I have been going here for past 10 years and love their service at Big Two Toyota! I feel like they are honest, hardworking and do a great job ensuring your car is running safe. They have a great waiting area for with good food, snacks and free fruits, water and coffee! It’s so much fun for kids with a cute tree house play area, they also have barber shop, nail salon and massage if you want to wait to get your car serviced, if not, they can call you a Lyft to get your home and pick you up when your car is ready.

Just drove off the lot with my brand new 2022 gorgeous Pearl white Corolla Hatchback, that I was having such a hard time finding until I stopped over at Big Two and talked to Nacho. Nacho is amazing. My family goes to him for all our vehicles and we will continue to. Big Two has the best car buying experience around. Wonderful staff and facility. Stay away from the service department! They got caught in several lies today!So I brought in my Toyota to get an oil change!They called me up to say that I have $6,900 worth of issues that need to be addressed today! All Tires worn, all brake pads/rotors worn, and other issues!Toyota said I had 2mm of brake pads left, in reality they are almost brand new brake, look at the photos.Then Toyota said, my tires need to be replaced ASAP. They said the tread is almost gone! What are they smoking, look at the photos. I was at Costco yesterday to get my tires rotated and they did their tire inspection and said tires are in great shape.I do NOT trust these people at all. Is their service department on commission??

He is the best salesman I’ve ever talked to and worked with, very calm and not in your face like what you would expect from a dealership. 10 out of 10 experience overall, highly recommend them.

Service dept will rip you off at every chance.Summary: deceiving service advertising; will tell you a component is broke when it really isnt.I like to take my car in for service every 30k or so miles, just to have a thorough inspection/peace of mind, and do oil changes/tire rotations myself. When I did this at 90k miles, I was told I needed a new water pump, as mine was leaking. This was a shock to me, as I had not noticed any leaks. When I asked where they found the leak, they explained that they saw a splash pattern on the underside of the hood that indicates a leak. I was not very confident in that explanation, so I just drove home to look at it myself. The engine compartment was bone dry. Whatever pattern they claim to have seen couldve just as easily come from driving through a puddle or rain so Im not sure where they get their training. 30k miles have since passed (with never any need to top off coolent, or any overheating, etc), and I decided to try again for the 120k Service.The service department list 120k mile factory service for $240. The factory maintenance schedule includes oil/filter change, air filter change, new spark plugs, and the usual array of inspection items. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told the 120k factory service is this one, for $240, and youll also want to get new spark plugs, which runs $155. They market the service as FACTORY service, but dont actually include the spark plugs. The $150 mark up from the synthetic oil change service pays for an air filter, cabin filter, and a couple inspection items (which who knows if they actually do it or just tell you you need a $600 repair without any evidence...see previous paragraph).Im back to just doing all the service myself. $300 for air filters and spark plugs is ludicrous.

Okay, this dealership has me as a customer for life. I’d been struggling to find a car for a week and I was in a pinch. Nobody wanted to help me until I went to Big Two Toyota. Jon was amazing and really wanted to help me out. He gave me a great deal and even though I hadn’t planned on buying from them, I drove a Camry off the lot. I felt like they really wanted to take care of me and after the week I had, it was greatly appreciated.

Ive been thinking and wanting a new car for a while, and decided last week to get more info and navigate this crazy market. I was paired with Brian Golia, and he really was so great about walking me through this process, answering any of the questions I had, and working with me to see what might fit. He never felt too pushy or trying to sway me one way or another. Even though it is his job to SELL, he was always very open and honest. I have decided for the moment to keep my car instead of buying a new car at the moment, but I really do want to thank and show appreciation for all the work and patience Brian exemplified with me.

I came in here for a recall on a airbag, the service Reception Area was quick and easy. The employees are friendly and professional. Bathrooms are clean!When you come into the waiting area theres a neat little area for kids to play on. I will be coming back when my vehicle needs a service.I like that everyone seems happy.

2021 Sienna has 6900 miles, towed to the dealer and was told it was the 12v battery. They replaced it and sent me on my way. On my way home it happened again, second tow to the dealer. Sat there for three weeks and was told I need to contact my insurance because they found a stripped bolt and there for its not covered under the warranty. The bolt is perfectly fine!!! Pic to follow. We never touched under the hood! And a Toyota rep was at the dealer that day and agreed with them. Was told 9k to replace the wiring harnesses just because of the bolt. Needless to say we bit the bullet and got rid of the van. I have always been a toyota person having owned a supra, sequoia, sienna, camry and corolla but not anymore after this experience.

I love this place, it was my first time doing business with them. Everyone there was so nice. They even have free food for you at their own restaurant, which is inside the dealership. My sales person, ( Eric Deluna) was exceptional. He was courteous and kind. I came away with a 2017 Toyota Sienna that I am very pleased with. The process wasnt too long at all. If you want a new or used Toyota go there. Heres mine 💞😊💞

From the moment we arrived the staff at Chandler Big Two Toyota was extremely welcoming and helpful. Everyone from Asst. General Manager Brett Henkel to Andrew in sales and even Bertha in the Café were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were more than willing to help me over phone/email to work out a quote for my new vehicle. When the only thing missing from my dream vehicle was heated seats Brett found a way to make it happen.When I arrived for the test drive Andrew answered all of my questions and the few times he was unsure of an answer he went and researched it for us. Andrews honesty, integrity, and positivity throughout our interaction along with Big Two Toyotas resort-like feel made it a peak experience for our whole family.The Café had surprisingly good sandwiches, Bertha was a joy to talk to and my kids loved playing on the pirate ship in the showroom. Purchased a Mitsubishi from Big Two Mitsubishi in 2018 & 2019. Sadly, the service contract is now with Big Two Chandler. Always felt respected and taken care of at Big Two Mitsubishi, that was NOT the case at Big Two Chandler. Service was poor, was made clear from the start that since not a Toyota and had a service contract, we were not a high priority, car not washed, even though asked did we want it washed, will never go back. So I’ll pay for my service & maintenance elsewhere and never return to Big Two Chandler.

Came in for an oil change and had an appointment with Saul Duarte. He told me I was not due yet for an oil change but there was other services I needed that were listed from my previous visit. I appreciate him being honest with me that I was not due yet for an oil change but I stayed and had a brake service done. He got me out as soon as possible on a busy Friday which I really appreciate! If you like high pressured sales and mind-game sales tactics, then this is the place for you. That was my experience. I like Toyota products but I do not want the hassle of dealing with this dealerships salespeople. I asked them a price of a vehicle with tax and fees. The salesperson left me waiting at their desk for 30 minutes, supposedly to ask their manager. I was just asking for a price, imagine how long it would take if I was actually purchasing a vehicle?

Totally new car buying experience for us. I really think the team here needs to know what a difference theyve made for my family. Our salesman Eric Deluna was an absolute doll. Very warm and down to earth but extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the Sienna we purchased. He even called today to make sure we figured out how everything works. I recently purchased a 2021 Tacoma TRD Off Road at Big Two Toyota of Chandler. The service was phenomenal and my Sales Person, Catherine Cruz was amazing. I was expecting a stressful experience from a high pressure salesperson , but she was quite the opposite. She was so accommodating and made me feel comfortable and not pressured. She really helped seal the deal for me. When my car arrived Catherine and her co workers had the it beautifully displayed for me when I walked in. After the sale Catherine followed up several times with calls to see how everything was going with the vehicle and made sure I was satisfied with it. Fantastic customer service from her and the whole team at the dealership. We are now looking to buy a new car for my wife and we know with confidence that we will find the right one at Big Two Toyota of Chandler.

I loved my car buying experience. Felt like we werent pressured or forced to purchase our vehicle. We came back multiple times before our decision and were welcomed each time. However, the service department is so poorly run. Appointments dont matter youll still be waiting in the lounge for HOURS for an oil change. This is the third time Ive waited for hours on end. I feel like they are trying to make you wait so you buy food in the waiting area or tempt you with the spa. The staff is kind and helpful but an oil change should not take 3 hours when I went through the proper channels to be on the schedule.

I have never bought a vehicle from this place and I never plan on it! I stopped by today 9/13/2021 to see what they would give me for a trade on my 2018 Highlander Hybrid with under 50,000 miles on it. Not once did that sales rep ask me about the Highlander it was what kind of vehicle you looking to get! I told him what I wanted and then he told me they don’t have any on the lot and tried to talk me into a different vehicle. I stood up and said nope I’m leaving and I will take my business to Camelback Toyota.First off I didn’t ask him what he had on the lot I asked what they would give me for trade in. Then he wants to talk me into a different vehicle then what I requested.

0n 8/6/21, I purchased a Toyota Tacoma, on 8/7/21, I took possession of said Tacoma, on 8/7/21 I made an appointment to have aftermarket tint put on the windows. On 8/12/21 I received a voicemail from Big Two stating that they owe me window tint ($400.00+) and door edge guards ($180.00). On 8/16/21 I returned to the dealer in good faith to request either compensation or a refund for the two items they failed to tell me about or put on my vehicle. The sales consultant and sales management told me I had nothing coming and basically told me to kick rocks. This is called sales fraudselling a product and not providing said product. Big Two should be ashamed. This dealership owes me in excess of $600.00 for two products they failed to tell me about and provide to me.

I gave them the highest amount that I could be comfortable paying and those where the only cars that was shown to me... when I asked to see vehicles a little higher than my price range they verified that I was going higher in price which I appreciated... I ended up buying outright a 2016 GMC Terriane... I would recommend this dealership

This place is bad. My car purchase experience was already bad enough, when a very aggressive sales professional tried to sell me a used 2019 Toyota RAV for the price of a new RAV4. Then, after two months, when I tried to fixed a flat tire, the experience just got my rating to them from 3 starts to 1. Even though I called twice in advance, they were unable to tell me that they did not have the needed tire in stock, which cost me extra time to tow my car over there and then went through a serious of negotiation to have someone help change the spare tire. I ended up fixing the flat tire somewhere else. An extra story here was that they didn’t give me back the flat tire after changing to the spare one. The rim was on that flat tire, so I had to get back to them and fetched my rim. My whole day was wasted. I hope that I had not got involved with this dealership at the beginning.

Look, you need to ask for Phoung. Shes on the Internet side and wonderful. But, let me be really honest, they sell the MSRP and not a markup. Youll get a free lunch, no kidding. Phoung is very cordial, seasoned, helpful, and has an office to do paperwork.Finance guys are cool... If one is not, then tell them you want another. Remember, youre buying a vehicle, and if the guy isnt your cup of tea, then get another. Generally, the Finance departments can be ugly, but the interaction i had to help my mom with her certified used Toyota was great. Get the extended warranty with your hybrid or Toyota Prime.

5 Oct 211. Get there early and youll be out fast.2. Asked, I emailed for an appraisal from the Service Director, Service Mananager & my repair contact.. I got a quote but nothing in writing. Toyo OEM factory supplied tire exploded at Elliot & I 10 in 110 heat at 65 mph at 34,000 miles 2 months ago took out all sound proofing, $344.01 out the door with tax but did not fix the bumper bracket which the explosion took out too. Nor was I advised. Told I still need to go to body shop. What? ?? Not honest about that.

He gave me every last bit of information I needed about the truck to make my purchase decision and he really took great care of me. Dan Gutierrez was my finance man and he was so friendly and real as well. I appreciated his honesty and ability to talk to me like a real human and help me get the warranties I NEEDED not just tack on extra fees for his benefit. If you want reliable and friendly service for your Toyota, and you dont want to pay an arm or a leg for it, this is the place. Yes it is a dealership and yes it can sell you a car. But none of the sales people are on commission and there is no pressure here. You want your car serviced, they treat you like family and are upfront and honest about it. UPDATE: Big Two Toyota Will Not Fix Their Mistakes.I got in contact with Brian Mouffe, the Finance Director, and he admitted that the dealership made a mistake. Tyler Heath never informed the Finance Manager that the loan application should be submitted for 2.49%. Brian called Toyota Financial but since they wouldnt change the deal, he said there was nothing more he could do. Brian would not refund the difference or anything without costing me more money.***************Just purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma Off Road. Worked with Internet Sales Manager Tyler Heath who was very responsive and helpful. I have no complaints with him. We discussed price and terms and I agreed with the understanding that I would get 2.49% financing for 72 months and it shouldnt be an issue with my great credit score.I was handed off to Finance Manager Anthony Clore and everything seemed in order. It was odd that he had me sign everything electronically without showing me the sales contract but the payment was in the proper ballpark so I didnt question it. He printed the paperwork and sealed it in an envelope and I was on my way.I found out at home that instead of 2.49%, I was given a 3.90% loan. I called to question the change and was informed that the rate is what TMCC sent back and it is what it is. There is nothing to be done. Nothing was mentioned at the time of signing.I left the dealership with a positive image of Big Two Toyota, but finding out Ive been bait and switched is disappointing. Theyve definitely lost any future business with me.

I just had my Venza detailed a couple of days beforeTwo Btwo performed the oil change and the technician who perform the oil change left an oil mess on the door, door handler and hood.I addition, most of the contents of the glove box were left on the passenger side floor.

Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to avoid yourself future headaches and hardships. Do not get the Toyota plus care, nothing is actually covered and the oil changes take about 5 hours if you’re lucky. The fastest part of your experience will be them selling you the car. I bought two cars here and will not be buying another here after dealing with the service department.

I told Tony what I wanted, and he comes back with that manager who tried to sell otherwise and rip me off. We looked at several Toyota dealers and found ourselves calling Big Two late one evening. We spoke to Sam from the Internet Dept., we told him wed like to come and see what they had the next morning. Sam said hed be there. Low and behold he was there. Sam went beyond what any sales person we dealt with in the four other dealerships we had visited. He made us comfortable, found us exactly what we were looking for, and painlessly sold us our car! Big Two dealerships itself is awesome. Everything there is to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Dont hesitate, see Sam at Big Two. And BTW, we drove 1 1/2 hrs to buy this car, it was worth it.

Quite possibly the easiest, least frustrating buying experience Ive ever had with a car dealer. What an absolutely enjoyable experience today. Needed to pick up some parts for a 01 4Runner, the gentleman working the parts section knew exactly the part I was looking for, the woman at the cashier area was nice and inviting, paid and read to leave by the time the parts came out. I had terrible experiences at previous dealerships and as a first-time car buyer I was very hesitant, however, Anthony did an excellent job. Had a 10:50 appointment for the recall and service on my Avalon. Was only a couple of minutes late getting to me even with the long lines. Very impressed with ever part of my experience from the service bay personnel to the lyft ride from and back. Got my car back in the allotted time they quoted me and thanks to the extended warranty we purchased it cost nothing but the Lyft drivers tip. Thanks Big. Two!!!!

Long overdue review. At 7am in the morning I am scouring through the internet to look at Big Two and Tempe Toyota website’s for deals. I didn’t want to make anymore repairs on my 11 y.o. Civic with 300k miles and decided it was time to buy a new SUV. I loved my Tundra when I lived in Hawaii, so it was a no-brainer to buy Toyota. I requested quotes to both sites. Big Two immediately replied. I completed the application form online and they made arrangements for us to come in that evening at 7pm since my spouse gets off work late. We were greeted at the dealership and completed the rest of the paperwork. The buying experience was not stressful and I was at ease the entire time. They also catered to my teenage son while he waited for us, they provided snacks and a drink. I got a reply from Tempe Toyota at 9am that same day, but it was too late. I serviced my SUV 2 months ago during the peak of Covid. Every Big Two employee wore facial mask and took extra steps to follow CDC guidelines. I am very pleased that I bought my SUV here.

My experience buying my new SUV was amazing. I was working with Anzul. The first day I went there I just wanted to do a test drive, I never felt pushed into buying the car, and when i told him I needed to see other cars before making a decision he was Ok with it. Next day I went and bought the new Rav4. I felt like I was being helped by someone I knew for a really long time. Good Job Anzul! I will make sure I refer there whoever wants to buy a Toyota.

They will never stop calling you. Looked at a car two years ago and they have never stopped calling. Every few weeks on a Saturday around 8am I get a call asking me if I am still interested in the new Toyota car - really almost two years ago and you think I am still looking? No matter how many times you tell them to stop calling you they still do.

We retired and moved to AZ from NY 4 months ago so no experience with AZ dealerships. We bought a 2021 RAV 4 XLE from Big Two after checking other dealers in surrounding areas. The process was quick, uncomplicated and without excess or unnecessary pressure from our salesperson Josh Montijo. He was personable, relatable and willing to answer/research any questions. Josh gave us a tour of the service, cafe and waiting areas as well(there is even a nail salon, barber and massage center IN the service area!!). We had a nice free lunch as well! We will return to Big Two when ready to purchase our next car.

Highest prices out of all the Toyota dealerships I went to before choosing one. They were very pushy in selling me a car that day, I was told one thing yet they could not do what they said. They were offering cars to me and figuring everything on sticker prices, they would NOT tell me a price or offer any kind of deals. While there at Big Two I started working with a different Toyota dealer who in return got me in what I and my wife wanted, at way better price that Big Two never even offered. In the end I would AVOID Big Two and go to a different Toyota dealer.

Rusty at Big Two Toyota is our go-to guy! Our family has bought over 8 cars from them and will not buy from anyone else. I found a car I was perfect in every way but it had some bright blue trim I was not having. After obsessing over it, Rusty offered to paint it free of charge! It was painted within two weeks of purchasing the car and now is perfect! I couldn’t recommend this place more!

I will never do business here, and as a lifetime car guy who has serviced/sold and managed and has a book of business of over 4000 customers that I still receive phone calls from for advice on all things cars as I am There car guy I will never recommend Big Two and tell them to stay far away from. I told the Salesman and the Manager John Miller who I was and what I did. He then proceeded to Bring out an offer on a Toyota Highlander, with so much leg and pack in it, and when I told him I thought he was about $300 off of where I was expecting to be he basically told me I have no clue what I am doing. I told him I would gladly calculate the payment by hand for him, and he said I can show you my computer which is even more offensive because any person who has ever used Any of the dealership systems knows numbers can be manipulated to show whatever you want on a computer screen. He offered me a Platinum Highlander at 878-893 a month on a lease, even after I told him our credit scores where in the 800s. Which is especially offensive and even a bit suspect on the confines of the law. (had he ran our credit I would be turning him into the attorney General for packing vehicles) When the maximum allowable payment by Toyota Motor Credit based on the maximum allowable markup of the .00134 Money Factor Brings you a payment of $837 a month at the Sale Price he was offering. He then proceeded to tell me no one was offering a discount on highlanders and that they were the only dealership not charging a premium. A quick search of the internet and anyone would know he was lying. It took one E-mail and I had Offers from $490 XLE to $600 Platinum with a small down payment less then the tags and doc fee on where they were offering me over 3k off the car with no adds, and including the window tint. Even at the price these other dealerships where offering me the car at they were still over invoice as invoice on the platinum is about a 3800 difference from MSRP, and they were keeping there holdback of almost $900 which means they were making a reasonable $1200-1500 profit on the price of the car. Not trying to screw me and make $10,000 on the car. I feel sorry for the salesman Andre who works there as he was very polite kind and answered all of our questions only for his manager to come out and try and rip someones head off on the price of the vehicle.

Ive bought several Toyota vehicles in my life but have never felt compelled to write a review. However, my experience with Big Two was so positive I decided I must.I traded in my 2010 Toyota Tacoma for a new 2020 Toyota Tacoma Sport. The salesman (Luke) that I had initially contacted was off the day I came in but he arranged for me to work directly with the Sales Manager, Dalton. He was fantastic, polite, made sure I got the truck I wanted (genuinely) and no heavy pressure - exactly the car buying experience Ive always wanted but this was a first for me.1) Got the exact amount I thought I would get for my trade (thats never happened before). My 2010 Tacoma retained more than half its value after 10 years and thats never happened before either.2) Got me the options that were important to me without over-spending.3) Added equipment that didnt come standard with the truck I bought without adding a bunch of stuff I didnt want.4) Gave me a great price up-front without having to do the back and forth haggle that all of us hate with a passion.After taking the truck home, the Covid-19 lockdown hit. I was supposed to get leather seats and a home-link mirror added but had to cancel my appointment. Alysia, told me to call or email when I was ready to have the work done so I waited a month. I contacted Alysia again and she made everything easy for me - a completely contact-less experience and she even delivered the truck back to my driveway when the work was done. She was efficient, pleasant and professional in every interaction I had with her.This is the first vehicle Ive purchased from Big Two. It been the best buying experience Ive had by far.

I found the facility very nice, clean and apparently well run. Jon, service manager, was beyond helpful and caring. Abby, the young lady who took care of getting me a car was also wonderful. My complaint was with what I was charged to put on a new tire, $75.00, and $50.00 for a car without being told there would be a charge. I thought it was a loaner.

Bought a 2016 VW GTI I was told was stock late 2018. Bought the warranty as well, come to find out a little over two years and three camshafts and a timing chain later my vehicle had a tune and no warranty will address it. The engine I’m told by VW is blown, literally, shot compression whole nine yards. The engine and cost of repairs they quoted me is more than car is worth. I can’t even trade it in and make up some portion of this loss. The car is literally no better than scrap parts now. Tried bringing this up to the GM who was very quick to dismiss me and told me nothing they could do. They’ve been unwilling to address my concerns or help, per my conversation with the GM. I am now out of a car and $18000 upside down on a car because they wheel and deal tuned vehicles, how are you going to sell warranties for a car you can’t/won’t check before hand? Not to mention all the money we have paid for the extended warranty that is absolutely useless to us now. The fact that they have been completely unwilling to even look into this further for us shows a lot about the kind of business they run. For as large of a company as Toyota is, I thought they had a reputation for being reliable and trustworthy. I will never trust this dealership again and will never recommend that any of my family or friends buy a car from them. This type of situation is exactly why people don’t trust dealerships. We feel like we were lied to and scammed. This is not just a case of a few thousand dollars worth of repairs being needed. If that were the case, I would just pay it to be done with this.The least they could do is try and work with us to help us get into another car. We know we are at a loss either way, but how is this our fault when we bought an unwarrantable car that was never disclosed to us. I had hoped that Toyota would at least try and work with us to make this situation right, but they could care absolutely less about us or any of their customers. They have been more than okay to take thousands of dollars from us over the years only to now leave us completely stranded.
