This company has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I ordered wheels back in March of 2021, I was told it would be 6 weeks to receive my wheels, it took 6 months. During that 6 month time I never heard from anyone from Wanaryd with a status update unless I reached out to them. After recieving my wheels I brought my bike to the shop to have the wheels put on and low and behold they did not fit. I reached out to Wanaryd and was told by Kayla that they just sell the wheels and if they were not made properly thats not there issue. I have been playing phone tag with 3 different Wanaryd representatives for the last 2 weeks, they kept telling me they would call the dealer to get the information they needed in order to get the information needed to have the issue resolved, I would contact the dealer the next day and they informed me they never heard from anyone at Wanaryd. I would call Wanaryd back and they insisted they couldnt get a hold of anyone at the dealer, which I know is untrue because the dealer is very responsive. Wanatyde would continuously tell methey would call me back with any information, days would go by and I would hear nothing. I am still waiting on the issue to be resolved.

I ordered a front 21 Chrome Rim from them and it took about 8 weeks to receive it. Once I saw it in person, it was Great! It looked better than the pictures online. Tom kept in touch with me through the whole process of receiving my order. He is Awesome! Great customer service and very caring! I will definitely be ordering some more items. From when I purchased my front wheel till I was able to afford the matching rear wheel, Kayla and Tom were both amazing. Helping me with all my questions and needs. Plus Kayla helped me with a great Black Friday deal. There’s no other company I’d deal with going forward. Thank you.

Beautiful Wheels. But dont believe them when you order them when they say 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Takes them 4 MONTHS!!! Have to call them to get a update to see where the wheels are!!

Never order from here if you want what’s on their website I ordered the Colorado Custom Fat spoke with a 6-8 week lead time took 4 months to get it and when I open it they had sent me some square spoke wheel so I send it back telling them that’s not what I wanted the guy Alex says well that’s what you ordered I told him the wheel you sent me doesn’t even come close. He then says well the one you WANT is $400 more and will take 12 weeks to make. To top it off they couldn’t even find me a white wall tire. I’m sorry but that place is no good customer service is horrible. Alex the manager failed on his end hope this saves someone some time and money just ordered directly from manufacturer wanyaride is a joke

I ordered a 19 All Day Chrome wheel for my wife and a 21 Touch of Color for my SGS. I cant believe how great these wheels turned out. Tom Peterson even surprised me by having my rotors done with the same color as my 21 wheel. Ive received so many compliments already. Tom Peterson went above and beyond with his commitment to customer service. He was very responsive, called and gave each of us updates on the status of our wheels. I would certainly recommend Tom Peterson for any and all of your custom wheel needs.

The service from Tom was great once I email him but it took 10 week after I was told 4-6 , I didn’t Get any updates on my order status even though I call the number. Though I was being had!! But Tom took care of it with no issues. I do love my new wheels

Purchased a front wheel and matching rotors, wasnt initially impressed with the matching of colors. Spoke with Tom, they made a new wheel while I rode on the first one. Sent back my wheel at my convenience, they sent new one back , perfect match. Stand up people, took care business. Given this was an international order, I was genuinely impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction. Dont hesitate, if you want next level quality, this is the place.

Eagle GT Rears for my Tri Glide. Finally received after a few months waiting but it was well worth it. The tires complimented my entire bike. Rode my Tri Glide the same day of installation and received several compliments from individuals I didnt even know. My bike really stands out now that I have my Atomic Chrome Rears an Im very pleased. My Sales Rep Danny Munoz was very helpful in assisting me in determining which rears would match my 21 inch front and communicated with me throughout the process. Shipping Coordinator Tom Peterson was equally helpful in keeping me updated on the status of my order all the way til being shipped. I must say that I understand that the entire process slowed due to the pandemic issues across the country but both Danny and Tom provided outstanding customer service during the process. Got great customer service and help ordering. Kept coming back to the wheel I bought for my 13 RK after looking at tons of others. Love the clean look and very satisfied with the product. Reason it is 4 starts vs 5 is I was told 6 weeks when order Memorial Day Weekend. Tire finally arrived August 11th and I was gone to Sturgis. Had hoped to have it before then and I understand delays but it took 11 weeks to receive it. Overall very happy with the product and service and will buy from them again.

I really appreciate Tom in this order process. He kept me in the loop all along the shipping process with updates. I ordered just prior to covid and because of this shipping wasn’t ideal but Tom always reassured me that I was being taken care of as soon as possible and I must say I can’t be happier with the product and end result

My wheel just makes my bike. She’s a 19’ CVO road glide. Mako shark fade paint. The bike would always get great looks now she’s s a show stopper. Thanks to Tom and his team for make my baby one of. Was hesitant about buying a new wheel, Got burned years ago buying aftermarket wheels. Isabella and Tom work with me on my order and assured me but there would be no problem with the wheels. Had an issue with one my rotors, and Tom made it real easy getting it fixed. I sent it back, and he got back to me the day after they got letting me know they were fixed and already sending them back. Was nice, i thought they were ganna take a lot longer and miss my ride, thanks for taking care of the issue and getting my rotors back so fast!

First off gotta send a huge thanks too Tom and Kayla , they are top in customer care and making sure your order is right . ive been modifying cars to bikes for years and they are definitely on top of everything the whole way with my order. 2 I order a new Starkline wheel ,the quality of this wheel is unlike anything ive seen this being my 3rd wheel for my 18 street glide in 2 years. When I go to order anything from here on these guys are gonna be my first place before I look anywere else, in my experience in my 43 years, I never use to think much about were i order as long as I got what I was ordering ,in the last 10 years its a great thing to find people in like WanaRyd that want to make sure your order is perfect and your above happy with the product you order. I had a 30 inch rim made by wanaryd. they told me it would take 10 weeks to make..I did get the rim right around the time that was quoted to me. the rim was very nice and packaged well...Tom and kayla at wanaryd were great. kayla, is very knowledgeable about everything and helped with all my million questions...and ..........Tom ........tom was awsome, he returned all my emails when I inquired about my rim and he kept me up to date on the status of the rim making process as well as tracking..thanks wanaryd when the bike is done I will send pics...any parts I need will come from these guys..even their prices are lower than other companys with the same items. I dont normally do reviews but these guys bent over backwards for me and that means a lot when Im spending thousands of my dollars on what we love....our bikes.

The guys at Wanaryd are really good at what they do. I bought a wheel and had a problem with it fitting. One phone call to their tech guys squared it away. Nice to know they are there if you have an issue.

I finally recieved my new wheel took a few weeks longer than expected installed wheel looks great i did run into a couple problem had to install with valve stem on the left instead of on the right like all harleys are becauce tire was mounted wrong rotation and after installing i had to take back off and reinstall my old wheel spacers the new ones wouldnt fit my harley fork end caps .
