Sephora is to woke and liberal/progress for my liking. In my world men look like men and act like men, not women. I found the men working at Sephora were to lady like and feminine. One even wore fake eyelashes. Plus I found out Sephora supports Planned Parenthood which is a butcher shop of innocent babies. Anyone with morals, values and dignity should not do business with such a place.

Great customer service! If you dont get good service there, then its YOUR fault. I wanted to try a new fragrance but didnt know what to get so I used that board in the back of the store that tells you how to choose perfumes and colognes. I found my scent! They also gave me my birthday gift! The only killer is that its downtown with all the one-way streets and parking meters. Wear your mask in the store!

Tea/Tia was wonderful, she helped me find the perfect color match for powder foundation. The staff are polite, helpful, and great. Location was very clean and pretty.

Sephora can be very overwhelming at times but luckily Trevor at Sephora on king street made my shopping trip 100% easier today. I didnt feel pushed to the most expensive products, which I really really appreciate, and just all around had great vibes. I love the products that were suggested! To many customers in the store and policies being violated during a covid-19 pandemic. Seems like store is short handed and not clean especially when its at 100% capacity.Also, a associate of mine suggested something for me to buy for my hands so they pointed me to downtown charleston on King Street.Overall, the store is at most part average for king street but the gossip you hear about other customers or people is really horrible. Some people should practice humility!!

SEPHORA on King Street in Charleston is a well managed SEPHORA that is a good place to get gifts for those on your list. The staff here is very helpful and attentive when you need assistance and makes the shopping process very easy. I have had a really good experience shopping here.

As a tourist in Charleston SC for the 1st time, my visit to Sephora was a memorable one. The women who greets you at the entrance developed a flirtatious conversation with me and suggested on what type of mens cologne would smell vibrant on me since we both grew up in the same state.

Great ,but started raining watch 2 ladies bring in tent and table from outside while 3 men workers watched , guess they were managers , need training on Gentlemans behavior , in which in turn gains respect from employees and customers , ( been owner and manager since 1983,) over heard other customers make comments also , have some Grade A 10s in Ladies employees , helpful in product knowledge and easy transaction, also offered customer , throwaway poucho to run get car in rain for parents so they wouldnt get wet A plus Customer Service , All 3 Ladies working as team , lot of potential hope know what you have there .

This isn’t aimed at this location but to Sephora in a whole. We won’t shop there anymore due to the company having issues with anyone who isn’t aligned with their views. conservatives are 75m strong. Bad move Sephora #amandaensing

Great service and wide array of products

So many people working yet nobody to help. The girl at the front table couldn’t be bothered to give a recommendation on a foundation(I asked a different employee who then asked her). Disappointed. I needed to be color matched for a foundation.Oh well.

Absolutely horrible. First time shopping at a Sephora. I have two endocrine disorders and got a bunch of conventional makeup for Christmas. Wanted to exchange for items from the clean beauty list but the store had nothing available I wanted and nothing I liked on the app was available for in store pickup. Also, the shorter blonde lady was kind of short with me when I asked for assistance. Did I mention I had to walk 3 blocks for a bathroom??

Visited Sephora today and worked with Hannah on finding a new skincare routine. She was super helpful, gave me multiple options, talked me through the products/routine, and took her time to make sure I was satisfied. Everyone was welcoming. They are doing a good job of making it work during covid times.

I shop here for fenty products. I live the quick and easy pickup services.

Friendly knowledgable staff... Love the products for the quality and availability.

Staff was very friendly, the store polished and flashy, not a lot of selection (unless you need foundation concealer powder etc) and quite pricey.

I have always been so pleased with my experiences in Sephora. Everyone is super helpful - because God knows I know nothing about makeup! I will struggle to find parking every time because its worth it.

Don’t waste your time “shopping” there. You can’t even look at their display. The sales ladies are very disrespectful and rude to their “customers”. Why bother go into the store if they don’t even let you to look at the display.

I know we are in a COVID-19 world and there are not any kind of samples for testing available but I believe e customer service is a must and always needed as I walked in there was someone at entrance keeping court of occupants n giving tye COVID-19 run but as soon as you get into the store no assistance, with 3 to 4 associates working and only one cashier

What can I say. I love Sephora. Just wish 1 closer to me. They carry some make up lines others do not. They usually give me samples to try when I purchase which is great. I end up going back to purchase items I liked. Pleasant sales staff. First time though that I felt person not really knowledgeable on the make up lines.

MY ABSOLUTE WEAKNESS!!!!! I love the ladies of Sephora. They are very helpful and usually have everything stocked so you can have a pleasant shopping experience! I was able to receive great samples and help trying on colors. I will always go back and fight myself to not buy the whole right side of the store!

Shelly is amazing! She is sweet, kind, great to work with, and just hands down does the best job all around. I highly recommend her for any beauty needs. She did my custom makeover today and I couldn’t have been more impressed with her skill.

I got a beauty makeover by Trisha this past Saturday and it far exceeded all expectations I had. Ive been an avid beauty lover as well as Sephora lover for years. Trisha really went above and beyond in getting to know what I was looking for and what would work for me and my specific beauty needs. Not only was my makeup flawless and lasted throughout my night, but I left with new products that Im excited to use. I cant wait to go back!

Love this Sephora! They always carry way more product lines than the one in the mall like hourglass! I got a little makeover by a really nice lady there one day I wish I could remember her name! She was really amazing at makeup and gave me a makeup lesson to make sure I remembered everything she showed me! Always a fun trip Every time I go!

I received a foundation that wasnt fit for my skin type from a different Sephora and this Sephora gave me a refund on my card! The staff were also very helpful and knowledgeable when my aunt needed help finding make up. Overall, great experience.

Sephora in Downtown Charleston is large and filled with helpful employees. They assisted me with my cologne choices and of course using my fiancees beauty insider to help her score more points. Highly recommend Giorgio Armani, Versace and YSL colognes!

One of the Sephora employees (blond, middle-aged, heavier set) feigned to assist me while I was trying to find a lip stain. I was hoping to buy something, but she just abruptly walked away after I tried the first one she suggested. So rude!
