Big shout out to Glass King Inc. for fixing my Arcadia door quickly and at a very reasonable price!The glass in my Arcadia door had shattered (what a mess!!) I requested a quote online Monday night and received a call back first thing the next morning. Matt, one of the owners and his GM came out the same day and had the glass replaced in no time. And what nice guys!!I highly recommend Glass King!!

I had a custom piece of glass made to put a ceiling on my open top shower. It was super cold in the winter. Glass King knew exactly what I needed (tempered) and got my order complete in under a week at a really great price. Im very pleased with how it turned out. Would definitely use their services again.

I have never written a negative post about a company before. But after speaking with Glass King and trying to resolve an issue, I feel that I must. My husband and I had Glass King come out to replace a transom window and another bedroom window. At the time, the installer also replaced the trim in the bedroom window. The two windows cost $752.The trim replacement was not done correctly and there was a small glitch when opening and closing the window. The installer assured me that it would be fine. We really didnt open that window much so I took his word for it.Now, 2 short years later we can barely open and close the window because of the faulty trim. I called an owner at Glass King and he told me that they would not try to replace the trim. The only option was to pay for a brand new window all over again. His answer was that because I didnt call in time, they would not stand behind their work. He didnt offer any sort of compromise or a reduction in price of a new window. He said sorry. Have a good day and hung up briskly. He seemed bothered that I would call to bring this up at all.My husband and I are stunned that this kind of customer service would come from a company like this. Buyer beware. The real test of the integrity and honesty of a company is when you contact them with a problem and receive this type of unprofessional and dismissive attitude.

I was more than happy with my experience with Matt, Jay, and Will at Glass King. Not only were they priced the most reasonable after calling about four other businesses, they were also a pleasure to work with. They were able to give me a quote on the phone with an estimate and fit me in for a measure the next day. The quote did not change after the measure which I was very happy about. I also liked the notifications via text of when they were expected to show up and also when they were about 30 minutes away. Overall, very happy with the service provided by Glass King. Thank you!

They came out, and did the job, which I am grateful for! The window looks great. There were shards of glass left on my window seal, on the ground outside and they left shards of glass in a bucket of mine. They were kind, prompt and it was a quick job. Their cleanup was just subpar.

After speaking with Jay, the owner, I decided to order a clear glass table top from Glass King to protect my new wood dining table. It was fabricated and delivered within a week at a very fair price. I suppose that was to be expected- good product, quick turnaround, and the right price. The Glass King differentiator was the unexpected level of care by the delivery guys, Will and Andy. These guys were polite, professional, clean, pleasant to talk to, and VERY careful when placing the glass and positioning it properly. They also were very careful to remove all adhesive and marker residue from the glass surface for a pristine look before they left. They made sure we were happy before they considered their work finished. Very impressive guys. I’d definitely recommend this company.

Matt and Jay will take good care of any of your glass needs. If not they will lead you into the direction to help you. Very fast courteous and respectful. I use these guys on residential and Commercial jobs. Ive been using them for over 6 years and have found no one to compare with their prices or service.

Called Tempe Glass/Glass King at 8 AM about a broken window at my home. They made a commitment to come between 9:30 and 12 that day. They arrived at 9:30 and were done by 10. Excellent service. Price comparable to others. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!Had called at least a dozen other companies and either got a help desk or no answer. Tempe Glass/Glass King is ready to go when you call.Highly recommended and will definitely use them again!!

If you read any Google Review, let it be this one! - My patio door shattered into a million little pieces at 4:45pm on Saturday. What are the chances of reaching a glass repair company on a Saturday afternoon the weekend of Memorial Day?! - I called at least six companies, one called back and said they would come board it up for a mere $500. and THAT did not include the glass they would replace after the holiday weekend. The second company returned my call within the hour and offered to replace the glass first thing in the morning! Mind you, it was Sunday morning. They came out by 8:00 am...I mean, really, what company do you know works on a Sunday?! Glass King. Thats what company! - The price was less than the boarded up price from the first company. But that is not even the awesome part of this little tale. The awesome part, was the Customer Service I received from the very first phone call. - Polite, quick call back, accommodating, patient and excellent overall service. Thank you Glass King for living up to your name!

Serviceman was on time and performed the glass replacement quickly and professionaly then cleaned up the area. He was very knowedgeable and friendly. I would recommend this company for short notice broken glass replacement.

Josh and Will did a fantastic job installing our new windows. They cleaned up afterwards and had great customer service. I would highly recommend them if you are needing glass replaced.

My home office is westward facing, which means it gets REALLY hot in the afternoons. To help, I was in the market for Low-E glass. After calling around, I found that Glass King knew what they were doing and had a nice price. After a few weeks waiting for the seven glass panes to arrive, everything was installed as promised and the home office is now much cooler in the afternoons. Im looking to do the same now with other windows around the house.

We had a cracked window in the back of our house. I received a few comparable quotes and Glass King had the lowest price. They came out a few days later to replace the glass with no issues. Very happy with the service and workmanship.

Glass King did good work on my windows, but owner Jay Catena has horrible business ethics and morals, costing me over $200 out of my own pocket.They replaced several windows in my house, and did a good job as far as quality of work. However, while the workers were at my house, they turned the air conditioning temperature very low, then left it like that when they left the house. My house was empty for weeks after that point, and my electricity bill went up by over $200.. all because of Glass Kings workers turning my AC way down then leaving it when they left.When I brought this issue to the attention of the owner, Jay Catena, he did absolutely nothing to help me. He pretty much called me a liar about it, refused to reimburse me anything, and after the first conversation, would never respond to a call or email again. He flat out blew me off and didnt do ANYTHING to correct the issue. Give your business to someone who backs up their work and handles errors with good ethics.
