Went to auto Nissan Chandler for service for my car. and Ian Thompson was my service manager. He clearly is the best service manager there. And he always makes sure Im satisfied very fair He got my vote for the Service manager Nissian take care of him you got a great employee.

I like it alot its just ALOT of people werent following the Covid Guidelines. I would recommend it.

Not the best service or availability of loaner cars. Upset how the customer service person handled car problem. She did not verify our warranty coverage until end of day. No apologies. The service manager did not have the correct details, tried to cover up his service rep. In the end, problem resolved. Suggest if you use this location, ask questions, stay on top of the fix for your car.

I call ahead and set up an appointment. Once I get there they take care of everything. Very friendly and helpful.

Got our car serviced there and they did a good job. We were there for a surgery my husband had and was going home so needed our car fairly quick. Had the jobs done in 2 days and they were pretty big things to get done. So quite happy.

Mixed results, depending on the dealership. Big Two Toyota turned us off years ago due to trying to trick my wife into doing unneeded service. Recently, Subaru turned us off due to overly aggressive sales. I dont know about the other dealerships.

Took the Spider in for repairs under warranty. They were guessing what was wrong with it- again! Asked me to buy the parts , but if they guessed correctly I would get reimbursed, but if that was not the problem I would buy the parts-that I dont need. They finally came around and listened to the factory, and repaired it. Spent way too much time figuring this one out.

Best experience I had with a dealership

This is one of the best auto malls I have visited in the Valley. I purchased a car at Autonation Honda Chandler (my first car purchase) and had a wonderful experience. The other auto makers have wonderful representation as well. When I need maintenance done to my car, this is my first stop! Highly recommended for new car buyers.

Visited the Subaru superstore to get an oil change and service. Nice dealership. Buildings are spacious. Courteous staff. Quick service. They have a play area for pets. Play area for kids inside, coffee and refreshments for customers. Just good folks like the brand it self.

Good place to start if youre looking at buying a vehicle and dont really know what kind you want. There are all makes and models to test drive. And I think the sales men dont make commission anymore as they are totally willing to spend a ton of time with you helping you pick your perfect vehicle ( they also DO NOT negotiate prices any more)

I visited the Toyota dealership and as usual, the service was great. I had an appointment which made my visit a breeze. I chose to have a friend pick me up and we went shopping and had snack at one if the areas many restaurants. I was called when my car was ready and returned at my convenience to pick it up.

We had to go to Honda for airbag recall and they offered shuttle service to and from home or we went to breakfast and just called the card the driver gave us and he picked us up. It was a very pleasant experience to fix this problem of a recall and didnt keep us away from things we needed to do in the least

Great place to buy a car. The experience was super convenient and my sales person Gavin McIntosh was super easy to with with.

Its shark infested waters here. The second you park your car you are immediately jumped by multiple car salesmen (sharks) and they are out for blood. If you are just going in for a car part you have to hear about how smooth the new corolla drives before you make it to the service counter. Not everyone is made of money and some of us would rather fix up what we currently drive instead of purchasing a new vehicle every time something breaks. These sales people need to keep it in their pants and not get so excited everytime they see someone pull up.

Nissan dealership is A+ in my book.

They totally ignored us. Plenty of employees walking around on the premises, but couldnt seem to get anyone to answer questions about an Indian motorcycle nor someone to help us with a clothing purchase. In the future well go to the Scottsdale location.

We knew what we needed when we went here and were able to move through our transaction very quickly. Sales staff was personable and helpful. They were willing toward with us. Do your research and be ready to wheel/deal.

Sales staff is excellent , ISRAEL , hes the man to talk to, just bought another bike a street glide, i couldnt have gotten a better deal anywhere else ( i looked for 7 months ) , neil in service with his team they will do the job right , from maintance to customization !

I cant speak for the Chandler 202 Auto Mall Ive only been to big Two Toyota (they are great). As for the rest of the mall I have no idea. This review is here because Google Maps doesnt skip the reviews of places one asks to skip. It just keeps bringing them around till you do the review to clear it. I have no way of reporting the issue to Google, so Im complaining about it here.There Google I did the review you insisted upon. It doesnt help anyone, I could lie and make something up, but thats not who I am. Please, Google Maps, fix this issue. I know Im not the only one tired of having locations we havent been to or dont have enough info for a real review, crammed down our throats.

These guys have always taken good care of us.

This was our second time coming here and only because its close go home. They seem to like giving people the take it or leave it treatment, then we go to Superstition Honda and wind up getting something as nice or better. The guy even made the mistake of assuming my wife was pregnant! Protip: if you go here and they tell you the car you want is out of your budget or try to go above what you tell them you can do, go to Superstition Honda! Its further away but they actually worked with us and helped us buy a car, TWICE!

Great selective group of Auto dealers in close proximity and great areas to test drive especially Honda Nation I think leading the group as with only next to Toyota as being Prime robberies convenient

Lots of great cars to see in the auto mall. But, high overhead makes for small discounts so I have started buying well loved used cars.

I service my Honda and Toyota vehicles here at their respective dealerships. The Honda dealership has free donuts, fruit, coffee and water. The Toyota dealership has free fruit, coffee, and water. You have to pay for any other form of nourishment at the Toyota. As for pricing of new vehicles.

The salesman, Michael, talked a lot but wouldn’t listen. He was a nice guy but as someone who has been in sales most of my life you have to listen to your customer.

As with any car dealership mall, this is as good as any other. Lots of choices to pick from. I do like the test drive options- freeway, busy roads, side roads, & twists / turns.

Visited Subaru. They were not very motivated to sell. Got a MUCH better deal in Peoria.

We were given to a new guy because of how we were dressed. I am rather upset that the lot attendant would be so obvious, but I guess that is how they get money. I decided against a car at this place due to that very reason. I was ready for half an entire payment on a car. I just got a settlement and had the money available. I went elsewhere with my purchase.
