Dropped off my vehicle on a Monday and they didnt start work on it until Wednesday afternoon, and only after my insurance company contacted them. Was told it would take five days to repair and wound up taking ten. I never once received a phone call without having to reach out to them for an update first. Repair was very good. Be honest and communicate.

I’ve used Master Collision three times in the past five years for body/paint repair work and they’ve consistently delivered outstanding results. Customer service is outstanding and they take pride in the quality of their work. Vehicles are always completed on-time if not early vs. their projected timeline and are returned clean and like new again. I’d highly recommend Master Collision to anyone looking for dependable, professional results.

Highly recommend! Weve used Master Collision in Chanhassen several times over the past few years for auto body repair on our familys vehicles and have always been extremely satisfied. Bill, whos been our contact each time, is a class act and always ensures that expectations are exceeded.We recently brought our sons car in that had been damaged in a hail storm. Bill made the process extremely smooth, the repairs were finished on time (like always) and the vehicle looks fantastic.I rarely write reviews but these guys are the real deal. If youre looking for an honest shop that will treat you right, give them a try. Im glad we did.

Master Collision in Chanhassen is the place to go! I bumped my rear drivers side panel earlier this summer and found them on a google search. I came in and was greeted warmly during my free estimate. I felt the quote they gave me was very reasonable and didn’t feel like I was being scammed or over charged. They fixed my vehicle really quickly and very well. Their team is also very kind and welcoming. I would recommend them highly.

Master Collision in Chanhassen was so helpful! I was in a car accident and was stressed about the repair process, especially since it was it was my first time needing a major repair. The staff was great and worked to get me in quickly - record time! They also even let me borrow their phone to call my insurance company when my phone wasnt working. They finished a substantial repair in less than the estimated time and my car looked better than before. I am so grateful and want to say a big thank you to Master Collision, especially Peter and Bill!

I had a great experience at Master. My car was hit while I was not in it, and a different insurance company was paying for the work. Master coordinated with the insurance company, as well as the rental car company, so all I had to do was bring my car to Master and the rental car was there waiting for me. They did an amazing job on my car, and were fast and polite.

Master Collision was fantastic! We went to MC for car repair after an accident. They dealt with the insurance and the car rental during that time, and also gave us helpful information with pretty good communication.

I have to give this place one star in order to start this. But trust me, they do not deserve a single star. Just a little preface work on my experience. I accidental hit a car in a parking lot. I did do some damage and I accepted full responsibility and wanted the end user to be happy. I wanted to keep this off of my insurance as I have two new drivers and my insurance has gone through the roof. When the estimate came in by Brian I was told it would be a little over 3K and 10 days to complete the repairs. (so in essence I would pay for a rental car for the other person for 10 days.) I was told by Brian that he needed a credit card to charge half of the balance and the other half when they where done. I gave him my card and my approval. I told him to let me know when he charged half because I needed to pay it off in order to get the other half on there. My limit is intentionally not that high. 12 days later, I get an email from Brian and he told me that they decided to replace and not repair the part that they had previously quoted to repair. He also told me that the repairs would take longer. So we are not looking at 4K for the repairs and 5 - 7 more days for a rental car. I reluctantly agreed. Then I did not get a call or an email or nothing but I call Master Collision to ask Brian why he has not charge my credit card with half and where are we in the completion of the project. He told me that the part was on back order and it would be another 2 week before the part came in. This is another 2 weeks of rental car. So we went from 10 days of a rental car to close to a month. He also told me that he would bill my credit card for half the amount that day. I truly knew that when I received a quote from this company that my bill would be higher than the quoted price and god was I right. Then to top it off, I was in the Dominican on vacation with my kids and I went to use my Credit card. My credit card was rejected because Master Collision had decided to charge the entire amount onto my card. Not half but all of it. Keep in mind, this is well before the car was finished. When I called them, they said this was a mistake. What they did, was to put me over my limit amount on my credit card and they ruined my credit. My credit dropped by 50 points because of this. I tried speaking to the owner Bill Rhodes about this. When I asked him about this he had nothing to say other that they could issue a refund to my credit card. This is after they ruined my credit. He could care less that he hurt someone or messed up their lives. Please be very aware of this group. Maybe they are great in dealing with insurance companies as they do not follow up on details. But if you are going to pay with cash, be very careful. I feel that they are a bunch of crooks and do not care about their business practices. I will never go back to this place and I do not recommend them.
