All of your employees were (and are always) so helpful this morning. Everyone took their time to show me the items I wanted to look at and when I went to check out the young man at the self-checkout area was very patient with me and helped me use the gift cards I had in the Target app to partially pay for my purchases today.

It was a very very busy location. Never seen quite so many people in a Target. Parking area was busy too, but could be because this Target is in the a huge nice shopping plaza, thats prob why its busier.Anyways, besides the crowds, the clothing selection was nice. They also had well-labeled grocery aisles. However, their layout seemed to be missing some items that other Targets may have, for example couldnt find those Hottie Pickles... Also, some items like certain backpack styles were out of stock..Checkout was friendly though and reasonably efficient.Overall not too shabby, just not a fan of the crowds here.

Does it ever feel nice to walk into a store and see people with smiles on their faces. The minute I walked it I realized everyone was actually happy. It is rare in a lot of targets to find that now. The store as you can see in my photographs is clean. Actually it is spotless. The bathrooms are clean too. A woman that seems to be a supervisor is letting the team know that they have to clean up and tidy everything.It’s really great to see! I’m happy with this location. It’s calm as well there’s no screaming people or anyone going nuts it’s pretty relaxing.P.s the cat shorts are amazing

This is the best target store with the best drive up services. I have never waited more than 5min to get my drive ups. Their actual store is also large and clean with everything you need!

Horrible! I visited Target on a Sunday afternoon (8/15) to find the store out of basic items!! Just a handful of gallon water jugs, the rest of the whole isle was empty! Pharmacy items gone from ear drops to toothbrushes - half the shelves completely empty. Prepackaged Guacamole - expired not by just few days … 7/21!!!!

This was a great target. It’s huge with a great food selection. The place is clean and organized. We used the self checkout and the lady working there was very efficient and helped everyone without too much of a water.

I have been coming to this target for years..its conveniently located directly behind chAndler mall just off of Frye road. I come here for clothing mostly. The mens jeans are typically $30 and lower. Stop in....grab some breadsticks from the little cafe inside and do some shopping while you munch. This location is never ridiculously busy so checking out is never too big a wait.

It was nice to see their store shelves were all faced and organized!

The staff at this Target is beyond compare! Every time I go here I am greeted by every employee I pass by. They are alway willing to help and are really good at making light conversation. The Starbucks staff inside is just the same. The baristas there are super light hearted and I can tell they are having a great time. It is newly remodeled! Looks and feels great!

I’m sure their selection was nice. I left incredibly quickly after entering. Most employees were unmasked. Half the patrons were as well. No thank you. Even as a fully vaccinated person, that made me wildly uncomfortable. That is a breeding ground for Covid. I’ll stick with the Ahwatukee store from now on. Smaller but at least they take Covid seriously.

Dirty eating area. Not even busy and the tables were sticky there was popcorn under the chip display. Refrigerator of drinks was sparse and disorganized. Chips display disorganized. Fountain drink machine sticky and dirty. Floors were the cleanest part. Told icee machine was broken (that happens so ok) but a customer came up to buy cold water bottle from the refrigerator and was told they were out of water (it’s 108 outside that’s not okay.I’ve eaten in target stores for years this was the worst I’ve ever seen. There were two employees working. It’s was 1:00 and not busy.

I work here and the environment there is just amazing the people that work there are super nice and the people that come in to shop is just amazing because when your at home bored and have nothing to do you can work 5.5hrs a day and I love it a lot and I’ve learned so much when I first started my first job here so 5⭐️💯

This target has amazing customer service. Whenever I walk in, there is always someone welcoming you in and making sure you have everything you need. The employees also seem happy at their jobs and they ask if there’s anything they can help you with. Target is always reasonably priced and the store is clean and whenever I’ve had a concern even at another target, they always make it right and help me out. I wish every store had the level of care and service that target has. I recommend shopping at target for great service, decent clientele, and taking covid seriously and listening to the CDC.

I love target but was offended at this store. The clerk was rude. When I was returning an item I had to wait 5 minutes for her to come out from the back. When she got to the register she demanded the receipt in a rude way(without a greeting too). Then when handing me the cash back (I had my hand open) she put it on the counter. Then said “Bye!” I will not be returning to this location.

So they do not wipe down the self-checkout or cash registers at this location at least when I was there. Other locations do which is good. Really busy store. Nicely laid out.

My son was in the store today buying Pokémon cards. The lady at self checkout said he could only by 1 package. He called me as I was next door so I could buy one too. As he was waiting in line to make his purchase she approached him and accused him of taking something he shouldn’t have from behind a counter?? Why cause he’s black? He said I’m standing in line to buy. I asked her why she was being so rude about it in front desk of everyone. She then said well you can only by 1 per person. Again I asked why do you have to be so rude about it. Then she proceeded to tell every cashier that he can only buy 1 per person. We proceeded to customer service to make our purchase and clarify the policy. The lady there who was very nice asked 2 other people who all stated there was no limit on Pokémon.

Very easy to manage and the customer service was very kind and knowledgeable. Had a great experience and I do not like to shop!! This says something :)

Love using this Target! It has high traffic, but always clean. This week they have Mario Kart fun in the front!

Found a hard to find item. Should have been easier and given the quantity at the other store. If only 1 item I would go. 4 maybe. 6 and above, I would go and not rush. Calling them is challenging. But Im glad they have what they have and that it works!

A big thank you to the amazing customer service provided by the Target staff at this location today. After a great trip to the store, I was confronted by a huge rainstorm and was alone with my two small children. The staff helped me get my car and kept my children dry and safe while it was pouring rain and hail. They were so kind and helpful. I couldn’t believe my luck! Thank you so much for all your help!

Only self checkout open, should offer discounts if we have to be a cashier. Not everyone likes self checkout. Had to wait for single cashier to clean the register before you can use it in the self checkout line, if someone has a problem with their transaction its up to the one cashier to solve it, meanwhile your still waiting for him/ her to clean the register that the other customer used. Not their fault. OPEN a register with a human on it.

The place that has almost everything you could need. Employees seem happy here overall. Clean. Decent parking.

Target is great! Easy to shop and has the best items.

They do not answer their phones. I spent more than a half hour trying to get through for an issue with drive up pick up and they never answered, no matter which department I selected. That is unacceptable.

First, I ordered some things and selected drive up pick up but when the order was ready there was no option on the app to implement the delivery to my vehicle. Second, the store had closed the entrance nearest the customer service desk which required that I walk through the store near other customers who did not use social distancing guidelines.

Bought 3 chocolate bars and 2 out of 3 of them were melted and re-solidified. And no, I didnt leave them in the heat after buying them, I specifically made sure to not do that. It appears that they cant properly ship stuff in the AZ heat. I wonder what other perishables on their shelves have been damaged by heat. I wouldnt trust this location with anything perishable.

The items I wanted were available. The store location is close to my residence and pick up was quick and easy.

Being in such a busy area, this location can get super busy during peaked season and peak hours. That being said, management has the staff so well trained that if there is ever a line, theyre there for back up almost immediately. This Target is clean and always well stocked.

Nothing open, when we first walked to the register, but the self checkout with about 10 people in line! Terri, Im assuming the mgr on duty opened a.line and continued to check out a lady with a 565 dollar clothing order and called to ask for help after we had been standing there for 20 minutes! None of whom said next person in line, so we were stuck in Terris line for 25 minutes, to pay for a coffee press and a bottle of water! Our first weekend in town and at this Target and will never return!!!

Its a Target so pretty much standard. Dont get me wrong, I love target but not this one. Just saw the attitude of their staff towards someone at the check out. A lady with two kids. The staff Carol was so rude and obnoxious that I preferred to leave than to give my business to a store like that. Just a reminder I was not with the lady in front of me. I was there all through to see what happened so no one can say that I didnt know what had happened before.Some people should just not be dealing with people...maybe she missed her breakfast...maybe she had a bad morning but whatever it is does not give people like Carol to try and embarrass or be rude to customers. What a rotten customer service. Pathetic.

Nice store to shop. Also has two restrooms locations in store. One regular one for women n men. The other is unisex right next to pharmacy. So, while u r shopping, very convenient.

Very horrible store with a non helpful group of workers. I’ve never been in a store with so much expired food, rotting out fruit. I’d expect this from a Walmart but nope. This store doesn’t even deserve ONE star.

Always clean, very helpful customer service. Self check out is very friendly, and the food is always fresh. They give out free fruit to toddlers at the food court. And did I mention there is a Starbucks inside yessss! I love this place.

Ive got better service at Wal-Mart than this store! 1.The girl at costumer service was on the phone walked away had a line of people waiting an employee called her to make her get bank to costumer service. 2. She was so rude to start us with our registry. 3. went to return the scanner wanted to purchase something she said not there. 4. we were supposed to get a welcome bag gift she said no because she wanted me to bring my email saying that I could, like me walking around for 1 hr was not enough evidence

Employees take most of best parking. Anytime you come before store open, the lot is fairly full towards front. As Im saying this we are waiting for store to open at 8:07 am on a normal day.Bad rotation on code dates in fresh sections.

I lost my wallet left it in the cart and when I called and asked for them to look for it they went to look for my wallet and found it and I got my wallet back so thankful for them. Awesome customer service thank you everyone here for looking and finding my wallet !!!

Things in here always seem calmer than when I visit a Walmart. Though for the most part everything is clean and put together, there are always some items out of place. I can never give it a 5 star because their clearance is always the worst in organization which makes me not want to shop those racks at all.

I’ve been shopping at Target for years and each Target store I’ve been in maintains the quality of merchandise I’ve come to expect while having an individual store feel.

This target is clean and well maintained. Right across the street from the mall. Never had any problems. They have a good selection of baby clothes and accessories.

The location is just fine but super annoying that they wont price match an advertised deal for online pickup. It makes absolutely no sense why I would have to order it while Im there wanting to buy it just to have someone else go grab the same item off the shelf and waste 30 minutes. Target should really stop making its competition with Amazon the consumers issue. If thats the continuing trend Im sure people would rather cut out the middle man all together and just have free shipping to their door

During non seasonal times this place is probably great. During seasonal times its a different story. The hired seasonal team is the worst they have zero training. One person ran into our cart while trying to take a rolling cart of boxes somewhere. The cashier had no idea what she was doing and they all have their headphones out. Just unprofessional. I know they are temp extra help but just train them before they start hurting people and screwing more stuff up.

For the most part its not to bad but most of their produce was rotting when I was there, I actually held a potato and something white squirted out of it, then I picked up a bag of red potatoes and the whole bag of potatoes where rotten and stinky 😨 after continuing to look at the rest of the produce lots of things where old and rotting. Gross !!! Ive never been to such a yucky target.. Also the fountain drink machine was really gross, I really hope management takes care of these issues before someone gets sick..

Its a target. However its becoming like a Walmart when it comes to checking out. There are 20 registers and only 2 open. Ever. There is always a line at the self checkout. If you come here dont ever expect to check out in any sort of timely manner....no matter the time of day even if theyvejust opened.
