The owner and staff were very polite and super helpful, you could tell that they were very knowledgeable. There is a great selection of products which are nicely priced. I also appreciated the section that desplayed/sold soaps and other items that were made by small businesses.

Every once in awhile you can find a gem in the area where you live. No one told me that this business existed. I stopped in thinking I could by some organic soap but little did I know this business sells ingredients to make your own soap. What a discovery! The shelves were full of a variety of ingredients and soap making tools. Im going home to create my shopping list and coming back!

Good place to buy. I purchased cocoa butter at Arizona Soap Supply. It is cheaper than most sites and larger quantity. Shipping is fast (2 day shipping). I had to order my supplies online so prices are not bad at all.Why I gave it 4 stars?I had to pay for shipping so I had to shop around other sites and compare pricesWhen the package, I was excited to open it and begin my soap making journey. When I opened it the package, there was a spill in the package. The container had a crack in it which caused the leak in the package (as shown in the pictures) and I ended up cleaning the container.

The experience here was bittersweet. The selection was great and an employee went out of her way to help us with an item that wasnt on the shelf but it was kind of a turn off to hear other employees in the back room saying F this and F that multiple times. I understand people have bad days but a little professionalism goes a long way when you have customers in your store. Well do our future business online since we dont live close to the store.

Not impressed by the customer service. Staff was rude. I will order online next time.I was in the shop yesterday. This was my experience. I understand if that is not your experience with you employees. I was asked to put gloves on before I was greeted. I understand and appreciate your awareness to keep other safe. The gentleman working was friendly to the other customers however he appeared to know them. The lady at the register lady and didnt say anything other than what is you name. My wife and I took an Intro to Making Soap class here. We initially talked to Norman over the phone. Have to admit, I honestly wasnt too sure what to expect and was concerned by some of the earlier reviews I read.Cut to the chase - GREAT STORE, Great Customer Service... excellent prices and stock. Wonderful, family-owned, local soap supply shop. I get all of my base oils, butters and some essential oils here and have for years.

Wonderful for bulk soap making supplies. They have a great supply of both fragrance and essential oils, also more specialized additives.

Love to have a local place that I can grab some of my soap making supplies and their selection is nice.

Besides having a large store filled with a delightful supply of all things needed for soaping, everyone there is always ready to help with any soaping questions Ive had. Whether its on their products or a question on soap making itself. And if they dont know the answer, Ive been given the personal help I needed where to find the answer! This place is amazing! Where have you been all my life??? I handcraft body butters and I needed shea butter. This place had it at a great price and much, much more. I highly recommend and I will be back!

Im in the beginning stages of learning to make CP soap and needed a few items to start. Although the drive was an hour long it was completely worth it. They had everything I needed and some I will be coming back soon to stock up on some more items as I advance my skills. The two gentlemen at the register on Tuesday 7/7/20 were very helpful. They also have great prices compared to online store, and a great selection of items.

We are so lucky to have a soap supply store like this in town. They provide great customer service and its much better supporting a local business than getting ingredients shipped in. Here are my soaps made with their base oils.

I have been making CP soap for about 3 year and I just found this store! I was blown away by the selection and the prices. It is about 30 miles from my home but it is worth the drive!This store had so many unique items that I had been wanting to test out. Update: Post Covid, I am very disappointed with this store. Requesting customers to wear the latex gloves they put out on a table by the door is absolutely disgusting and wasteful. Especially when your own employees arent even wearing their masks correctly and theres people in the store not even wearing gloves OR masks. I wont ever buy from this store again.Previous: I love this store! The employees are friendly and helpful. I can shop locally and get what I need right away.

This was my first visit, well worth the drive from North Phoenix.

Cashier full of herself and unable to run a register because she talks so much non stop. It took over 30 mins to ring up a few items for the one customer before me and keep talking with them while others were waiting.Her life sucks because she complains to everyone and seeks a lot attention. I left without buying anything- tired of waiting, the drama, and just had enough.Not a lot of soap supply stores round but I will gladly pay for shipping from another company.

Just drove an hour to get supplies. First time at this store and love it! The owners are super nice, very knowledgeable and treat you like theyve known you forever. Prices are really good too so I will definitely be buying all my soaping supplies here.

They have everything you could possibly need to make soap, bath bombs, sprays, anything you can think of in this genre. Scents, molds and Mica for days. The prices cant be beat, way cheaper than the internet and no shipping costs! I drive an hour just to get there, and its worth it every time. Staff is very knowledgeable and will help you with any of your questions. Their brand of scented oil throws scent better than any other oil Ive tried.

So many options, so little time. The staff is super friendly and theres a wonderful selection of options for making all manner of things! The best place for your soaping supplies. Their prices are reasonable. My wife makes her own soap, this is the only local place she goes to for buying her supplies. She has tried online places, but the shipping charges make their products far more expensive than Arizona Soap Supply.

I love this store. They have it all and they are always so friendly. I have been buying from them since they were at the smaller store. If I want quality, this is where I go. Trust me, you can purchase some of the things they have in store online or from big box retailers but you will pay more and you will be left with a poorly crafted product in the end.

I cant believe to took me a year to find this amazing place! I was going through another supplier and it was getting a bit pricey. Not anymore! Today was my first time in this store after sitting in the mall parking lot doing some soap supply store searches. They have everything I already use and a lot more. Vegan & Natural products is a big plus when making soap. Walked out with almost $200 worth of stuff. I will definitely be coming back to make more large purchases.

Arizona Soap Supply offers a wide range of soap making supplies with much to choose from and if they dont have what you are looking for they will do their best to get it for you as they have done for us many times. Exceptional customer service. We drive from Tucson to Chandler once a month for a supply run and I just email them a week in advance on what I need and the date I will be there and it is already sitting there waiting for me.
