Customer service in this place is plain rude! I went to get goat head meat and the older guy said come back tomorrow because they just installed new blade for $25. They gave me their business card and told me to call. So next week I called as asked and it kept going to voicemail. So I went that evening to get goat head meat. The same old guy told me to call before coming, and I told him I called and it goes to voicemail. He started raising his voice to me saying he didnt receive any phone calls. I told him I already came 2-3 times for same thing and he raised his voice further saying he has customers coming from 2-3 years. There are other places to get goat meat without getting yelled at.I would give 0 stars if there was an option. Very rude to customer!!

This will be my go to place for my meats. I use to go to other places and far off. I’m glad I found this place and will continue to shop here, very convenient and fresh meats.

I bought chicken breasts today and when I came home, I saw meat was completely rotten and was smelling insanely bad. When I took the meat back to the store, elderly man in the store was rude and was saying meat might have gotten bad on the way to my home. My home is literally 5 mins away from the store. At first he refused to return my refund and was forcing me to take another chicken which apparently was good. When I refused, he threatened to call police on me. I was literally about to call 911 when he said he will give me my refund. DONT GOTO THIS PLACE!!

I gave one star, because today I have called them, one man answered to the phone. I said Salam Alaikum to him and he didnt respond me properly, as if he was in rush. Then I have asked him do you have Halal Turkey and again he was in rush and said no I dont have. I wodh they were more polite, because our religion - Islam asks us to be nice and polite towards other people, not to be rude! I was expecting i will get positive energy once I am calling to the store which name is Bismillah! But unfortunately. It wasnt like that. This kind unrespectful answer spoiled whole my day!

Not recommended! I went there and asked the elderly salesman about the meat price, he showed me the goat leg which was very small n price was highI told him thank you but I don’t want to buy this. He got ANGRY and said “sirf mazy leny ae thy”I told him whoever walks past your door is not obligated to buy whatever you offerVery disrespectful

The Halal Meat serve by them is genuine and with good taste. I recommend people to go there and buy, though they still need to improve on the quality on interior but regards to meat its ok.

In Chantilly area, its a good place for fresh Halal meat as well as spices and authentic grocery shopping. Its owned by a couple from Lahore Pakistan and are good people.

It was my worst experience in this place, I bought 5 punds of meat and liver almost 52 $ and when home the meat looks old and smells pretty bad, so my children did not want to eat it and I have thrown it all away . Not recommended

Dont go to this New Bismillah store. I have very bad experience with them. They charged more than what they are supposed to charge. They are cheaters. When I go back to ask about the extra charges they are unable to explain and they said what ever the system is charged we charged that. They behaved very rudely.

I went to this place two time since I moved to Virginia and both time it was a terrible service. If possible i would rather give this store a “0” first of I have bad experience from last year qurbani. I’ve placed an order for goat(a whole goat) they somehow got us the whole goat ready early in the Eid morning. I wonder how if it supposed to be slaughtered on the Eid day. When we got it was cold like defrosted. That OLD MEN was RuDE as hell. He doesn’t have any customer service what’s so ever and a super liar as I truly believe as other have experienced. Second I went home found out the whole goat was old from the freezer. I don’t understand why they would charge enormous amounts of money and not do it the right way. So I let it to allah to judge that. Please don’t give ur business to this place, especially ur qurbani order. YOU BEING WARNED!!!!!!!!!!

I bought two Box of Khajur from this store july 3rd ,2015 and paid $9.98 per Box. I took home and ready to serve for Iftar. After open the cover she saw the expiration date July 3rd,2015. We surprised how this kind of product can sell to the public as a ownder ? I took back both Box to them and the Employee telling me that it is MFG date not expiration date. I told him look the print out sticker from MFG. Than he called the owner and than he gave me $20.00 back and when I was ready to go out from the store he ask me to give him the money back to him, I did and he took $10.00 back from me and tell me that why did you open the cover of one box ?, I said we did not know it expired. He was argue with me than I told him, keep the box and God will take care in this Ramadan Time. I left.

I introduced myself and had a 10 second conversation and the man I was speaking hung up in the middle of my conversation. Then when I called back 3 times nobody picked up. I have no idea why?
