Called before bringing my car in for emission inspection. The car was ready within 20 minutes. I am so amazed comparing with average 1.5 hours waiting time at the dealer I normally go.

Brought my Forester in because the cost quoted for a bearing replacement (parts and labor) over the phone was close to half of the shops near me in the western Chantilly area. They called after looking at the vehicle and were very friendly and even though the work was more involved (required replacing the breaks when a drum spring wreaked havoc and cutting out a seized bolt) they gave me a fair price for a break job and only charged for minimal time added by the complexity the job. Would go back for future work.

Just brought my vehicle in for suspension work. It was a nightmare of a job with the the leaf spring bolts rusted into place. They did the job right and the billing estimate for labor/materials was more than fair. Skip the corporate shops and support a local business man.
