I was rear ended and had significant damage to the back of the car. They took the vehicle in the day before I went on vacation so that it would minimize the time I would be without it. They dealt with the insurance company directly so I didn’t have to claim anything back. After inspection they gave me a date that it would be ready by then sent me daily texts to let me know they were on schedule. The vehicle ended up being ready 2 days early. Would definitely use again.

Abra did a great job keeping us informed about our vehicle. They kept us updated on the status of parts that were ordered and made sure we were informed throughout the process. After being rear ended, Abra replaced the back bumper of our SUV, and everything looks brand new! And, not only did they wash the car, but they Armoralled the tires too!!! BONUS! Windshield Glass Install: Very easy to setup appointment with real person!! Appt 8a-12 window for mobile install in my driveway. I was told Tech would call 30 minutes before arriving. 8 AM Waiting for call... No Calls..At 11:20a I called ABRA , and Tech said he called but no rings on my phone.Cell phone may not always ring, . But -Tech should of left a voicemail. In the end the manager and Tech showed and installed the windshield in less than 40 min. Record time. (afternoon) They did a great professional job. Very Happy will use ABRA Glass again. Not happy about missing phone call so 4 stars. Was 5 star installation

I had never had a cracked windshield before, so I was totally unaware of the process. It was super easy to set up and they work with me to find a time that worked for my schedule. I showed up early, Holden was already ready for me, he explained the process in detailed, answered my questions and even called to update me as it was setting! When I came back, not only did the windshield look great, he had gone around, wiped all my windows down and cleaned them up and vacuumed my front seats/floor! He was so nice and easy to talk to, highly highly recommend him!

The receptionist was terribly rude and abrasive over the phone when calling in to try to make an appointment for an estimate. I would recommend making sure customers first point of contact is informational and respectful so they don’t scare off potential business. Called moring of 9/24/20 so management will know who was on staff.

Needed to get my back right bumper repaired. Visited 3 different body shops in Chanhassen/Eden Prairie area. Abra was the cheapest by roughly $500 and finished the repairs a day early. Picked up my car and the exterior & interior was washed, tires were cleaned making them look brand new. Overall great experience, I’d trust them with any car.

My Outback was totaled, which gets one star. But the staff at Abra was kind and helpful, sorted my rental car through the rear enders insurance, and made the process about as easy as it could be.

Please be careful with this place. I was promised my car in 8 days. Then at Day 7 I was told it would be another week. I had a rental car and they told me they would supplement the rental because it took too long. Then, at day 12 I was told it would be a month. Finally, it took over 5 weeks and then the guy at ABRA denied ever saying that they would supplement the rental. When confronted with this in person, he told me that he would talk to his manager and call me the following week. I never got a call. Plus, my car was not correctly put back together, it makes more noise, the turbo doesnt work as well, and the auto cruise radar was not correctly connected and still doesnt work.

As an insurance agent, I get asked by our clients on a lot where they should bring their car after an accident. I always mention Abra Chanhassen because I know they can expect quality repairs at a reasonable rate. This week, I had a fender-bender myself so took my car in. Butch, Amy, and the crew over there were able to get my car looking great again, and quickly. Next time your car needs repairs, take it here.

I would give a zero star if I could. Rude receptionist annoyed that I interrupted her personal call (was on her cell phone about her personal PT problems.) Just the way they received a potential customer I would not have even consider trusting them with any type of work I needed to get done.
