I’m so impressed by Franni’s service. I had a bunch of questions and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. She was very patient with me and genuinely asked me about my day and I was having a rough day so it really brightened my day! She’s amazing!!!

I was being helped out by this young helpful lady I believe she had ginger hair and her name was Valerie or Valeria and she was helping me and answering all my questions and just giving me the best service a customer wants. Intil this short girl who has black hair I belive her name is Marie or Maria just took me away from her. I was very dissatisfied and dissappointed. I have never had a bad experience Intil this one. Will give this store a 2 but for Valeria a 10 because she was the only one who I know helped me out , overall I was not satisfied on how Maria just took me away from Valeria.

I went there, the girls couldnt answer any of my questions, they just directed me to call some number, which is going to be forward to some to some nut in INDIA, who can barely speak english, it was two girls, a fat one with a thick accent, and a very good looking one, who took good care of herself, if you have a serious problem go to a store with professionals ok, bad service.

Wonderful experience. Michael and Clarabell were excellent salespeople. We upgraded from 3 lines to 6, and cut our bill in half in the process. Fantastic service. 10/10 would recommend

Ive been with t-mobile for 5+ years now and this was the only store near me with my screen protector, and Ive never had a worse experience at a t mobile and all I did was get my screen protector replaced which had warranty. After arguing with the cop because I didnt have a proper face mask at the time I had to sit and argue with the employee who was saying that my screen protector wasnt covered because it didnt come from t-mobile. I had to call 3 different stores to in order for them to finally give me a screen protector. And on top of all that the guy says that the current policy is that they cant put the screen protector on because its a health risk due to corona. Literally never coming back to this location again, Id rather drive 2 hours to Katy than to deal with this location ever.

I have always had a great experience with T-Mobile so this is a first. Michael is by far the worst T-Mobile employee when it comes to customer service. His lack of knowledge about Apple cell phones is understandable since I understand these things are complicated. But there is no excuse for poor service. He asked me to not hover around the door as if to insinuate that I may steal something. I didn’t say anything and I complied. We were there to replace a phone that had already been approved for replacement and the first thing he said was that he would inspect the phone before he would release the replacement sent by T-Mobile. The phone was in 9/10 condition and he immediately said no to releasing the replacement due to a “deep scratch”. There is very minimal scratches on the screen and this isn’t this first phone I’ve had to exchange in the 15 years that I’ve been with T-Mobile. Anyways my main issue was Michael’s rudeness. He didn’t even bother to look up the phones account or any notes from T-Mobile about the line. We called customer support and they asked us to go back and let them speak to him. We weren’t far so we did. In the end he wasted our time and we have to return when the manager is available or have the phone sent to a different T-Mobile. I’m sure this will be resolved tomorrow but this man should not be working in customer service. I work in customer service and it’s unfortunate that I have to write a bad review but they way he handled himself leads me to believe he regularly does this to others. In any case I would not recommend this location. Oh and as we left I asked for his name and he rudely replied “Michael, what’s up bro”.

Local, convient. SOME SHADY PEOPLE had WORKED THERE..(t mobile in general)Costanst billing disputes. Some people helpful some not so much,I have little or no trust with the people that call saying they work for T-Mobile. Its like Russian rouletteOnly youre gambling with your money.Since T-Mobile switched to 5G I have little or no signal in my workplace.

The sales team was nice but the company itself is falling apart. I went to buy a Bluetooth speaker but they dont carry it in the store. It has to be ordered then shipped. I can do that elsewhere. Once i found one in stock i couldnt get a receipt cauese of a issue with the printer.Not to mention the fact that i have given T-Mobile my debit card info 3 times now and they cant seem to auto pay a balance that changes (and is starting to resemble) lottery numbers.All in all i think its time to find a new service.

I stoped at this t-mobile store to add a line and get a phone for my wife. Freddie helped me out, he knows what he is doing, very k owladable about phones. He helped me to get the best deal. We switch my phone plan to a better one. Very friendly staff.

I went to Sheldons T-Mobile and Freddy helped me when other stores told me other things. He took his time to fix my problem and help me get my phone back I recommend this store because they dont see them with the money symbol.
