I love Sprouts, but this location is one of the very best stores. It is just the right size for easy shopping. It is clean and well maintained.The produce is fresh and of the finest quality.There is always a nice variety of baked goods, including a number of vegan and gluten-free options.The selection of puppy treats is great. They are healthy and dogs love them.Their sushi is reasonably priced and very tasty.

A great local, and more economical, alternative to Whole Foods. Excellent produce and bulk food items. Well stocked vitamin and nutritional supplement section as well. I really love the deli though. A great choice of meat and cheeses, either packaged at the store or cut at the counter.

Roxanne was fantastic! Was looking for Sprouts brand rolled oats abs they are out of stock. She went above and beyond to help me find a substitution. It’s not often people truly care to help instacart shoppers! Keep up the good work and God bless you!

The original Sprouts location is still a great place to shop. It has been remodeled fairly recently, however the only drawback is limited space compared to newer stores. As a result you sometimes wont find here what you will at those locations.

I recently went to this store to see if they had gauze. The lady who worked there said, No, we dont carry that we are not a pharmacy.....as I stood in an aisle full of pills lol. Other than that I like this store and they have some cool kids toys (expensive though). It doesnt have some items I need though that I can get at Natural Grocers.I do have to say the guys who work in the produce department at this store are not friendly.

We used to shop here every week. Lately we have been shopping other grocery stores because the produce section is a disaster area. The apples are all bruised and Im not going to spend 10 minutes picking through over priced products. The meat counter prices are also sky high. 10 year customers very disappointed.

The actual store is fun to shop but I didn’t like the cashier using his spit to open the plastic bags.Sprouts, you need to do better and supply cashiers with a wet sponge.I’m not sure I’ll return to this store, maybe not go through that cashiers line.

I like the store but today after buying certain food items Im not real happy. I bought a couple tuna croissant sandwiches. Their recipe for the tuna is nasty. They add dill to the tuna,(!!!), which isnt a good combination. Its either dill or a ton of parsley. but it seemed to be dill.I threw the sandwiches away. Tuna is a lot better with celery or onion... but DILL ??? Ugh. And the pumpkin pie, which they used to make to perfection, wasnt firm enough. It was like pudding in a pie shell. Sprouts really could do BETTER than this. A strangely indifferent young girl was bagging groceries, maybe she was just tired but the attitude was very whatever despite trying to let her know I appreciated her help. Management ought to reinforce the idea of cheerful customer service. Why not ? Its retail 101. A no brainer. Dont act unplugged towards customers. And often the vitamin department employees have a wishy washy attitude as well. Its bizarre. A little friendliness goes a long way. Try it.

I am not a fan of Sprouts, this location being a nice exception. I am comfortable at this address. At others it feels as though I dont belong there. Other locations I am overly price conscious. Not here.

Walked in without a mask. I smile and say hello to everyone. All the workers said hello, maybe they smiled I couldnt tell because of the mask but no worker said anything to me until I arrived at the produce section. One workers raised his voice in a stern way and asked if I had a mask, I said yes, he said put it on please. He was wearing a mask and I was no where near anyone. Masks are for when unable to social distant.. workers go on a power discriminating race trip.. Not spending money here ever again.

My favorite Sprouts in the valley. Great selection of anything I could possibly need when it comes to supplements, produce, booze, or meat. Even tasty desserts! Staff is super friendly and helpful too.

This is the only grocery store that I go to where, no matter how busy they are, or how many groceries I have, I always have to bag my own groceries. The cashier will watch me bag, and pile other customer’s groceries onto mine. Every time I go, it’s only on rare occasion that they actually do bag my groceries. Even Walmart bags my groceries for me. *It was like this pre-Covid, too, this ain’t new.* And this location smells so weird! Go to a different location if you aren’t prepared for it, or if you have kids with you and can’t manage to bag groceries and watch your kids at the same time.

Rhonda, in the health, vitamin, & body dept. is always so helpful & informative. My family has been shopping here for years & there is never a question or concern that she doesnt go above & beyond to assist with. Rhonda is a professional & excellent representation of Sprouts. 😊 Thank you Rhonda

A very nice and very busy Sprouts.This location was close to a doctors office and I decided to try it out to get Thanksgiving items. I found EVERYTHING I needed and the butcher department was so nice those guys deserve a raise!! Very well stocked and easy to shop.

I will always be a fan of Sprouts because their products are great.Bought some chipotle humus earlier this week and it had mold in it. I immediately looked for their google page to call.No one answered and there was not an option to leave a voicemail.I didnt want a refund just exchange and to let the store quality control team to be aware of this issue.I will still go back!

Awful store. They force people to wear masks even though the State Of Arizona has said masks are not required. If you are afraid of the virus, then get the vaccine. Its that simple. Duh! But Sprouts wants to play like God like they are the boss of you. If anyone is afraid of the virus, just get the vaccine and leave normal people alone!

I was approached by a cashier when I entered the store with my wife who was using a walker.We both are not sick so we dont use a face diaper.The cashier asked us both to put on masks.I refused and told her we both have a medical condition and cant wear masks.She quickly went to get her manager who told us we have to leave, even when I told him about our medical condition plus hes violating our civil rights.Will not ever step foot in sprouts again.

The employees here are very helpful and cheerful. Its much more pleasant coming here than going to other grocery stores.

Great place for farm fresh vegetables. We go there to shop for carrots with the green leaf still attached. Fresh broccoli and kale and cauliflower. Also bought some strawberries on sale. 2 for $5.00. we love strawberries. Now my granddaughters gini pigs will be happy for the fresh vegetables. We go there at least 2 times a month.

This Sprouts has extremely poor customer service. If you are depressed you’ll get more depressed going here. If you’re happy you’ll be depressed when leaving. Get some sage and smudge yourself after coming, cause you’re going to need it! If you have to go in there just go in with a quickness and get out! You may be able to duck the darts of emotional crunk these folks have. I gave them 2 stars for deuces!

Love this Sprouts! Great staff here. Sometimes the produce is hit and miss. Needs a little more TLC. The gang at the meat counter is always cheerful and helpful with my needs for that trip. Also love the deli manager Lynn and her team! Just an all around great shopping experience.

Great sure, our new go-to in the COVID19 age. Good produce selection, and a nice balance of organic vs. standard, so I dont need to pay $7 for a quart of half and half like Whole Paycheck. Staff is friendly and they require masks.

Training for packing paper bags works be nice! Hint: putting all the square/boxed things on the bottom of the bag uses space efficiently vs putting them on top of veggies & smashing the veggies....

The produce is always fairly priced BETTER THEN FRYS OR SAFEWAY, but the strawberries were not cold and one if the strawberries I purchased was starting to get moldy.

Great produce and fresh food available. Service is extremely slow and rude. Watched 2 cashiers with 8 people in each line. No organization to their service either as 2 managers walked by and just stared. When a register did open up, the cashier just let everyone rush to it like a Black Friday sale at Walmart.

You will find good organic grocery here. And some good homeopathic medicine too

Our favorite spot when it comes to our weekly vegetable, fruits shopping. They always have fresh choices in Veggie and fruits. The produce are mostly locally grown as advertised. We get farm fresh milk . The service in this store is really awesome. It is worth to keep an eye on the weekly deals which really results in lot of savings. The sea food section is also really good. It is our one stop shop for all our weekly needs.

We just bought chicken from this store and it smells awful, on top of that no one is answering the phone, I called 4 times.

Worst customer service ever, I will never go back! I WAS wearing a mask and got harrased by a rep saying that I had to wear a mask. When I told her I was she said no your not Ill go get my manager. I told her fine Ill spent my money somewhere else and as I was leaving she contunued to make very rude comments. Ill be calling my lawyer to fine hassarament charges!

Ive been getting groceries at Sprouts for more than 10 years. I can find fresh produce, varieties of organic products at a reasonable prices and cheaper than at Wholefoods. Love this place.

Good location with a good selection. I like the fresh deli sandwiches here. The staff are always friendly and get to recognize you over time. I definitely recommend this Sprouts location for those in the area.

Great place for produce and other items like that. They have a great selection of meat of all kinds and its moderately priced but some is a bit High. Have a good fresh fish selection and beef and chicken. They also carry every other health food and have a Frozen and cold section. They also have a section with vitamins and other health supplements as well. Also have a sandwich shop inside look for the little notepads to write your order on.

Nothing but the best quality fruits and veggies.

If you live here this place continues to go downhill. I know there is Covid but they cant even label their products AND MORE...making checkout a PIA and the attitude of the people to fix it is PATHETIC

I was very disappointed to see food thrown away in the deli section. Is it regular policy to do that if what ever was sliced is not perfect? It looked like the deli meat was being prepared for packaging to sell. And for some reason the person doing this job took a pile of freshly slice meat and threw it out. I was floored. Why is Sprouts wasting perfectly good food? At a time in my life I had to live pay check to pay check. I am blessed to not have to do that any more. Teaching young employees that it is s okay to waste food is a shame. I always liked shopping at Sprouts, reminds me of a small market in New England, but for now you have lost my business. Please find a better way to handle the food. Dont waste it!!! If it is not pretty/good enough to package at least give it to employees or mark it down. Dont waste it. Im sure someone would be so grateful for the fresh deli meat.

High price!

This my main grocery store because they have great meats, great health food and really friendly staff. They usually have decent fresh veggies, but I wish they had organic salads (they have the greens, just the salad mixes are not organic).

Horrible deli service. The deli man is rude and short. For the 2nd time at 3pm they don’t have 8 piece chicken and I want to use my coupon because it expires. So Ben the manager apologized and say we will make more but I was at register on my way out. He didn’t offer anything and when asked so there will never be the 8 piece chicken available after 3pm? He just didn’t respond really but with a thanks for letting us know. The cashier guy I let know the first time they were out then he said next time we will take care of you. So today I ran into him again and told him no chicken again 8piece. He is the one that called the manager over. Nothing was taken care of. I feel like no one knows anything and really doesn’t care.

During Covid 19 lockout also the store maintains its reputation.

This location is pretty small, so choices are a little limited. Thats my only complaint though!

They are refusing service to those who cant wear masks. I also confirmed this policy with their corporate. Curbside pickup is not a suitable alternative for us because of the price and limited selection.

Rip off. Shop here if you like throwing your hard earned money down the drain. I noticed they like to double the price of an item and cut the size in half. Heaven forbid the regular Joe that doesnt make 6 digits try an shop here. Sprouts must love only catering to those that have way too much money.

Good products and good safe practices for COVID

Store management team:It has happened a few times in just the past week when I have seen or accidentally purchased food items (baby food and milk) from this store that already expired! Too bad I lost my receipts so I will probably not be able to get money back. But please do a thorough job of checking expiration dates on your food items. Customers will appreciate that.

Danielle is the sweetest cashier. She goes out of her way to be helpful. Last time I was there she knew the protein powder I was buying had a coupon, she went and got the coupon {they was probably back on the aisle where the protein powder is stocked}. I appreciate her a lot !

I like this Sprouts store. It, if Im not mistaken, is store #1 in the chain. Its getting a little long in the tooth but its an awesome place to find healthier alternatives at pricing thats not nearly as painful as can be found at Whole Foods.

When everything can be ordered & done online theres Sprouts. Giving you, that comfortable good family food or a way to cheer you up & truly make your day. When most offer fixes through an email there was Jennifer. She called & got to the root of my issue and while bringing a smile back on my face. Jennifer went out of her way to make my kid who was bullied and they threw away her lunch by just adding a treat. You have my loyalty. Such, simple pleasures brought a true smile on my grumpy face.

This is the perfect place to get your healthier foods. They have a nice deli area where you can get sandwiches made and they are inexpensive and plentiful. Good selection of meats, and cheeses. They have pre-prepared hamburger patties which are very good. The bulk foods area has most all that you would be looking for. Try the pretzel rolls if you see them. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Had the manager called on me because I didnt have my mask over my nose and refused service. Toxic environment.

This location thinks its a nightclub. They always keep a line. I have never seen more than three cashiers working at a time with any fewer people waiting than 3 in each line. The Val Vista and Williams Field is not like this and always has enough cashiers. The cashiers there also work faster than at this location. Its enough to annoy me into complaining on here.
