These boys got me rolling again. Called in while 700 miles from home, needed a tire of an odd size. They overnighted, mounted, balanced, and got me going the next day. Heading north to ride the snake in NC, my bike check engine light came on. I sent an early email to NRCC asking if they could read the code. They called me when they opened, got me into their Service dept. when I arrived. Put the bike on the computer, cleared the code and sold me a fuel pump relay for $10 just in case I had further issues. Great job guys and thank you! Terrific Dealership, in and out in 45 minutes.

They were super cool a couple years ago when I passed thru town. On this trip they went above and beyond to help get my bike straight for the distinguished gentlemans ride, twice! So, when Im ready to get a new Triumph, Ill likely make the 6 hour drive to buy it from them.

I love coming here and drooling over the inventory. The staff are very friendly and know their products! If you are in the the market for a Triumph or Royal Enfield motorcycle this is the place to go. They also have other bikes and some used ones too. They have a good selection and answer questions freely. If you love bikes I suggest you pay them a visit.

Bought a used bike from here and it had an O2 sensor issue, brought it back to fix and Dyno tuned and cleared codes and they came back, later to find out the program they put in wasnt good for my bike with the options on bike, so for there lack of finding out what equipment is in the bike bin playing guessing game for ten months do your own research before you get scammed from here

I bought a used Big Dog that needed a lot of work. I cant say enough about the Professionalism and Attention to Detail provided by North Ridge Cycle. It use to take 30 seconds to get it started and it had a serious transmission leak. It starts in one second and not one drop of oil in the last three days. It runs a lot quieter and smother now also. Found out the hard way that a tire a buddy of mine bought for his bike was too wide. We went in and spoke to Craig and he was quick to offer a replacement with a free mount and balance. Although they did not have the original size in stock he offered to order one on an even exchange! Great customer service awesome customer resolve!!

I was treated very professionally, the place is set up well, the prices are reasonable, the showroom folk were friendly, and Im looking to do business with them on a bike I liked very much there. My first review was from 2015.Walked in to browse, in the market for another motorcycle. The guy at the counter could not be bothered to speak, even when I said Good morning twice. Then he went in the back with the mechanics and didnt come back out while I waited to ask about one of the bikes for sale on the floor. I finally gave up and left, with enough money to buy that motorcycle. Guess Ill buy one somewhere else. I wonder why they didnt want my business?

Im now a lifetime customer. We agreed upon a date to have my chain and sprockets replaced, and a full tune up before my trip to NC. They ordered the part and promised same day pick up. What can I tell you about North Ridge Customs? I can’t even begin to say enough good things about them. They went the extra mile to make my deal work. If things weren’t right, they fixed it now and no excuses. They are the best around the Low Country and probably the state.

These guys brought my bike back to life. I had a tech on James island do some basic work and just turned my shadow into a mess. North ridge fixed those issues and it runs great now.

I went in for 25k mile maintenance on my 03 Harley Davidson softail Springer. As soon as I crossed the threshold of the store I was greeted. They explained to me in detail what each service would cost. Even as someone who is not very familiar with the terms and lingo, they will go out of their way to make the explanation make sense. Honestly would have paid double or close to it anywhere else. I will be taking my bike here from now on.

I recently purchased a Kendon Single Stand-Up Motorcycle Trailer from North Ridge Custom Cycles, and I am VERY happy with the product and the sales experience at NRCC. Purchasing from NRCC was a refreshing change in a time of relatively poor customer service! Craig spent a lot of time with me as I made my decision on a trailer, answering all of my MANY questions (sorry Craig...). Once I made the decision to purchase the Kendon trailer, he was once again great to work with! I had a relatively tight timeline, as I was going to be leaving the state towing my motorcycle with the new trailer, and Tina worked her magic to ensure I received the plate and registration before I had to leave! When I picked up the trailer, Andrew walked me through the operation and details of the trailer to make sure I was comfortable with it. All I can say is fantastic customer service from start to finish!
