Excellent place to have your work done. They are cheap respectful and on point! Seth Brewer is the manager of this and he is a awesome guy. Bend over backwards to make sure youre happy. This small town Hospitality hardly exist anymore.

I called Glass Doctor of East Central Illinois for help with a cracked older window. The scheduled guy missed the deadline for my initial appointment, but after calling the office later that day for help, the manager was super helpful and scheduled an appointment the following day. He came out himself and was very helpful and professional. Even though their business was not specifically able to service my older window, he was able to refer me on to the correct business who did. I posted 5 stars because the manager was honest and forthright, which was refreshing. Id rather have a business send me to someone who can better help a client than overcharge or misdirect me to keep a client they cant correctly service. If I have troubles with my newer windows, Ill be reaching out to this business. Thank you!

Glass Doctor is a new service in this area but one which is locally owned by a successful and established business family. Staff and Techs are friendly & competent, prices are competitive, and service is prompt and on-schedule. They treated me fairly, and I trust Glass Doctor.
