Crazy good! Dare I say better than ANY other donut I’ve ever had. They cook them after you place your order. When you get your donut it is hot. I tried the boo berry. It was freaking fantastic!

How can you not give this place 5 stars?! I really wish theyd open a store closer to Moncks Corner. But its probably a good thing they havent. I would be there everyday! I love the service. Donuts are always awesome. End of. Cant go wrong here!

We came here for international donut day and I was seriously so impressed with the kindness of the staff! In particular, the young woman who helped us, with the awesome donut headband (I think her name was Jaycee), went above and beyond for us! She heard my daughter mention wanting sprinkles and made it happen. We all left so happy! And the donuts were divine! Add that to an already incredible experience we had last year, where my sister had sent me some of their donuts for my birthday, and they had again, gone above and beyond to get the flavors she requested. Amazing donuts, amazing service! Highly recommend

Absolutely a must try. Happily a repeat customer. Their creative and fun menu is amazing. Prices are great. You can build your own dozen or ask for randoms. They also sell cute little ducks of a good variety. Offers a drink selection, as well.

This was my first time here. They do curbside pickup. The donuts are great! They were warm and fresh. They are cake donuts, with all kinds of toppings. We got the Campfire selection and their Autumn selection. So much variety. The service was also great. Cant wait to go back to try their breakfast sandwiches.

Duck donuts is the specialty taste and looks but at half the cost! I love getting these for work because they are just above and beyond the normal donut. While the texture may be more along the lines of a plain Loves donut, the added toppings are the best part. I always get at least a full dozen every time because it is the cheapest, less than $15!! How can you go wrong with that price! They also have the bacon maple glaze with bacon on top! That donut is a sure winner in our office. Sometimes they have specialty toppings like lucky charms. This week they had key lime flavors and I got two topped with graham crackers. Their breakfast sandwiches are pretty good but I think they would be even better with the bacon glaze and crumbled bacon on top. Next time I go in I will see if they can do that!

I never will eat Krispy Kreme again. It’s the only donut that’s ever worth talking about. They’re so fresh, they have amazing flavors, and they’re always 10/10. I love the way they’re made, even the plain one is just so so good, it just melts in your mouth. Highly recommend

This one definitely stands up to the original in the outer banks...One of my favorite new places in West Ashley to grab a sweet treat! Maybe not considered breakfast though...more like a bakery or dessert! Either way they are fantastic and completely made to order on the spot. Best if you eat hot there! Loved the key lime that I think is a seasonal flavor. Love to see it all year.

This place is amazing. Legit the best doughnuts I have had so far. I got the maple glaze with chopped bacon and salty Carmel drizzle. It was warm, sweet, and salty. A perfect combo. I will definitely be coming back for more.

The menu on the website captivated my tastebuds I was ready to visit😊😊 a delicious selection of donuts called my name and begged me to sample SOMETHING!!! I wound up getting a maple bacon peanut butter and raspberry jam donut and just because I couldnt leave without trying something else; I got a cinnamon donut ( hold the drizzle), didnt want to have sugar overload😏I was VERY HAPPY with my choices!! The place was clean, the fragrant smell should be a car freshener and the service was AMAZING....wanna a sweet treat stop here for a bite to eat.

So I took my daughter and niece for a treat. We entered about 15 min before closing. There was 6 people in line already, waited, ordered 2, paid and waited for them. There was a dozen being assembled right before our order. The lady who was assembling them before she was even done, turned around and threw the 8-12 doughnuts on the tray away in the trash can, than walked to me and told me they were out of doughnuts and sorry. We had been waiting at this point 20 minutes, my daughter and niece were very disappointed. They refunded the price of the two doughnuts, but I don’t think I will ever be back, not that they care. So moral of the story don’t go close to closing time….

Very expensive for a donut shop. The donuts did taste good. First time there but I will not make a special trip for Duck Donuts in the future.

Duck Donuts on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard in West Ashley is one of my favorite places to go for donuts in the area as I really enjoy the different flavors and variety that they have available. I like seeing the process of the donuts being made behind the counter and eating them on site. The staff here is very friendly and works hard to make sure that you get exactly what you want. I have been happy every time that I have been here. Worth the visit for good donuts.

1st timer..... Lots of decisions to make to get some donuts. Not a place to get a quick dozen. The donut itself was delicious, warm and moist. Icing was tasty and not overly sweet. Overall was a good donut place to try if you havent already.

Maybe I just had a rare not-great experience. They advertise donuts being warm and fresh and they were, but the toppings more or less melted off the donuts. We picked them up a few minutes after the pickup time. Maybe Ill give it another shot as they were tasty and fresh and very reasonably priced but I just cant really wrap my head around putting all these toppings on a warm donut.

This was my first visit to any Duck Donuts ever and so I did not know what to expect other than they made the donut after you ordered. I arrived just after lunch and was happy to see there was no line. I ordered 7 donuts and the young lady at the register explained how the process worked. I watched as my donuts dropped in to the fryer one by one and then were hand dipped and decorated. She called my ticket # and then asked me if everything looked fine. I acknowledged they looked excellent. The first bite was amazing. There is nothing like a freshly fried donut that melts in your mouth with a delicious warmth. I only wish there was a Duck Donuts closer to our side of town. I will return.

I have been here 2 times now, both times were very good the staff is friendly and helpful. The donuts are delicious and made fresh right in front of you while you wait. They have several flavors, toppings, etc. And you can choose anything you want!

We love our Duck Donuts here in Charleston! For those of you not familiar with this place, you design your own donut by choosing a glaze, topping, and drizzle. They also serve breakfast sandwiches and coffee!

Im partial to Krispy Kreme, but I love the concept of freshly made-to-order donuts with pre-chosen toppings. Although I didnt get one, the family did. Looks to be cake batter dough instead of the airy yeast batter.This was our first experience watching the donut come out of frying, and then hand dipped. Then completed with the complementary topping. Family hasnt eaten yet, but Im sure theyre tasty... looks tasty anyway. Would love to see them in my neighboring state of GA.

Best donuts ever! They were made to order and the quality was amazing! They have a unique crispness to each donut along with a wide variety of toppings and flavors you can select from. My wife and I visited Charleston for the first time and we wanted to get some donuts for breakfast. This place was super close to our Airbnb and had good reviews so we decided to give it a try. I’m so glad we did! The donuts were made perfectly and I loved all of the combinations we could choose from. Loved it!

I am not much of a donut lover, but Duck donuts is awesome! The donuts are made fresh, and the cofee is great, too. The bacon donut is a must try.

My daughter and I love this place. The donuts are so moist and light. You could easily eat a dozen and ask for more. They are that good. My favorite is blueberry icing with raspberry drizzle.Im my opinion they are even better than Krispy kreme.

Duck donuts is in a shopping plaza off of Sam rittenburg so its not super visible from the road but once you find it you be happy you walked in as far as donuts go in West Ashley they are top 2 in my book you start with a plain donut and you build from there you can create a masterpiece from 3 catergories 1. glaze 2. Toppings 3. DrizzleI recommend the maple bacon and apple pie donut the lemon rasberry is pretty great too and lastly this place is super clean from bathroom to lobby

Walked into this place not realizing that they closed in 5 minutes. The team greeted us as if they had just opened for the day. They walked us through the create your personal doughnut process. All while maintaining smiles and winning attitudes. Very impressed and oh yeah the doughnuts Rocked !

This place was so cute I was in town visiting and came across this small spot. I love that the donuts are made fresh and how cute the place is inside definitely appreciate the cleanliness and loved the donuts had nice variety’s and different and unique compared to other coffee places when I’m back around this are I definitely plan to come back

This location didn’t have good service at all. The girl at the register looked irritated and sounded bored the whole time we were there. At least the donuts still live up to what we know and love from Duck Donuts, but the service needs some training here. Cappuccino supposedly had vanilla added but didn’t taste like it at all, just tasted like espresso honestly.

Customer service was pretty good. The doughnuts tho!! My expectations weren’t too high but they exceeded. The doughnuts are very soft and the toppings aren’t too overpowering.

We usually dont have any problems and have amazing service, but today it was almost as if tge two women behind the register couldnt listen. We ordered a dozen donuts and a cold coconut white mocha latte and hot coconut white mocha latte. Not only did they get it wrong the first time, but they got it wrong the second time too. Very irritating!

Fresh and Delicious.Made to order and we like to watch while they are made.Many previous visits had us unhappy because even slightly imperfect doughnuts were immediately tossed in the trash. We didnt notice this on our last visit.Our last visit comprised of an order to dine in and an order to go. Our order to go was missing one doughnut. I think they must have thought they put too many in our box because we could see where a doughnut had been placed and apparently removed : (

You can’t go wrong with Duck Donuts. They have the best donuts I have ever tasted. I get these for my commercial clients who absolutely go crazy for them. There are the most unique and tasty anytime snack you could ask for. They also have great coffee. I utilize the order ahead so I can swing in and pick up my donuts on the go quickly without even having to wait. All of them are made by hand after you order them so there is a few minute wait but entirely worth it either way. Just order ahead if you don’t want to wait a few minutes.

I love Duck Donuts but, not a fan of this location. When the shop first opened the customer service was exceptional but it has really gone down. I came in today and when I was placing my order the cashier cut me off several times when I was trying to tell her what I wanted. She was not very personable and acted like I was inconveniencing her.Despite the customer w, I am very satisfied with Duck Donuts. The store is clean and my Donuts always come out perfect!!

Walked in, ordered and watched 12 fresh donuts out of the fryer and into the box in less than 5 min. My children loved being able to watch them be made. Taste wise? Probably the best donuts Ive eaten in my 31 year life. Still warm (even after the car ride home) and they melt in your mouth.

I dont think theres a donut shop in America that could beat this place. I mean they make everything fresh to order! When you get the box just eat at least one right away. Plus the price is great so theres no reason to go anywhere else, unless this place is too far out the way. Even so you should still visit occasionally.

Stopped in for a break one day and tried the maple bacon donut which was really good. They have a pretty huge selection of donuts to choose from so it can get a little overwhelming, but they have a list of their most popular which makes it easier. The have a couple of different coffee choices too which is nice. I thought the donut and coffee were both really good.

Sorry Krispy kreme theres a new duck in town and his light is always on. Lol
