Busy location has limited self checkout kiosks. Place is always well stocked and clean .

I frequent this location and had great experience until today. The issue is with the online Pickup. I ordered whole bunch of pumpkins for senior event. The two ladies at pickup gave me a cart full of pumpkins and told me there’s no boxes with a smile/smirk. Since then, I had to go around and ask numerous number of employees, whom gave me all kinda of different answers. While I wait for two gentlemen trying to find me boxes(reason for the extra star), I see and hear two women employees talk/laugh about me in a different language. I don’t mind the wait but managers should be aware and train them better.

The bldg is large & has almost anything a person would need at reasonable price. Its great. When I had a surgery several yrs ago in the winter...I did my exercises (walking).

The view was simply amazing. So many different animals with colorful plummage. You can witness feeding frenzy in the doorbuster section. There are watering holes where younglings try to have a clandestine drink. The whole thing is a family affair with herds of mom and dad move in a slow processing through the narrow valleys of the checkout aisle. Wonderful safari, i mean shopping experience

A great local Walmart. The groceries here are fresh, they have a great selection of fresh baked bread, and everything else you would expect from a Walmart. Its never crowded, and theyve got self-checkout which moves people through pretty quickly. A great place to do your weekly shopping or pick up something quickly.

Today, the Walmart Super Center gets a 5-star rating. I came here to exchange an item, decaf coffee cups for my Keurig I inadvertently purchased yesterday. So, instead of going to the original store of purchase, I went to the Dulles Town Center area to make the exchange. It went well as I expected. This morning it wasnt crowded, there were no cars sitting in front of the entrance, which is a norm. But I am hoping Walmart will change that habit people have confessing the front entrance with their cars. In any case, I prefer coming to the Wal-Mart Store in the early a.m. because restocking is usual done our almost done. Theyre are not alone of people in the store and the lines, what lines? Get it. Going to Wal-Mart early in the morning is the best experience ever because the employees are relaxed, not stressed out and very attentive to the customers as well. I am not saying theyre not, its that in the morning the associate to customer ratio is balanced. The store is easier to navigate and youre not shoulder to shoulder at the check-out lines. Before, the pandemic I would visit the store at 4 a.m. because it was literally empty, but since they dont open early I have to settle for the 7 a.m. schedule. I really liked that items were stocked and the aisles were empty. In addition, the suture is clean and sanitized, so your shopping experience will be dieter from the normal traffic that Wal-Mart gets throughout the day. Great job Wal-Mart.

Vegetables quality is deteriorating. Tomatoes are yuck so are the oranges. Overall its an okay place to shop but not much variety though compared to other Walmart in the area. Worst is the lack of cashiers. The lines for self check out go all the way snaking around the shop and its super frustrating to wait in line. Evenings are the worst time to shop. Parking as usual is ample though.

It was a quicker shopping trip than I expected! I always worry about being in the store far longer than I desire when it comes to Walmart. This time, I was impressed with the short visit.

Not well stocked for what I was looking for, Keri lotion(with Shea Butter), reg KY, travel size Vaseline, small portion of Grapes & most importantly, Listerine (Cool Mint, no alcohol.) I hate when Walmart doesnt have what I need. :(

I am very disappointment with your service. I ordered online but, my online stuff is delivering in to separate piece. Why I am getting my things in separate piece? Why not together in the Box? I would rather than go to store and buy things from in-person shopping. They should contact the different to learn how to deliver in the box. I want to warn other people that do not place online order from their online website but, just go to store and buy direct from the store.

There is always plenty of parking. The store is kept clean. The employees that I have encountered have always been pleasant knowledgeable & respectful.

I placed an online order for pickup, and my wait time was minimal. They loaded my order in the trunk, let me verify it was all there, and sent me on my way! Another happy curbside pickup customer.

Hey helpful staff. Very helpful when I needed help.My only concern were the lines at the checkout. There were 3 lines open & the self checkout. Each of the lines had at least 5-6 people waiting to checkout. We were in the shopping areas. After 15-20 minutes waiting, someone opened 2 lines, which was good, but we still had people in lines.If I didnt have to wait so long to checkout, I would have rated 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Its a Walmart. Needs more cashiers or more self-check lanes. Also annoying that the groceries and pharmacy are on the exact opposite ends of the store. Kind of expect OTC meds, shampoo, etc. to be with the rest of the groceries. Otherwise, it is fine.

Just came here to try and buy a TV, Nyeesha was extremely rude, didnt want to answer any questions or be helpful at all so I walked out. I walked in trying to give Walmart over $500 of my money and left upset.

No Columbus hard salami in the chub. Calif oranges were half dry. Just like any store you need to know your prices. No Adams No-Stir peanut butter, but the sugar free pudding was only .80! They had chocolate, something Wegmans (@ .99 didnt. )

Lines here seem to always be longer than most Walmarts. Their selections are limited as compared to most supercenters. But it is walmart and you get what you pay for. Want shorter lines and better quality, then head to Target and pay a little more.

First time coming to this location and I didn’t even realize it was here. Great service and fully stocked. We did a preorder for pickup and everything was handled perfectly!

Location 5/5.Stocking 2/5. Smaller store so selection is limited to begin with, then they seem to always have trouble keeping what they do have actually stocked. Going to the one up in Sterling is worth it half the time.

Awful pickup experience. After showing up for my four oclock pickup on time I sat in my car for an hour calling their phone number and someone drives up next to me and gets their pickup instantly.

They need to take off the stickers on the floor that says do not enter this way. Its not even every other isle. Makes no sense. Especially when they are stocking and blocking the way of the right side in. Also not understanding why walmart isnt changing their hours back. From being 24 hr to closing before 8 is insane still. For someone who works until closing and is unable to shop when they get off is VERY frustrating. On a good note good job for them enforcing masks. Its only a little inconvenience out of our day to protect others.

Very organized. Lines are quick and staff are always working efficiently. Wal-Mart has morphed into a store that is open, well laid out and convenient. This store has products in stocks a lot because of high traffic and always has what we are looking for.

I was able to find exactly what I needed and was in and out everyone was very professional

This is the worst Walmart in my area. The customer service there is very poor and down right disrespect full. I asked for the district manager information so could file a complaint and they would not provide the info to me. My slipped and fell in the store because of a spilled product. And we had another issue with a return. I just wanted to file my complaint but know I am tempted to contact my lawyer. I will never return back to this Walmart location again.

The store is very cluttered and yet not well stocked. The employees do not care that you are a customer and will block your path for their pickup orders.

Normal walmrt nothing great

I dont normally review grocery stores, but this specific Walmart caught my eye simply because the back section that includes electronics, fitness gear, etc. is directly ahead from the main entrance so its easy for me to just walk straight ahead and arrive at the technology section. I personally like purchasing electronic accessories so this is a bonus for me.

Very busy, but the staff is friendly and they have good safety measures setup for everyone. I definitely take advantage of the pickup service. Im definitely be back several times for all my shopping needs.

Best Walmart in the south county area. Clean, well managed and well stocked. I usually find what Im looking for and can get in and out quickly. Only 4 stars today because the mens room was out of paper towels.

I loved going to the Chantilly store and I have been going there for years!!! But I was so disappointed today at there coach SAPANA who acted so rude and need to go back for training on how to approach customers and lack of customers services. SAPANA is a disappointment to the Walmart. While I was explaining to her about my return, she abruptly walked away in a rude manner. Shame SAPANA!!!!

This is my 3rd time calling the electronics department in 3 weeks and no one ever answers the phone. Someone is waiting at the register everytime I walk in, you guys just refuse to answer.

Wayyy too crowded & not enough employees. Asked for supervisor & no supervisor helped, a team lead came to see me. They dont do anything to improve their system in the customer service counter they have really long lines.. Parking is always jammed. I visited store mid week Wednesday 4:30PM

Easy to navigate, open spaces, and has full planned grocery store.

20 i automated check-out, 6 in each 3 check lanes. I was in Line for ten minutes, then she closed lane. Went an put meats an cheese bavk an left. Obviously they didnt neef snotthrr 50 bucks

I was in and out in less then 25 minutes. Went to buy car battery so I had to wait in line at customer service. Wasnt a bad trip at all. Sometimes Walmart can be extra.

Convenient for me. Went at a rather busy time on Sunday evening. They used to have the exit and entrance separated and an employee out front counting people but I guess they have stopped doing that. I very rarely go out these days unless I need to.

My eternal frustration with any and all Walmarts is the companys need to fill every single space with products leaving little room to get by with a cart. They dont have customers in mind they have consumers in mind.In addition, while it may seem we are in the future where self-checkout is the new norm and companies proclaiming it allows them to allocate their employees to other areas thus providing better service. You will notice on the busiest of shopping days only about 2-3 registers with an actual person are open with lines of 10+ people and you always end up having that one person in the self checkout with an entire cart full under the belief that they can ring and bag their items faster than the cashier.This Walmart is no exception to those rules.On a positive note it is one of the larger Walmarts in the Northern Virginia area that actually has a garden center attached and it has a larger selection. If only they would reduce the number of rows the same product takes up then maybe they could utilize the space better.

Great place to shop and best prices for most of things

I drove from Kingstowne Walmart to this Chantilly Walmart to get Time and Tru jeans. They have plenty in stocks. I bought 10 pairs because i can’t try on at the store.

Review here of online grocery ordering from this store. Not totally the individual stores fault, but should note: 1) Many frozen items from larger orders over $150 were half thawed or worse, store must not have fridge lockers like Giant and Harris Teeter. 2) Unlike Giant which puts items in your online cart and order invoice by food categories, Walmarts does not, a confusing problem when adding items to a large order or checking it after receiving it. 3) You may get lucky like us and win the food sweepstakes, a Walmart online order was received but never closed out and charged to credit card (someone got in a rush at this store), months later order still in preparing status, even after weeks in honesty of multiple contacts (calls and emails) with the store and corporate, and with weight adjusted items like produce and out of stock items not sure the final total, but with excuses billing would soon deal with it while susoecting no employee taking responsibility to avoid discipline or firing.

Great as long as you dont need help with anything.

Baljit loves to hand it out and if you need her help well you dont. Shes too busy moving carts back and forth instead, so tough luck. What more can I say about this store, besides just dont come here😂.
