent suggestions from the owner. He was knowledgeable and designed a great layout. They were timely, organized, and very neat. Asked questions during installation to clarify plan with me. When one cabinet was not correct size they replaced and installed it quickly. They gave excellent recommendations for countertops. I love my new kitchen. Thank you DL.

Asked for 115 degree full overlay frameless soft close hinges. Was given 90 defree framed hinges. Drove across town as we were told on the phone they had the product. Both employees working were rude and as a customer we were bothering them. Had to request screws to install. As we sent my parents to pick up they did not realize till back home these were not the hinges we asked for. Would not recommend even if they sold us the hinges we asked for as they were terribly rude and dont know the difference in 115 vs 90 degrees or framless vs frame hinges.Wait till work days and go to Wurth where they are pleasant and know what they are selling.

Me and my husband was there to order our cabinets! I had selected and priced them out per the catalog and price sheet they have me. She gave me her estimate pricing and she charged $1,000 over!!! Tagged on additional prices!!!! Wall, custom glass and many charges that did not make sense!!!! I wanted standard!!!I can’t do business with this place!!!! I told them and left!!!!!! So disappointed!!!!!!!!!! Can not do business with a cheat, backstabbing company!! And their customer service is horrible! Oh, and they don’t wear Mask!! 😡😡😡 wear your darn 😷!!!!!

I’m a general contractor and I’ve purchased a few sets of kitchens and bathroom vanities for houses that I’ve built. I’m very pleased with the quality and value of these cabinets. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good customer service. Quality for the price is very good. I purchased kitchen cabinets for my bathroom because I wanted a section of drawers wider than was offered in a regular bath cabinet. I purchased white shaker with soft close doors and drawers. Which I think is pretty much standard for a good cabinet now a days. HOWEVER, my one complaint would be, I cant remove the drawers unless I unscrew the metal glide from the base of the drawer because there isnt a release mechanisms on the bottom of the drawer. I thought when I purchased these cabinets, being as they are kitchen cabinets, the drawers were removable without unscrewing the the metal glide. Very dissappointed. So if you want that feature make sure the cabinets with drawers have the correct hardware.

Sales was great. Julie was as helpful as she could be given her manager and in general the product is decent. For the money its good. I ended up with some cracking doors and they werent able to replace them because after 1 week they no longer sold that product. The manager told me I was SOL. No offer of discount either. He will say he offered me a discount but what was offered was a small discount (refund of assembly) due to poor assembly. By the way, assembly takes place in the back by a small group of workers. If you get the chance to go back there before deciding to purchase I would recommend that. You will see how the product is assembled and how it is handled. When I was there they were moving a bunch of cabinets unassembled (stack at least 6 feet high) and the whole stack tipped over.I am just bow getting around to installing the pantry drawers as we wanted to see how we used the space first. Ive attached some pictures for review but I received a mounting block that was cracked and glued with pen writing all over it. Probably someone elses return that was repackaged. As they say in the agreement, make sure you thoroughly inspect EVERYTHING because they only give you a short window to replace.

I highly recommend this place, I was going to get my cabinets from a competitor not to far from there but I thought I’d give these guys a try and man was it worth it! The price is unbeatable and the quality of the cabinets are just as good. ALL WOOD with soft close doors and drawers included!! The customer service is exceptional and my designer Keshia was so helpful and full of ideas.

Cabinets are great but you need to be patient while dealing with their staff. It is really DIY where you may have to do lot of homework yourself while selecting and arranging cabinets.
