I showed up an hour early for my appointment and they took me right in..auto glass now was 2 times cheaper then every place I called about replacing my windshield..they had my windshield replace in less then 45 minutes and I was on my way.They did an awesome job and an awesome installation..I will never go anywhere else if I ever need another windshield..Very nice ppl..Great job..

The windshield replacement for my vehicle was cracked when I came in to get it. They immediately jumped on the phone and had me another windshield installed within two hours. Was very happy with them. Hopefully I don’t have to use them again, but I will if the instance arises :)

I had my cars windshield replaced and had not had a single issue out of my 60,000 mile vehicle, and after leaving their shop with my new windshield I did not make it a mile down the road before my car had EVERY warning light come on, I could not shift gears and was forced to have it towed. After informing the woman at the front desk of this she did not even offer to refund me at least half of the money I paid to have the windshield replaced, Wich I felt was the least they could do seeing as I didnt have a problem before I brought my car in and after leaving it was not driveable! I most certainly will not be returning.

I have not taken my truck to Kanawha City, WV yet, but will do so this week or first of next. Two reasons, Kerry the very nice lady that spoke with me and the quote she gave me for R&I of a new windshield. Wish more people / businesses would act like her. The only down fall in the whole visit was the building, I know they lease it but, really, to let a landlord leave carpet in the place like IT IS! NASTY. Bad first impression! Fast, Professional and really great prices. They chard less than have of what the national chain with the jingle charges. The lady working the front office is super sweet and informative, and the gentleman that put my windshield in was professional and courteous. They got me in withing 24 hours and replaced my window within 40 minutes on my lunch break. If I ever get another crack I will use this company again.

Absolutely incredible service and they dont try to rob you! They fixed a problem with my windshield that Volvo should have been forced to do a recall on as it is a major safety issue. If you have auto glass issues these are the people you can trust!

Did not put bolts back on, windshield wipers were disfunctional, numerous other issues, but thankfully they did a good job on the windshield.

A very small pebble hit my windshield around the first of the year and put a crack all the way up the middle so after shopping around a little bit someone at my Nissan dealership gave me their card so I called them and got it replaced that evening for under $200 and it only took them about 2 hours and that was with about 2-3 people in front of me. I have been very satisfied with my new windshield I cant even tell the difference from the factory windshield. What really surprised me though is the price was even cheaper than even Safelite.

If you use mobile service, make sure you have plenty of time. Was told would be here between 10am and 1pm. Called them (12:41 pm)and lady said she would find out whats going on and call back. Here I sit at 1:17 pm and no call. Got a call back at 1:20 pm. Finishing up one job and would be right there. Finally came at 2:15 pm and was done at 2:55 pm. Technician was very knowledgeable and curteous. This was enough to raise from 1 to 3 stars.

Technical people friendly but the front desk person was not nice .Installation of windshield ok, but now my vehicle has a whistle sound at certain speeds.I am thinking a couple clips broke on plastic during installation and they did not get repaired ...The front desk staff was unfriendly enough that I dont want to go back and ask them to look at the noise that was never there before they replaced the windshieldI would NOT recommend this auto glass store to anyone I know .

The staff at the store went above and beyond for my 2019 Toyota Highlander. When the wrong windshield arrived the lady office manager drove her car and picked up my windshield from their warehouse. The technician took the extra steps that the other service did not to help identify my replacement. Very professional. Will always go back to them in the future.

Went to get my windshield replaced because of seal leak though there was nothing wrong with the windshield. They were the cheapest place I had located so I agreed. They went above and beyond and even though they didnt promise it they said if they could get the old windshield out in one peice they would charge me half price. I had to get a new windshield as mine broke coming out but they did it quick maybe an hour to an hour and a half and cheaper than anyone else and were wonderful to work with.

They have always did awesome,quick work and has the cheapest quotes for windshields in the area. Quick and efficient, whats not to love. I go to the store so this rating is not for their mobile services.

My appointment to have a windshield installed was November 29, 2017. Not only did the technician NOT show up I did not even receive a phone call. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 5 days later I made an appointment on-line with Safelite and this morning the technician called on his way and he was a few minutes early! THAT is what you call CUSTOMER SERVICE! Word of mouth is everything!

Both SL and AGN had my windshield in stock and could schedule same-day in shop service.SL has a Keurig with bottled water and a variety of roasts. AGN has an old coffee pot.SL quoted $270. AGN quoted $150.

Got a windshield replaced in my 2012 Tundra here. Noticed a big gouge in my paint, that wasnt there before. It also looked as if someone was laying across my hood while working on it....no big deal, but the gouge was. Went back to the shop to see if they would make it right and the manager basically called me a liar and said there is no way his guys did that to my truck. Dont use this place, tell your friends and family. It is shady as hell and the price isnt worth it. They also present themselves as local but are coporate.
