Wow this place is GREAT! Picked up a bolt leaving Charlotte Airport which left me on the side of the road. Roadside Assistance towtruck 2+ hours before arrival at 3PM. Not a lot of wiggle room if they are later to get to a service shop to repair or replace. Griffin tire was the closest place according to maps. Called them and spoke to Chuck who I must say was awesome and super helpful. He recommended another tow service that had me at the shop within the hour. They were fair and honest. Patched the tire and sent me happily on my way. Chuck and Dre the tire technician exceeded any expectations I had and were fast and friendly at getting me in and out. Highly recommended, very competitive pricing and excellent work. If you need help with tires in Charlotte or the surrounding area give Chuck at Griffin Tire a call you wont regret it. Went to a big chain tire store for them to repair the nail in my tire and they told me I would need a brand new tire.Called Griffin Tire & Auto Little Rock (purchased the tires from here) to see if they had my tire in stock & Chuck was extremely helpful and friendly. When I arrived and they looked at my tire, they said they could repair it and I didnt need the new tire.If you need any help with your car, this is the place to go! So grateful for Chuck and for the truthful mechanic who worked on my tire so I wouldnt have to buy a new one. Thank you so much for your help and wonderful customer service!

This place is a Hidden Gem! I come here all the time for my car maintenance and I’m always blown away at the awesome customer service. It’s almost never a wait. The prices are reasonable. Car repairs can be pricey. As a single woman I always hated going to the car shop some places like to take advantage of us. This last visit, I had my inspection done. But Ive been here for oil changes, tire repair, etc. The staff is always polite and professional...Mr Chuck is the absolute best! Received professional service in a reasonable amount of time.

Heading home from work my tire pressure monitor came on indicating that my tire pressure was low. I pulled into Griffin Tire as they were the ones that had installed my tires. They checked pressure in my tires and put air in one of them and told me to watch it. When I got home I checked and found a nail in the tire so I drove back to Griffin. By this time its 5:00 and they were closing in 30 minutes but they told me they could fix it if I could wait. Truly great service and really appreciate the fact that they cared enough to not leave me stranded.

Griffin Tire is the shop I trusted with my vehicles for 4 years now. They are accommodating when it comes to giving you quotes and will try to get you the best prices they can. Service is dependable and trustworthy. Unlike most Auto shops, Griffin will give recommendations on maintenance or a longer lasting product for your investment but NOT give off the notion they just want to sell(push) you products/services you may not need or could be delayed slightly longer.

I went to the Little Rock location for my car to be test drove, to see if I needed struts or any other front end service. When my car was ready, I was charged $45 for an oil change. Consider I had just had an oil change somewhere else less than a month ago. The clerk was trying to fast talk me, telling me my oil and filter were dirty. Then offered to take $45 off my next visit. I didnt have my original request handled at all.

This business is A1. You are always met with a happy to see you greeting. Chuck is a great guy and always provide great customer service. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and professional. My experience with this business is always pleasant and I am always treated with care. Just passing through on vacation. The customer area and rest room were very clean. The men were especially nice and friendly. Had a new tire on my car in less than an hour and we we’re on the road again. If I lived closer this would definitely be my choice for tires and oil changes.

I had one of the best experience in the world .Stop in early in the morning with my daughter who is a regular customer. We drop my car off for a oil change got it right end and it was ready when we got back!! Good front-end service just a mechanic in the back didnt put my spare tire back under the truck it was lazy and didnt look inside for the tools in order to complete the job had to wait an extra 15 minutes for this to be done.Chuck redeem himself my second time in provided outstanding service go see him will take good care of you.

My wife went there this morning to get four tires. She was told they didn`t have her size at this location, but could get them from another of their locations in a few minutes. Well they did, and my wife says she received very courteous and speedy service. I highly recommend.

I have had oil changes, yearly inspections, and tire repairs done. I am obviously female and unfortunately am taken advantage in these situations. Griffin Tire, namely Chuck, who is the face of the establishment, has treated me with the utmost respect and kindness not to mention work performed is spot on...no unnecessary repairs padding the bill and always done in a fast and timely manner.

Came in for breaks, had an appointment at 12. Came in 15 mins early . My car didn’t even get started and worked on until 3pm because of another car having the (headlight) (just one ) worked on , then had to wait for his lunch (now 3:45), then was told there was nothing wrong, my breaks .......they still squeak and takes long to break - let’s hope I don’t die - Worst experience- Do 👏🏼not 👏🏼come 👏🏼here👏🏼. First and last visit.

Staff was very friendly and quick service. The gentleman was able to look up my cars info and knew exactly what the regular oil was. Didnt have to have any debate. Also, biggest selling point, pro military. We were evacuated from naval base in Charleston and they gave us a great military discount and talked to us about the town. Really are the neighborhood guys.

Road tripping to Boone from Jacksonville and had the unfortunate luck of a flat tire on the highway with our infant and 3 year old. We brought our car here and they got us back on the road so fast. Chuck was very helpful, courteous and even put cartoons on for my son to watch while we waited. Highly recommend!

Great service all around. Was in a jam, flat tire, need to catch a flight in 2 hours. Worst case scenario, they offered to hold my car during my trip and drive me to airport. They had everything done within the hour. Granted they needed to get my new tire from the warehouse.

Not good with alignments. Had to take my f350 to another shop in Rock Hill the day after to correct the alignment after these guys aligned it. They did a great job patching my tire. The shop in Roch Hill drove it before, aligned in a bay large enough for my truck and drove it again after to make sure it was a good job. They also corrected the steering wheel alignment these guys messed up by 10 degrees. If you have a larger truck, go to a shop with equipment large enough to do a good job.Chuck at Griffen was very professional and friendly. They just dont have what it takes to align large trucks.

Great service. On our way to the airport, from Tennessee, we stopped at the local grocery store for snacks. Our vehicle then wouldn’t start so I walked to Griffin Auto. Chuck was very friendly and allowed me to take his battery charger to jump start my car. After I started the car and brought the charger back, Chuck had my battery and charging system tested. Everything was fine, but there was corrosion on the battery terminal. His guys took the time to clean that for me, even though they were busy with other vehicles. Chuck knew we were stranded out-of-towners, yet did all of this with no charge. If I lived in Charlotte, I would have all my vehicle services completed there.

These guys were awesome! We were making a pit stop on a super long road trip and had a little car emergency.Chuck and crew got us out of there in 30 min and back on the road!

Bad place. Old dude uses profanity and is very in professional. Took my car in for an inspection told me it would be 2 hours and he would call me. Instead 2 1/2 later I called them and the guy tells me my car has been ready. Why the hell didnt you call me like you said? Also be told me my High Beam bulb needed 1 replacement and I was ok with that. I walked up to my car and the light is dangling there. I told the guy and he tells me he installed the bulb himself. Bad place and just wants your money and very unprofessional . Im sorry but I felt VERY uncomfortable here. I wouldnt want anybody to experience what I did. Unprofessional. Never coming back.
