Do not buy a car hereTried to sel me one with a broken alternator luckily it didn’t start immediately after I bought it and I got to return it cuz I didn’t leave the lot26% intrest rate when the next day I got a 17% intrest rateSo much for a 106 point inspection lololol BSThe workers were chill I guess but shady none the less luckily It happened before I left because I would have been livid. I bought a 2014 jeep Cherokee sport from Mike in the beginning of December 2020. At the time I made the purchase I was pretty much rushed during the signi g process and I feel as though my excitement at purchasing the Jeep was taken advantage of be ause I was not given the decency to be allowed the time into reading the co tract I was signing nor was it explained to me at all. I wasnt told that what I was being asked to download on my phone was a GPS app that was gonna add an extra $700 on to my loan. I was never asked if I wanted this feature nor was I asked if I wanted to add on the other $4500 in warranty coverage on the vehicle bringing my loan from $12,000 up to $18,000 and never was I told or allowed to read in the contract that my interest rate would be 26.9%. For a vehicle that is priced at $12,000 I will be pay a total of $35,000 for it. I dont believe any salesman or saleswoman should ever take advantage of a customer in this way. Its wrong and should be illegal. I definitely do not plan keeping this vehicle under the same contract that I was goven by Drivetime and Mike. I believe I was scammed into paying for extras and for a car loan that is so way more expendive then any other place I have ever seen make theor customer pay before. Definitely not happy with the purchase and i dont recommend this place to anybody.

All of this is my own opinion and experience.It feels like a scam. They tell you to leave a positive review while youre there (before paperwork is even signed) so these are all the pressured-but-happy customers who dont know what theyre in for. Hey, guys, you forgot to edit your reviews.I got a car with a slew of mechanical problems that cost $3k in the first 4 months. Im pretty upset I needed a car so badly as to agree to this. Ill be paying it off long after it dies. Also, after a couple weeks, I noticed all the cigarette burns and the odor. 😠Salesman Mike said door code was in the car. It wasnt, they refused to pay for it. $80 on a $16k vehicle too much? Actually, its a $9k vehicle with a $16k note. Customer relations department told me tough luck after a conference call with Mike stating code shouldve been in the car and hes sorry it wasnt. But they still refused to pay it. Its the principle of the matter, especially since this car was CLEARLY not inspected before you dumped it off.Bridgecrest prices and loans feel, to me, absolutely predatory. I pay $520/mo and about $48 of that goes to the principle. $13/day in interest plus fees. They get away with it by calling it an installment account instead of a loan. Ill be refinancing in about 12 days with a legitimate financial institution that isnt trying to take advantage of me.They were taking a really long time to stage the cars for me to test drive while I just waited around, so as they were past closing time, we were rushing through paperwork and they slipped in a completely useless extended warranty, and a location device. I dont need that but Im sure paying for it for 3 years for no good reason. Of course its my fault I didnt say no, Ill be back tomorrow, after giving it some thought. But itd just been a week after my wreck that someone else caused, I was injured, missing work, and needed transportation to get to my job the next morning. Taking a bus during a pandemic in a state full of antimaskers was not going to fly. Hoping my warning will help anyone else.Take several deep breaths before stepping foot in this place. You will regret your purchase.
