They didnt have my daughters size shoes so they helped us order the exact ones she wanted. Super nice staff, very helpful.

I really like shopping at Shoe Carnival in West Ashley as they have some of the best prices on shoes in the Charleston area. I always seem to find really good deals on shoes every time I shop here and leave with more boxes than I originally intended to as there are some shoes that I cannot pass up. There is a really good selection of shoes here from casual to athletic to more business type shoes. This store is very well run and organized and I can go right to the type of shoe I am looking for and they will have my size in the shoe I am looking for more times than not and that is not always the case in all of the shoe stores in the area. This store is very consistent in providing good values for shoes.

Incredible sales on occasion they will come over the intercom and announce buy one get one 1/2 off havent found deals for name brand shoes at this low price anywhere. The manager and staff at the North Charleston store are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

They had shoes that I needed, but I was on a crutch with a walking boot and nobody really even acknowledged that I might need some extra help with my purchase or made any effort to make things easier. Didnt have very high expectations going in though

Great experience! I had to exchange items I purchased online and it was a bit confusing but the young lady handled everything very well and I purchased 4 pairs of shoes, 2 in-store and 2 online. Very pleased with such amazing service. 👍

Boot sale going on- and the store stays clean! No shoes all over the place, boxes and plastic here and there- nope, it stays neat. Associates dont hound you but are around when/if you need help. Great prices and great selections

Went up on their prices, I used to buy my Nike shoes there before covid and now they are approximately 15.00 dollars more for the same shoes

Awesome Customer Service. I love when i walk into a place and the associates greet you instantly. That makes me feel welcome and ot becomes a pleasure to spend money there. Also, the cashier took time to make my daughter feel special as well. She had her spin the Carnival wheel, which my daughter loved btw. And after, she presented her with a Carnival cup and sticker. To make a long story short, my daughter is having fun watching her pink cup turn blue/purple due to the change of temperature. I give this place 5 stars because not only do they have amazing show designs for reasonable prices, you can tell that this company appreciates its customers and provide more then the average show store. Thanks guys for being so awesome! #ayterrell

About a month ago I shopped shoe carnival and had the opportunity to have a girl named Jordan help me with shoes for work, running and Leisure.She was by far the most charming, knowledgeable and enthusiastic retail person I have met in my recent years of memory.She measured my foot size and width for a much better fit all the way around. So I bought 3 pairs. I hope she is there during my next visit.And while she was imparting all this knowledge and help she was also training a new cashier.
