First time with them, went because of good reviews and I don’t regret it. Got tattooed by Christian, and he’s absolutely wonderful. Very sweet, and takes his time for perfection. Got a tattoo of my bearded dragon’s back feet and he took his time to perfect every little scale. It honestly kinda looks like a fossil! Will be coming back again. I kinda don’t want to go anywhere else.

I got my nipples pierced here after I went to different location that just wasn’t doing it the way it is meant to be done! I was extremely satisfied. Dom was just nice & made me feel comfortable even though my shirt was off!😂 it’s important to be able to ask questions & verify things you’ve learned or researched & she was able to answer all my questions & concerns. She asked me if I liked the placement & everything was done correctly. Didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would, she was very fast & professional. I definitely recommend Dom for piercings. Overall it was the best experience I’ve had. Dom is great!

Amazing place!!! We were turned away from another tattoo shop and we happened to find Black Cloud out of coincidence. It was our last day in NC and we wanted tattoos to remember our trip. We get there as walk ins and immediately we were greeted and asked what we were in for. We said we called and were told to come in to see what they can do for us. We showed them what we wanted and without hesitation JJ and Christian said yeah we can do it. They added their own twist to it and wow we were blown away. Their service was amazing they made us feel comfortable as if we were home. You guys were phenomenal! I highly recommend them! All of the staff was super nice especially considering we were traveling with two little ones. No nasty expressions no turn always…they were legit friendly, helpful, and just overall awesome! The shop is SUPER clean, and they take their time to make sure you are leaving happy with your forever art. Thank you guys! ♥️

Only been tattooed by JJ but he’s awesome! Very good at what he does. He is always willing and excited to help design what you want even if it’s only conceptual. The main thing though is that he isn’t “heavy handed” like some places I’ve been. I have enough tattoos from all over to have experienced lots of ‘techniques’ and for some reason these tattoos have been the easiest I’ve ever gotten. Not to mention heal times are quick and the end product is always awesome. I wish I could speak more about the other artists and piercers as I am sure they are as good but since I haven’t used them personally it wouldn’t be an objective review. Great shop though. I would recommend to anyone.

Very kind people. Stuff is expensive, but thats not their fault. Good service, and lots of options. My earring fell out and I was so worried Id have to pay for a new one - 30 dollars. But no! It was just 5 bucks for her to put it back in. I was so relieved.

I went to this shop because they pierced a friends bridge and it came to my attention that my own was done wrong. They happily removed the previous jewelry, which I couldn’t get off myself, cleaned it and urged me to come back once it healed so I could get it pierced with them. I was so happy with the environment that I also got an ear piercing. Sky (who did my ear piercing) as well as the other girls in the shop were literally so sweet. They helped me pick a piercing that fit my anatomy beautifully and I couldn’t possibly be happier. I will absolutely be returning here thanks to them, and I’m excited for my future piercings and tattoos at this shop.

They did a really good job on my tattoo. My tattoo was pretty small so feel like the price should’ve been cheaper… other than that their work is good.

Walked in for a consultation but ended up getting the tattoo that same day! I really wanted it that day but I wasn’t expecting to get it because I got a fairly detailed and large thigh piece done. But, they are really awesome with walk ins. Cassie tattooed me and she was amazing, her detailing and shading is incredible. Highly recommend, especially if you’re impatient like me and want a tattoo that is high quality! Would definitely recommend an appointment though because it got busy as I was leaving and wait times for walk ins appear to be long because a) tattoos are a long process and b) the staff there is great but relatively small

Got my septum done here. It was my first piercing ever and I had absolutely no idea about anything. Emily was incredibly kind and chill, and we chatted so much that I forgot all about the anxiety I had walked in with. The pain was manageable and she walked me through every step of the process. Very time-efficient business - my friends and I showed up right when they opened and we were able to get all 4 of us pierced and out of the shop within 30 minutes. Overall great experience!

Got my cartilage pierced, went home and decided i didn’t like where i had placed it so I went back the next day and she offered to repierce it free of charge. Always fun coming here. So excited but nervous to get several piercings done but they were helpful and professional when it came time to pierce me. They inform you about the pain you’re about to experience and after care. I bought the Neil Med solution as well to take care of a bump on my tragus also, so let’s hope it works out but I most definitely come back if I decide to pierce more areas of my ear. I love the experience. I also got my nose pierced on the opposite side as well. This was my first time getting a tattoo and it came out as expected. Maybe even better than expected! I would definitely recommend this place for all your tattoos and piercing needs.

I scheduled an appt with Juan (cyan) and gave him the two pictures attached: the miraculous medallion and a tattoo of Virgin Mary and Christ child. This is his artwork from that. He did a phenomenal job!!!PHENOMENAL!!! Not just that, he’s an amazing human with a good mind. He listened to my feedback on the original artwork, made revisions and edits based on my feedback and gave me something that was so beautiful and everything I had hoped and imagined!!! Also, the staff is very friendly, efficient, and seems to work very well together. It’s the original black cloud tattoo location and isn’t the fanciest place U’ve ever been, that being said, you won’t regret going there. My two adult children also got sibling tattoos their from a female artist… can’t remember her name. She was great, as were there tattoos. While being in their waiting room over these two lengthy visits, lots and LOTS of happy piercing customers came through. Their piercers were super friendly, great customer service, and excellent client education. This place is awesome!!!!!Can’t say enough great stuff about xuan (Juan) or his brother, Juan Jose (JJ). Beautiful people doing beautiful art!!! Honored to be his canvas and make this tribute tattoo to my mom something that not only I love, but my non-tattooed mom loves too!

I got my nose re-pierced it was fast easy and I love the piercing. My girlfriend got her nose and nipples pierced she loves both of them. Definitely gonna be my go to for all piercings from now on.

Reviewing again to help save peoples money. They overcharge you for tattoos, there is poor communication and the tattoo artist didnt even speak english, they tried to charge me 250 for a ladybug tattoo that was the size of a dime and the place itself looked grungy. Have a blessed day.

Amanda went above and beyond to get us in with an artist. She was so welcoming and professional. Our piercing experience was AMAZING! Mari was super quick and gentle. I got my ears pierced and my husband got his septum pierced. Both were done in seconds and virtually painless. We did a walk-in today for ear piercings for our 5 year old daughter. It was her first piercing and Amanda did an amazing job at getting her psyched for it. Recently wrote a great review for this place not knowing any better, but now I have to change it. I got my helix and tragus pierced. Fast forward 2.5 months and they arent healing well, even though Ive been taking proper care of them. A bump also formed around both. I went to a different tattoo/piercing shop to get them looked at and they informed me that they put the wrong type of barbell in for both. They used curved barbells instead of straight ones so they will never properly heal even if I got correct jewelry. Ended up having to take both piercings out which is a total bummer. Shelled out $120 for nothing. What a waste.

I got my septum done today and didn’t realize before I left how crooked it was. The whole experience was sooo fast and I’ve been pierced multiple times. It was too fast to get a proper piercing, which I didn’t. Ive reached out on instagram to figure out a solution and haven’t heard back from anyone yet.

Mari pierced me and she was great! Unfortunately, I can’t remember the lady’s name that greeted me, but she was very nice and helpful. I’d go there again!

Take your $50 somewhere else :’) The process was quick, normal wait time for any walk in service. I was pierced by a fellow Latina, the visit itself had no issues. However I began to have complications with my septum a few weeks after. It kept having the thickest piercing bumps. I thought it was because of the surgical steel since I clean it every single day and multiple times, never touched it either. I went to a more reputable shop and they suggested I take it out since the placement was horrible and tight, too forward and low-different than the common mistakes of the piercing going too far up and back. I had it in for months until now. Waiting a few months to get re pierced somewhere else

Walked in but still got in early, she (VNA) made me feel very comfortable during the whole process!

I didn’t have to wait very long at all and the artist was very professional and funny, which helped calm my nerves a bit. Overall, a wonderful and easy experience!

Roman is my guy, but the girl who pierced my was not what I thought she was going to be like. She was nice but when she pierced my ear she put in a curved bar. My husband and wasn’t happy at all. I like it just worried bout the healing process.

I brought my daughters to get ears and niece to get nose and snake bite piercings. The shop was packed and Amanda handled the crowd well, organizing people by tattoos and piercings while answering calls ringing off the hook. They were organized, knowledgable and professional.
