I was in town visiting a local attraction. I didnt know what ☕ I wanted and they offered me samples. I had the La Minita Peabody roast.

Awesome, I like Caribou Coffee ☕ than Starbucks. Whenever I drink Starbucks coffee I used to very heavy headaches.

They are doing an excellent job of balancing in person and pre-ordered drinks. Ordering was fast and easy during a busy morning.

Normally love this location and would typically receive 5* stars, however the medium drink I ordered today was half full with a large amount of whip. The whip doesnt bother me, but the missing 1/3 of the coffee was concerning. I understand the shop was extremely busy at the time, but with prices, cant skimp on the full cup of coffee.Update (after starting to drink) the Caramel High Rise had no flavor and left a burnt aftertaste.

Almost always great service and very few errors which is excellent for this type of place. Staff today when I went were especially helpful although inventory was out of a product. They were very respectful and helpful in explaining and offering an alternative.

The lady at the counter was informative and respectful. I got a campfire mocha and a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and both purchases were fulfilling and tasty. Id come here more often if I made more money.

This has been my go-to Caribou for years and they have always done a great job. The staff is friendly and quick and accurate. They make my drink exactly the way I like it and it is hard to find that at other Caribou locations. Theyre the best!

I actually had a great experience at this Caribou Coffee! Everyone was friendly and I even had a rare interaction with a young autistic boy and his father. As I grab my medium Salted Mocha Frappe that wasnt supposed to have whipped cream on it, because I never get whipped cream, hence the 4 star rating... Anyway, the boy brings his hand up to me in a fist and he has the biggest and brightest smile a young boy should have and his dad says, he wants to fist bump you and so I smile and then I fist bump him, he then wants me to slap his hand, so I do and fist bump again. So its, 👊 ✋ 👊 and we both smiled and I said goodbye and to have a wonderful day. He yells to me, you have wonderful day too. Its those moments of pure random acts of kindness from strangers, that makes sense and make your day!!!

Great coffee, great location, poor customer service, staff ALWAYS on their phones. Whats the new policy. regarding Perks rewards? Some ask, some dont. Meh not worth stopping to wait in line for 10 min to be treated so rudely.

The Chanhassen Caribou is small but convenient for me to meet up with a friend. Today there was only light or dark roast coffee. I prefer medium roast. The server was friendly & polite which is great. I did get a little frustrated because I could not log into the Caribou app so no rewards were accessible. When I mentioned this, the server said others had the same problem. She was a calming force however, I was disappointed with the app which failed today. I do prefer Caribou coffee to Starbucks which is also in the area so that in itself is reason enough to return to this location.

The employees at this Caribou are top notch. Kind and welcoming, plus make delicious drinks! :) 10/10

I went into this caribou location today and placed my order. I stood in line and waited for my coffee, I revived my cooler and was waiting for my other hot coffee. 3 customers behind me got their drinks before the barista even egnoladed that I had not revived my other drink. She started to make my drink and they started to talk about other hating other guests and that she wanted to go home to her boyfriend. This was the first time I have been to this location and I will not be returning.

Caribou is yummy, this location is distasteful. I almost took the wrong drink (someone elses). The barista said uh uh UH!!! Thats HERS.Dont know why she had to be so jerky to a customer, but I dont go here anymore and I tell others not to. I understand work is hard and customer service truly sucks, I just dont like being disrespected as a customer, especially in front of others...

Ahhh Caribouu... how I have missed youuu.. I am originally from MN and grew up with Caribous as our hang out place, or study place in high school, with yummy drinks, and warm cozy atmosphere! Since moving to Chicagoland, I was comforted that there were many a Caribou Coffee locations...until tbey ALL PULLED OUT of the Chicagoland market! Gah! Withdrawls! This location was very cute, it had that cozy interior and lots of seating... and the front seating area has lots of big windows for ample natural lighting...This (April 2014ĺ is also the first I have seen lunch sandwiches offered on the menu, I was having a hard time decifering which of the 3 new sammiches to try because there are no ingredients listed, and the employees did not know what sauces or dressings or any ingredients besides what is listed in the title..so the meat, cheese, and bun.. but no real other info, even when the cashier girl tried to look it up in her product ingredients binder... so I took a chance on the Ham and Gruyere Cheese sandwich on a pretzel bun...Definitely had better... twas not very good... The idea of it sounded good, looked good in the picture, but ended up being much smaller and nastier than anticipated... its so overpoweringly salty like super salty ham & pretzel bun, and really just doesnt taste like anything.... except pretzel bun, you taste that beast...and I LOVE me some pretzel bun.. but this hot drippy mess was just dysfunctional ... definitely will not be getting this again... and it just came out of a plastic wrap, and basically microwaved... blech...should have gone with the classic delish Chicken Apple Sausage Daybreaker...Moving onto beverages... I decided to inquire at the possibility of getting a cold blended cooler version of the Turtle Mocha, and I thought it would have espresso in it, like most normal Mochas, but they explained they would just have their cold coffee mix, no espresso, so I asked if they could please add two shots, which was no problemo, and if you can see by plethora of pictures how delectable my sweet treat beverage was.. sprinkled with crumbled Snickers atop my whippie... yum!

The location has more of a hallway setup but most of the seating has windows. The service was friendly and the barista made my drink correctly.

I personally think that the coffee here is terrible. It always seems so bitter. Id much rather support my local coffee shop.
