My father bought a chainsaw 6 days ago and went back to return it, a man came up and look at the product for a sec and said they cant take back a stihl chainsaw that already being used. It an expensive product and my father used it for tested and not satisfied with it so for course who would  buy a product without testing it themselves and if the dont like it they should be able to get thier money back. I Will never go back there and will not recommend anyone to go to that store.

The staff and all the products there are awesome. Love going there. Its small enough that you can still find what you are looking for.

Great place with fantastic prices, but the best part is the owner, who is nice and helpful, and if he doesnt have what you are trying to find, will even point you to a competitor who might.

While their prices might be higher than Lowes, their service exceeds Lowes. They usually have items that we need and are conveniently located.

Went in yesterday to get 2 keys made, both did not work. The manager mrs Anita i beleve was her name had no customer service skills at all. Dont forget without customers that you would not have a job. I was very nice and patient. Anyway ended up going to another place Fitch hardware i think it was and received 2 keys that work and most importantly great customer service... I will not be coming into this store again.

Bought my Stihl chainsaw there. Friendly, experienced staff instructed me on how to use it, and even gave me my first chain sharpening at no cost. Good inventory. Even has a free popcorn machine by the front door; thats a homesy touch that you wont find in a big box.

Most people works here only part time and some of them really don’t care for basic curtesy but this store can be useful when big hardware store comes short on some products.

I went in for 10 bags of garden soil. I first asked if there was anybody to load it as I am suffering a back injury that has taken me out of work. The lady helping me wanted to argue with me as to what I was using it for. I bought the soil and pulled the truck around. Guess who comes out to load....the little old lady at the checkout. Srsly? I told her to give me my money back, that she had no business loading 10 bags of garden soil. She told me if I grabbed one side of it we could. I re-explained I had a back injury, just give me my money back and I would go elsewhere. She proceeded to load it. Finally, a nice lady came up and helped. Ok. Then the tailgate won’t shut because Granny had barely got in on the truck. I had to find a Good Samaritan to rearrange the soil and put the tailgate back on, it had popped off! Meanwhile, I’m having a meltdown because this lady wouldn’t listen to me to begin with.

Very helpful people but small store means they dont have everything you might need.

Interesting assortment of home products, fair to mildly expensive. Its got some fun things like small plastic kiddy pools and ceramic planters but obviously because of its Mom and Pop nature it cant compete with a Walmart or Home Depot in prices and variety but it makes up for that in uniqueness and a refressing change from big box sameness and crowds.

They have a great selection of hardware and their staff is always friendly and helpful.
