This Ace Hardware is the closest one to my house. I dislike big box stores in general, and I visit this store location at least once a week. Upon entering, I am always greeted by friendly employees, and on those occasions when I need assistance, a knowledgeable person is happy to answer my questions.

Very disappointed ordered some special Plastic Dip paint.Walmart has it for over $2 cheaper per can. Thats a serious price difference. They were not willing to price match so going back to wallmart.. I posted pictures to showing that Walmart will give that price without question..

Sometimes... its rare, but sometimes.... you have just what I needed. Changing a spark plug on my quad and needed a special spark plug removal tool. Located in the Lawn and Garden section. Comes ready to change 4 sizes. Thank you for having the knowledge to stock such a special tool.

Jim is one of the finest gentleman you will ever have the privilege to meet and do Business with. He is a rarity today, as he always treats you the way he would want to be treated, regardless of the situation. His business is quite a distance from where I live. Had what I needed. $2.39 for a 18cent hose clamp is a rip off. Home Depot is 17cents and Napa a box of 10 is 5.29.

They sell quirky things you just dont find at home depot or Lowes. I can get lost looking at everything I didnt know I needed.

A few weeks ago i came in looking for a fuse for my car (suggested by auto zone and advanced auto parts). I met Mitch ray and Bob. When Mitch couldn’t find what i was looking for he asked Ray and Bob. I felt very valued by their service and the amount of time they took to look. By also showed me how to use vice grips with out hurting myself! I’ll def be back!

Went in looking to extend my outside shower hose. The guy there was very helpful and at first he said theyd have nothing for it but after testing the threads it was a 1/2 FIP. The had nipples to fit it and a 16inch line.

Friendly staff and great customer service! Prices are a little higher than what you would find at a big retail store however I think thats part of being the small mom-and-pop independent owner. Sometimes its worth paying a little extra to help out the independent shops. I was picking up a spare key and the gentleman helping me showed me some really cool specialty keys, I had mentioned they were nice but I didnt want the extra weight and he pointed me out to this super lightweight titanium (or something) key! Its the little things like that I appreciate!

My car tire went flat so I went into Ace so see if someone could provide assistance in changing out a spare. I asked the guy in the paint isle for a helping hand and he told me that nobody in the store had time to help someone change out a spare tire. The store looked empty to me and I know he wasnt helping anyone. You guys should really learn customer service skills. I was willing to buy the tools you have to do it, lost sale there. I wont be going there anymore if thats how they treat people.

Awesome customer service and great people, had to replace a window pane. Of all the house projects I have done on my own replacing a window was a first. Their help saved me $350 just by doing it my self and those helpful experience. I love this store.

This is one of the best hardware stores in town. This Ace is the place with helpful staff to locate all those hard to find items you cant find at other warehouse style hardware stores. This store is at the top of the list. Check em out, Ace has really stepped it up!

I sometimes forget about Ace Hardware with the big box stores in the area, but I am just delighted every time I come to this location. Very helpful, friendly, and much easier to find things when I just need one or two parts. They have just about everything that I need to finish a project. Great, clean store!

5 Star customer service. I worked with Jay who was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to me describe the plumbing problem I was having and spent time gathering the parts I would need. Jay went above and beyond by giving me expert instruction to repair the problem. I had been working on the repair already for 6 hours that day. I wish I had started the day at Ace. After my visit to Ace, and Jays help, I was up and running in less than 30 minutes. Because of the outstanding customer service Ace has earned my business.

They couldnt have been more helpful with a somewhat strange request... I found that IKEA lampshades do not fit standard lamps as they are slightly larger than US lampshades. I needed a washer to accommodate the larger-sized opening. They helped me find a washer that would hold the shade up. Its the perfect fit and works like a charm. It actually looks pretty cool. Very pleased!

This store is the best. Personal and competent service. Always friendly service and the cashier, Joyce, has me so well trained with my Ace card I even have it when I travel. So much better here than Home Depot or Loweso. Fantastic selection of fasteners and plumbing and brass parts and o rings.

Im more rating this for my husband who LOVES the store but I guess that works out for me since he handles everything around the house so I appreciate him having an easy place to stop at that he loves where he can get everything he needs. I personally stopped here once myself and was helped very well which was great considering I didnt know what I was needing. All in all just a great little hardware shop. :D

Knowledgeable and stocked more than the big box stores like Home Depot for certain things, but also more expensive in many cases.

Have been coming to this Ace for years and always pleased...but not this week...I ask for DRY play sand for bottom of children s bounce -back toy..I was told that they had this and the helper placed a fifty pound bag in my car..It was over 100 hundred degrees out and the car was parked in a hot garage--no moisture.The next day went to use the sand --and it was extremely WET not moist WET--not good for our project at all..I called and was told sand collects moisture--from where? it was inside their store and then in the hot garage. It was not moist --it was WET....and will take a long time to dry out..WE do not have room to spread out 50 pounds of sand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Told if I didnt open it,it could be returned..well you have to open to see how wet it is....Very poor customer service and they have lost a steady customer.. Would not recommend this store..

Excellent customer service! The lady took apart my car remote, cleaned it, checked the battery and sold me a new battery, all for only $5.00! Contrast with Batteries Plus that: (1) didnt have the battery in stock, and (2) wanted to charge me $45 when they DID have it in stock!! Thank you Ace Lady! (I didnt get her name)

This is the worst Ace Hardware store anywhere. I have been to Ace Hardware stores all over the USA, and this is the only one where I have always found the staff blatantly rude and unknowledgeable. I figure that they probably have their employees and friends review them here because it seems there is no way real customers would rate them highly. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 star is because they have a good variety of small hardware like screws and such. Otherwise, their staff earns a 1 star rating from me for sure. There are the two other big hardware stores nearby, HD and Ls. Go there instead, and you will be much more satisfied. One more thing; This Ace Hardware store controls 10 exclusive parking spaces in the shopping center, and they dont allow any of the other stores to use them. That just gives you another indication of their unfriendly attitude. My advice? Avoid this store!

The store itself is alright. Poor location in a strip mall with a twisted, winding parking lot. Prices are too high! Limited selection.

The service is awsome and very helpful. Ive had to special order things and they are on time and honest and call you as soon as it is ready. For a little store it is organized and has the main things for projects and repairs.

Picking up hay for the goats

Away from my normal ace location but decided to stop in to have a key cut and pick up other supplies I needed. Friendly however refused to cut a key. I guess Ill head back to my local ace hardware. I tried another location wont do that again.
