Michael at the Charleston location was amazing! I can’t speak highly enough of his customer service, quick response time and follow up. I had a large canvas that need freight shipping and his prices significantly out beat many others. Michael was professional and very prompt to pick up at my location the next day and ship it out. The shipment got there in reasonable time and arrived in great condition. He was a gem to work with and will do so in the future!

I would give this review absolutely 0 starts if I could, but to make this post public apparently they need to be awarded the bare minimum of 1 star.Absolutely do NOT entrust this place with your packages- you will be left disappointed, conned into spending more money to rush your package, the deadline given not being met, and ultimately met with lackluster customer service if you can even call it that. I will never provide UPS with my business ever again. I paid for overnight shipping to make sure my mother in Texass birthday present would arrive days in advance of her big day. Not only did the package not get there on the date it was supposed to- it did not get there the next day, or the next day with absolutely NO explanation from UPS. Not only did they not give me an explanation, they tried to lie to cover up the fact the package had not been sent out BY THEM the day I dropped it off to them (Yes, I even dropped it off to their facility myself) in order to make the plane (thank you third-party tracking system that they didnt even bother to check to make sure their lie was plausible). Absolutely no attempt was made to assist me in helping make sure my package would even get there at a reasonable date when I called THEM to let them know of the discrepancy. I am sure no effort would hav been made to reimburse me for my overnight shipping payment if I had not contacted them asking what had happened.I cannot express what a disappointing, horrible, and upsetting experience this was. Please save yourself the effort, money, and emotional disappointment and avoid this store at all costs. For your convenience- there is a FedEx a few block away downtown.

I just had literally THE best UPS store experience I’ve had to date. Eve and Scott helped me with two crazy huge & awkward packages without even having to ask. Clearly happy in their workplace & it shows. Good job store owner! 👍🏻

Michael is incredible! This is the nicest and most accommodating UPS store Ive ever been to. We needed an incredibly quick turn around time on a banner print and he followed through so well. Cant be more satisfied with these guys.

These guys just make everything so easy, and are the nicest people youll meet all day. We send all of our client shipments out of this location. Yesterday I was in to send off my passport renewal papers, and when I asked to borrow a stapler to put the photo on (which has to be done precisely in specific spots), the employee (im so sorry I didnt catch his name!) said Oh Ill just do it for you. Its the little things like that, that make your day easier, that make all the difference.

I came into the ups store simply needing a notary which was a breeze and surprisingly cheap. My company also had a fairly complex printing project that Michael, the store owner was able to help me piece together visually. We agreed on the scope and price, and within a day, he called me to notify that it was ready for pick up. We used the printing job to market my company’s services which led to a higher conversion of leads and sales. Can’t recommend this store and its’ staff enough. Thank you for the great experience. Fantastic customer service! This is the only store that is open on Saturday year-round. Also, stays open late. Parking is very convenient and the location is right off the interstate.

Probably the best UPS store I’ve been to! Spacious and clean but most importantly the employee who is always working when I come in, Zack, is so kind and professional. Recently, when a line of several people formed he greeted everyone as they entered and multi tasked effortlessly to serve everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible. I will now choose this location over the other slightly more convenient location in town.

This is one of the most well run businesses in Charleston! Such a pleasant, seamless experience every time. The manager (Michael) of this store is fantastic, engaging, and really cares about the customers, and gets everything done in a very efficient way. Grateful to have them in the neighborhood!

Greetings All; I had the opportunity to visit this location on yesterday and I must concur with everyone in saying, this place is GREAT: (i.e atmosphere, cleanliness, lighting, kindness and level of efficiency). The two gentlemen I encountered shared their pleasantries yet keeping the integrity of professionalism. I first found them when I was living on the Eastside - have since moved - but still always come there for Amazon returns + any other of my shipping needs. Dreading having to deal with UPS after hands-down the absolute rudest worst customer service at UPS Johns Island; I was blown away by the amazing customer service on Meeting Street! I was barely through the door when I was greeted and asked how they could assist me. I thanked the two gentlemen for their great service today-Will only use this UPS office from now on :)
