A few months ago I was looking for a specific car, got in touch with PJ at our local Audi dealer and he was able to get me the exact car I asked for within a week. Nice young man that knows his Audis.

My fiancé and I purchased our first Audi from Astorg in March 2021. We called to set up a test drive of an Audi Q5 and from the moment we stepped on the lot, we were treated incredibly well. We were greeted promptly by PJ with the car ready to drive, provided direct contact information for any questions/concerns, and told to enjoy our drive. After our test drive and some more research, we provided PJ with the exact Q5 build we were wanting to purchase. PJ took the specifications, found our exact Q5 in another state, and had it shipped to Astorg in less than a week. It has been the simplest and best car purchase either one of us have ever experienced.PJ has continued to follow up with us about our Audi through text and e-mail correspondence, promptly answering any questions about car care and maintenance. Recently, we had some detailing done to our Q5 at Astorg which PJ set up for me. He worked around my work schedule which allowed me to drop the car off, take the free on site shuttle to work, then personally drove my car to my job site after it was finished. Before leaving, he reminded me of our next oil change appointment and offered further detailing at the appointment in case we werent satisfied with the already great detailing job. This level of service feels above and beyond and we greatly appreciate it (our Q5 does too!)We are already planning to purchase our next Audi from Astorg and are looking forward to the experience! I had a recall on my Audi A4 Quattro and kept putting it off because I thought Id be inconvenienced for the rest of the day. I was wrong. When I arrived they took immediate care of me, checking me into the service department and even had a brand new Mercedes waiting for me to drive so my day wouldnt be interrupted. The friendliness of the staff, in all departments, and the professionalism displayed was an added bonus. What an exceptional experience. I will definitely continue to rely on Audi of Charleston for all my Audi service and needs.
