Went to this store to pick up ordered phones after getting an email stating they were ready. Upon getting there at 3:45, a sign was posted on the door stating they were closed until 5. During my second trip, everything seemed to go smoothly. I picked up the phones and I decided to get two screen protectors while I was there. Marcus, the self-proclaimed store “owner,” grabbed them off the shelf, told me all about the warranty they had, and sent me on my way after purchasing them. Unfortunately because he was busy telling me all about the warranty, he never told me the price for each, the total of the purchase (it also doesn’t appear on their card reader,) or offered me the receipt needed in order to even take advantage of the warranty. The price isn’t even shown by the product. Come to find out, I was charged $140 for these. On the screen protectors own company page I can buy the exact same product for $37. Be careful- they significantly mark up products and don’t inform the customer of the price. I would give zero stars if it were an option for customer service. You are better off going to an actual Verizon store.

I had the best Verizon store experience in this location. I wasn’t rushed the representative took care of all my questions. He had a couple customers when I walked in but acknowledged me when I came in. Answered all my questions in a timely fashion didn’t over sell me on something that I didn’t need. Made the transition from my old phone to my new phone smoothly. This is the fastest I got in and out of a Verizon location in years. I literally was expecting spend hours in the store. I recommend this location. Ask for Marcus he’s personable and makes you feel like family. Best experience ever great job big guy. You can tell he knows his stuff. You can tell he’s been doing this for some time. Great customer service

Hunter helped me out today for almost an hour trying to figure out why I couldnt receive text messages. He called tech support for me and when they werent much help, Hunter ended up fixing the issue himself. I had been having issues for 2 weeks now and I wish I had come into this store sooner. I wish I could give no stars or even negative stars because this is the worst experience Ive ever had. I bought a phone online IN FULL, and just came to the store to pick it up. It was supposed to be quick. The system was down so Marcus returned the phone and had me pay the taxes. That was on March 7th, he told me I would get the return in a couple of days. It is now April 7th, a whole month later and I have still not received my return. I have called Verizon multiple times and they have said we are not sure what he did, but he did not do the right thing or why did he even do that? I do not understand the good reviews this place has. Horrible experience. He has affected my bill, and made many mistakes to my account.

This location opened last year and the customer service has been excellent on both occasions I stopped by. Made the switch from T-Mobile to Verizon last Fall and the transition went smoothly.Came in to upgrade to the iPhone 12 Pro Max and ran into a hiccup after I set an appointment through the general customer service center. Marcos and Hunter were assisting me with the upgrade in store and handled the situation.Customer service here is overall fantastic. Just be a little patient as it’s a fairly small location and they’re very busy. The phones were going off almost the entire time I was in the store which probably explains why my original call was forwarded to a general customer service center.

Just had a great experience at the Chantilly Virginia Verizon store. Came in looking for an I phone and wanted an older version to try the apple product. Did not have one at first look but manager Marcus Marshall went of and beyond and got us the phone wanted, transferred the data to new phone, set it up all the while giving us superior customer service. If you want a phone or have a Verizon issue come to this store...service and quality gets no better. A true 5 star experience.

This location in Chantilly has saved me on two separate instances that were difficult to solve! One involved losing my phone in a river for more than 24 hours during my puppy rescue!!The manager and staff are knowledgeable and patient and willing to go the extra mile to help me find and save data through Apple and Google processes as well as their Verizon processes. Last night was the first I went to this location ., But the employee Omar was a treasure. I had an issue with my phone had gotten wet and basically went blank. Omar was so helpful and we put in the phone dryer box(dont remember what it was called). He was funny and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. He was even excited for me, when the process worked on my phone. If you need anything for your phone go see Omar. He will make your experience at the phone store seem like a visit with a friend and make any issues seem like not as much as a big deal. Love ❤️ this guy.I will definitely be back there.

Stopped in this store to purchase a new phone since I needed a new phone right away. Glad they were open and had the iPhone I wanted in stock. The salesperson says look at the accessories while I look up your account. While browsing I asked if they had the same bundle as offered on line and was told me no that is only online. So I said okay I’ll wait on accessories. Then he says well if you are not buying accessories I can not sell you a phone. I said you are kidding me right!? He said no if you don’t buy an accessary I can not sell you a phone because I will not make any money. At that point the store phone rang and he started talking to that person for sometime so I thanked him and left. Very disappointing.

I did not have a good experience at this store. I came into the store to switch my service over from AT&T to Verizon. I was assisted by Marques. He was eager to help, however, he needed assistance from another employee the entire time.He made many mistakes that have affected my Verizon account, bill, phone functionality and possibly my credit. If it weren’t for his coworkers help and intervening, he would have made even more mistakes.DO NOT let Marques work on your phone/Verizon account without supervision, if at all. I am still struggling to enjoy my new phone because of the many mistakes he made.
