Excellent experience buying a car. We hopped over here after a bad CarMax experience. They had the vehicle we were interested in pulled out in front of the dealership, ready for us to check out. The sales person, Alexis Portillo, was highly professional and the rest of the staff were great, as well. It was definitely a Cadillac dealership--highly polished and very customer-focused. We would definitely consider buying another vehicle from here.

The crew was great. They found me an Escalade when there were few to be found. Secondly, every other Cadillac dealer was charging a $10k up charge because the Escalade’s are so popular.While I get the temptation to fleece people during a time of high demand, one would think that the reputation of the dealer and Cadillac would be more important than lying about price on the website. Moore does not do this!Finally, the salesman, Essie, went out of his way to get us what we needed.

Terrible customer service — they do not want any more customers and they’ll prove it if you stop by.We came in hoping to just take a look at the 2021 Escalade. They pointed us to a 2021 in the showroom and said we could take a look at our leisure, to just let them know if we wanted to talk to a salesperson.We quickly realized the vehicle was locked, and when we asked if they could open it for us they simply said “no.” They said it had actually already been sold — so we couldn’t even peek inside. They pointed us to another vehicle in the showroom, which was not the same as the 2021 model. I asked if it was the 2020, because it didn’t have the same styling as the 2021, and they were simply unsure. This one was open, but it actually looked like it was a much older model, but, again, no one knew the year when we asked and there was no paperwork affixed.At any rate, we came with the plans to view a 2021 model, so we asked if they had a 2021 anywhere on the lot that we could see. There was a quick telephone call made and the follow up was a simple “no”. They said they didn’t have any unsold inventory that they could let us even peek at, and everything was 6 months back ordered so they “didn’t want to waste our time.” They offered no alternatives, our only option at that point was to walk out — bewildered.The whole experience was surreal, as any other dealership is eager to interact with a potential customer. We were there with a specific make and model in mind, clearly a potential sale, but no one cared to engage or provide any sort of customer service.For a comparison with another dealership, we had a total opposite experience in looking at a 2021 Chevy Tahoe. There, they actually ran out and pulled one up for us during a torrential downpour, as they didn’t have one in the showroom when a sudden storm came rolling through. The salesman took our name and number, gave us his card and wrote out his cell to call if we had follow ups, provided a pamphlet for the vehicle, showed us to the coffee station — you know, the typical customer service you’d expect when someone is looking to buy a vehicle.Needless to say, we will not be going back. Even if we decide to go with an Escalade, we will find another dealer. If this is how they treat someone who is looking to give them money, I can only imagine how they treat customers after they have the money in hand.

By far my best car purchasing experience! As soon as I walk through the doors I was greeted by the Cadillac staff. My salesman Tony was a phenomenal! He treated me with kindness & respect it didn’t rush me into to buying a car like every other salesman I know. He was honest and straightforward about the cars I was shopping for. The hospitality goes a long way and it made it easier for me to purchase a car at Moore Cadillac of Chantilly, VA. Tony Soleiman……… he is the man!!!!!We were purchasing an 8 yr old SRX that is only valued at a fraction of what they typically sell !!!!!!Didn’t matter, same treatment as someone buying 120,000$ vehicle…… we didn’t come in contact but with 3 people while inside the dealership, Tony, another salesman who chatted with my wife while we were waiting and the finance manager who took care of the paperwork. ( please someone post his name )All 3 were super nice !!!!!!As for Tony, he is very very professional AND super personable, feel as if we made a friend for life !!!!!!!I highly recommend this dealership…… You will not be disappointed…….. This is true because of the excellent actually outstanding Sales and Service Departments as well as the very nice facilities in their traffic free facility near Chantilly out on US Highway Route 50 westTheir service department is full of skilled staff and very experienced management including Don and Alyssa and well as Dennis the manager and actually it would not be possible to find a better service manager in the context of Dennis experience, customer service skills mechanical and automotive competence backed up by being a very intelligent individualFor example yesterday Dennis resolved for me the best course of action regarding some minor electrical problems.I had been Discussing this issue for 18 months with one of the maintenance and repair companies to whom I had paid like several thousands of US Dollars in premiums.Nevertheless this so called Car insurance Company they not for Liability or Car wrecks but rather for things that go wrong with the normal operation of your vehicle....and refused to cover even a small portion of the $950 in repairs. This is even though I have had zero claims for my wifes Cadillac SrX that she has had for almost 7 years and she absolutely loves this carYesterday I had a minor problem with the remote control in the very nice waiting room while watching the NFL network and having a cup of great coffee from their state of the art coffee machine while having very good looking Cadillac brand license plate holders installed which is not as easy for the front as one might think.Both the General Manager and the Sales Manager helped me as they made their way to and from meetingsGive them a chance and you wont be disappointed Their pricing is very fair for everything even including tires. They have a free shuttle service or will help you with a Uber or Lyft or something like that. In any case you wont be disappointed with Moore Cadillac West on the US Hwy 50 from Chantilly Virginia

Outstanding service by Craig and Paul! I have been to many car dealers service departments, but this is by far the best service. Quick, professional, polite. Paul sent me a video talking about the problem and the cost for me to approve. They used a plastic on seat and steering wheel not to get grease on them and washed my car. I had a problem with a rattling noise coming from the ceiling that was driving me crazy, also my rear view mirror/camera was flickering and wheels needed alignment. They did a great job in tracing the electrical malfunction and another place could not get the wheels aligned but they did everything perfect at Moore.

Thieves and liars. Your mechanics falsified documentation saying an alignment was done when it wasn’t upon purchase which was made perfectly clear after going to a real mechanic and the issues went away after full alignments were done. You guys are pathetic . In today’s world you set the standard for money hungry and poor work you should be ashamed and a report to BBB is ok it’s way don’t worry

Not only the best place to buy your Cadillac but also the servicing. Bought my 2013 ATS (In 2015) here and used to take it to what I thought was an honest shop that is close to the house. After a ridiculous price quote for some work I figured I get it serviced here. Kraig and his hardworking team informed me of things I didn’t need servicing for awhile and a few that weren’t pointed out. They not only saved me money but time. Kraig and his team are very honest and kind. I’ll never take my car to get it serviced anywhere else and only consider buying a new one here. Thank you Moore Cadillac!

TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible. I bought my Virginia car remotely in late Dec 2020 from Texas. As of today, June 17, 2021, I have yet to receive my permanent plates and title. Thats over 6 months 2 weeks! I have written to General Mgr David Saenz multiple times. After which, someone promptly sends me temp paper plates. Thats being going on for over 6 months now. The local police officer is anxiously looking to pull me over as he seen me drive past him a dozen times. My neighbors probably think Im showing off or that I feel entitled. Now my bank is requesting I send them a copy of the title which I dont have. Oh, lets not go into why it took 3 weeks to buy the car. Thats another long story I dont want to bring up now. Customer service? Where is it?

Customer service is alive and well at Moore Cadillac. Essie was phenomenal from first contact, through our ordering process, to taking delivery. He stayed in regular contact to let us know he was there if we had any questions, even if there wasn’t an update on our vehicle order. Amazing service from Craig my service advisor and the mechanic who worked in my ATS. Craig worked with GM Cadillac to get my CUE replaced, and they also repaired my brakes! I drove all the way from Delaware to have Moore Cadillac take care of my Caddy. The service is always top notch, clean and caring. The worse experience EVER. Dropped my vehicle off for sevice a day before my appointment. Arrived to pick it up NOTHING WAS DONE AND IT TOOK Over an hour for them to locate my vehicle and to tell me that they didn’t have my service appointment in the computer (i got a confirmation email). I Left my vehicle with them for an additional 4 days for service just to go and pick it up once again and the car was not wahed/vacuumed. Waited for an additional 10min just to get it vacuumed but they never washed it. Left very disappointed. I paid extra for the maintenance and platinum package and no one could tell me what the packages covered as this was my 3rd service. 1st service i paid out of pocket; 2nd paid nothing; 3rd paid out of pocket.

We have two Cadillacs, and Moore Cadillac always seems to either fail to provide the service you want, charge you too much, or try to sell you on unnecessary service. Unless you have a Cadillac bumper to bumper and routine service is free, avoid this place like the plague.

Best experience! Essie was our salesman but he was more than that he cared about our budget and did all he could do to get the best deal out for our money! Tires tread was low he spoke with manager and they got 2 brand new tires for us! Fixed a few spots and buffed our some lights that needed a little love. And now we’re back because inspection wouldn’t pass us if we didn’t take tint out and Essie gave us the best deal for removing the tint. We are so appreciative for his help and his team. Very nice people who care. We drove 1hour to come here. Best decision we made. Thank you Essie and Moore Cadillac in Chantilly. We will refer as many people as we can. You are the best.

I found a Cadillac Coupe at Moore Cadillac in VA. I live in NM so I had to rely on the salesman to show me the car via video. Kevin Martin was my salesman and I can tell you he was wonderful. He was attentive, answered all my questions, and spent so much time doing videos of the car through the entire process. He even got new front tires for the car. He also got the wheels touched up like new. He talked to his manager for me and got the Xzilon applied to the coupe inside and out at no additional cost to me. Kevin was there for me at all times and even did a video of the car being put on transport. Best car buying experience Ive ever had. My car arrived in perfect condition and is just beautiful and as advertised. Couldnt be happier. Ask for Kevin Martin if you are needing a new car.

Financing took a little time, but that was due to out of state requirements and probably the time of day. Overall very easy experience, almost too easy… Left there questioning why. Lol***UPDATE***This company put its money where its mouth is! I ended up with a few concerns on my truck, so I took it to my local dealership. I called David, from the reply to my post to explain my concerns and he retuned my call almost instantly. Not only that, he personally dealt with my local dealership to ensure the vehicle checked out and that my concerns were addressed. Earlier this year I bought a 2017 Cadillac XTS to celebrate my birthday early! The dealership my husband and I bought the car from did not give us two keys, so we had to go to Moore Cadillac, and what a wonderful place to go to! Its a beautiful dealership! I took my 2014 Lexus IS250 to get the scratch fixed on my driver side rear bumper. I made a claim to Geico because it was a hit and run case, and hoping it wouldnt cost me too much. Took my car to this Moore Cadillac of Chantilly, spoke with Darnell Jackson, the collision estimator, he looked at the car, and said he thinks it could get fixed without repainting the car. I waited for about 15 min at the lobby, and he brought me a brand new looking car with no scratch. Instead of going through re-painting, he found the best solution for the customer, which was re-polishing, and charged nothing. I gave small gratitude to him, because I was so thankful for what he had done for me. Instead of paying $200 deductible that I might have paid, he provided the best and honest solution for me. This was my first time visiting this place and I would highly recommend this place and especially Darnell Jackson for great service. Thank you!

He’s there bright and early and able to get me in and out before work. He goes above and beyond in assuring all repairs and service are done promptly and keeps me updated throughout the process. Moore Cadillac Chantilly was without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. I bought a used non-Cadillac vehicle and received what I’m sure is the same treatment given to those buyers purchasing the high end cars. Both the sales person and financial agent were very helpful and patient and put no pressure on our time and decision process.
