I needed 2 shower doors in my home. One door came without the proper coating. They took care of it. The other door shattered upon install. They left glass on the wall and did not properly clean up. After a month, I had to call to inquire about the status. They blamed their supplier and had to come back out and remeasure. Weeks later, I had to call again for status. They scheduled the install. On the install day (Friday), they did not show up. I had to call the office again. They showed up 3 hours later. I did not pay the bill that Friday due to an open issue about me asking for a discount and also me making a partial payment. On Monday I got the bill. I reconciled it with my records on Tuesday and paid it on Tuesday. On Wednesday, I received a notice of lien that had been filed on Monday. Ridiculous amount of work on my part. They took too long and had poor customer service. The only reason for the poor review is them placing a notice of lien on me one day after services were completed. We talked every day by the way. Terrible company to deal with. Take your business elsewhere!

It was so refreshing to have a job well done. We were so pleased with your professionalism in every way. Your installers were excellent and presented themselves so personable. Your office staff always returned calls and emails. We appreciate all that you have done, it was perfect and beautiful. We will use you again and will highly recommend you to family and friends. AZ Extreme came all the way out to my home in Surprise to perform warranty work on my sliding glass doors. The technicians did a great job replacing the glass panels in my doors and were also very thorough in their assessment of the rest of the problems we still have due to poor installation by another company. If the doors are replaced hopefully it will be AZ Extreme doing the work.

Great product and installation! Had an issue with some water leaking out and they came back promptly to flip the doors and correct the problem. Great companys follow through and do the job right. Highly recommend!

Very happy with our new glass. We had 31 panes replaced in our second floor residence. Aaron was great. He was very professional and clearly was very knowledgeable and skillful. Price was reasonable. Happy with the discount, also. Some other members of the crew needed to be reminded more than once to wear their mask indoors.

I would highly recommend this place. They do everything and I do mean everything. Worth stopping in. Im just trying to find something to put mirror or glass on. I tossed my original idea so now looking for another idea. Cant wait to have them do some fancy glass/mirror work for me.

Appreciate the friendly service, prompt arrival as promised, and the mirror was installed just fine... but deducting a star for the installers not wearing masks. It takes zero effort to wear a mask and help try to limit the spread of the virus, and just common sense right now to keep your customers minds at ease letting people into their homes.

I had a recommendation from a contractor. I had a frameless shower door that was sagging. They were knowledgeable and explained what the problem was and repaired it within 30 minutes. Would definitely use this company again!

We have used AZ Xtreme Glass & Mirror on three different occasions/work orders and will continue to use them for all our glass needs. What really speaks volumes is their hands on customer care...that genuine southern hospitality makes you feel taken care of and valued as a paying customer no matter how big or small the job is.My daughter had two windows replaced at her townhome...we had a hiccup with the grid placement (HOA issue) and they were there within the week to completely switch everything out...no arguments or explanations needed they just took care of it!I had a custom framed mirror that I never took in to get fixed thinking it would cost more to fix the broken glass then the frame was worth. I just cuddnt bring myself to throw it away so after four years in the back of my closet I brought it into AZ Xtreme to fix it...they replaced the glass at such a reasonable price that I kick myself now for not bringing it in sooner. Aaaaaaand I was treated just as important to them for that one little mirror as if I was getting a whole house full of mirrors done!The pharmacy that I work for had a break in before business hours...the entire store front with glass doors was shattered. We needed someone out there immediately to board it up and secure the pharamacy. The building owners we rent from called another glass company who shall remain nameless, to come out and secure the pharmacy. Lets just say it was an A B conversation so they were asked to C their way out of it after they secured the doors with ply board and a single 2 x 4 that was screwed in with the bolts facing outside. Anyone could have easily unscrewed the bolts having full access to the pharmacy. On top of that the shattered glass was left everywhere forcing our customers to step all over it or attempt to get around it as they walked in once the pharmacy opened! I recommended AZ Xtreme to our owners and they were at the pharmacy that day replacing and cleaning up after the hack job the other glass company had left behind. There was no questions as to which company the pharmacy owners were going to use after that. Job was carried out with the utmost care and professionalism, right down to their installers going above and beyond to respect our customers privacy and time while there.Amazing owners with exceptional customer care!!!
