Third time I’ve used Tekrenu for 3 different computers, and recommend them 100%. They were able to replace keyboard and heatsink on gaming laptop, for machine just outside it’s warranty. Very easy to work with, fair price, and very responsive. Once parts arrived, they were able to perform repairs in under 2 hours. Will continue to be the first call for any future computer needs.

After calling a few places around NOVA and asking about prices and how long it would take to fix my screen for my Samsung S8+, I decided to give TekRenu a try. I am so glad I did! Other places charge around $260-$270 and were going to take 4+ hours to repair (one even wanted an appointment far in advance).TekRenu charged $210 and My phone was ready in a little over an hour. They were very professional, friendly, and did quality work.I have had a phone screen repair completed once a couple years ago at another place and when they were done, they basically handed me the phone and asked for payment. The lady at TekRenu was not like that at all. She asked me to check several things on my phone (camera, screen, calling my friend outside to make sure we could hear each other well, had my friend call me to make sure the volume of the ringtone was normal). She definitely wanted to make sure everything was good to go and up to my satisfaction.This place has exceptional service and did a great job! Dont go to other places for any electronic repairs; go here!

I made an online appointment and when I showed up the place was closed. I called them and they told me they didn’t open today because of the weather.Next time give a courtesy call to let us know you are not opening and you have to cancel appointments.

I’ve used Tekrenu twice now, once for upgrading my iMac with a solid state hard drive and once to repair the screen on my MacBook. In both cases, the communication was clear. The price was fair. The timing and delivery was as promised.

My Ipad mini would not turn on. I brought it in expecting it to be the battery. Judy assured me that they would trouble shoot the problem. She called me the same day, they had found the problem, NOT my battery, and that it would be ready in a day or so. Came in with a very difficult computer to fix. The screen was falling out, hinges were broken, etc. I thought I was going to have to buy a brand new computer. However the it specialist at Tekrenu knew exactly what to do. Within a week of dropping my computer off they called me back and returned it completely fixed.I was amazed. They did a great job!

LOur ipad charger broke while charging and a piece of it was left stuck inside our ipad. We tried many Diy videos from YouTube to remove it ourselves thereby damaging the charging port further.We took it to another service place where we were judged and told sarcastically that we had damaged the ipad through our methods, its gone and we needed a new one.I went to TekRenu as a last hope. Not only were they non judgemental, but were able to give a quick diagnosis and fix the whole charging port for a very nominal price. I also took another old ipad of ours that was broken and lying around dead for years and they fixed that as well.They also fix phone screens and old laptops and upgrade them to newer versions. We are planning to take many of our old electronics to them to be revived.

I have used this company twice now to repair our churchs iMac and not only have they been able to repair it and retrieve all of our critical data, they are all just kind and accommodating to work with. Very responsive and friendly to their customers. My daughter dropped and shattered her iPad, and they were professional and very thoroughly cleaned the glass out of the inside of the device before replacing the screen. I would definitely recommend them.

I have used TekRenu for my many repairs. My sister referred them to me in 2019 and I go them when ever I have an issue. I’m very pleased with all my experiences. They are very Professional and prompt. I dropped two iPads off yesterday around noon and by 4pm they were ready to be picked up. They were both very honest about the issues and gave me a fair price. Tekrenu is a great locally-owned business. I first met the owner, Judy, when I brought my daughters iPad in for a new screen. They replaced the broken glass while we waited (only a few minutes). The repair was fantastic and the price was very competitive. Since then weve called upon Tekrenu to fix other devices - laptops, iPhone screens, etc... Super knowledgeable, nice, and helpful staff. Great pricing. So glad we dont have to make an appointment to go sit around at a genius bar anymore!

I dont usually write reviews but I had a very unexpected Good experience that I felt I had to because it is getting more rare than ever that I am satisfied these days with customer service ..To make a long story short, my computer stopped working at the absolute worst time , when I truly needed it the most . I had tekrenu look at it on a recommendation of a friend. They were extremely friendly and courteous and got my computer working very promptly at a surprisingly good price much to my surprise ! The techs at Tekrenu know their stuff. I had an issue with my laptop being unable to access the internet. Tekrenu diagnosed the problem as a bad WiFi card and replaced it, along with providing a tune-up and suggesting an additional 2GB of additional RAM to improve performance. Overall price was very affordable. Ill be taking all my computer business to them.

My Iphone 7 was hot and I would charge my phone over night, an hour later my phone would be at less than 50%...took my phone into Tekrenu, they did a diganostic and discovered it was my battery. They replaced it in 30 mins. and my phone is back to normal! Thank you guys!!!
