I simply said the product was fake (yes it is a scam!) as a white lady with dark brown hair and glasses was passing out products and this lady chased me down. A EMPLOYEE RAN AFTER ME AND SCREAMED AT ME. i was four stores down. i was harassed. i am not making this up! this happened 6/13/21 around 4. look at those cameras. she demanded i tell her who told me that and kept following me into the food court. disappointed. DO NOT GO HERE. so unprofessional and unstable. awful products (my mother had bought them before). do NOT waste your time here.

Writing my first ever review just to say dont make eye contact dont hear out the sales pitch from anyone here. They run through every rude and obnoxious sales strategy in the book to get you to buy overpriced non-refundable skin care products.Even if youre just listening to be nice youre drenched in their goop by the time you find a polite chance to leave

The weirdest experience ever, the sales people were desperate to make a sale. I bought some products, & received a facial. The “Aesthetician” had a little setup in the back of the shop. She invited me and started talking about the products. I didn’t have time to relax. After an hour and half and after asking for a paper towel to wipe off the product from my hair I went back into the store front. Once I got to the counter the aesthetician brought out a whole line of products worth 8,000.00 and she dropped the price in half. I didn’t want it and she asked which product I liked the most, I said the heating mask. She offered it at 399.00 I said no and she added another product and the other salesperson dropped the price again and added another item.I think the product would sell well if the pressure of a sale isn’t there. And to top it off NO REFUND!!!! She salesperson HAND WRITTEN THE INSTRUCTIONS! And no refund! Run as fast as you can away from this little horror of desperation.

Community FYI: These workers dont wear masks and when they do they wear them improperly. Stay away!

Was walking by this place to Bath and Body Works and the man who was trying to hand out samples literally harassing us.

I have never actually been in the store for their services but I honestly never plan to change that. Every time I am at the mall, one of their employees is at their front door literally shouting (no joke, shouting) at me to get my attention, whether Im occupied or just walking by. I hate feeling harassed in that way and will never set foot in the place. If they want to attract more customers, I highly recommend changing the way they interact with passersby.

The product is way over priced. You can buy same stuff on Amazon for a lot cheaper. That girl tried to sell it to me for $700 Amazon?

I’ve been using Vine Vera products for the last 3 years and I absolutely love it. My skin has never looked so great. Recently I purchased their new Cabaret day cream and it’s a game changer to my well established routine. I can’t wait to get a the light therapy facial with Jacque. Highly recommend this store with your skin needs.

I live overseas, visited the PHX area for short visit and was to pick up this product for a friend. Drove about 50 miles from north PHX to get there (Oct 16) to find the store was open but nobody was there to sell anything. Adjacent store owner said they must keep store open but sometimes not there. No phone number on website. Who runs a consumer retail business like this?

Kirra is awesome and so is Jacque. Going Christmas shopping for the wife and stopped by this place. I purchased the salt scrub and cream earlier this year and they are both awesome products. Got the hand care kit today and looks promising! Really recommend to see Kirra though, good product knowledge and approachable and wont try to oversell on everything. Thank you!

I was shopping one recent Saturday in Chandler Fashion Mall and I happened upon a Vine Vera store. There were two young men standing at the storefront handing out samples and doing quick demonstrations. I allowed one of them, I believe his name was Ben, to demonstrate a product on my arm, I saw results so I agreed to go inside and learn more. The man had me watch a Dr. Oz video on his phone, was demonstrating different products on me all the while trying to convince me to purchase. When I told him I couldnt see spending that much he tried the buy this and I will throw this in trick. Finally I agreed to a one product on layaway. I put money down and was to return the following Saturday to pick it up. I arrived, the store doors were open, product was unprotected on the shelves (I checked to make sure they werent empty boxes) but no one was around. Who leaves a high dollar product unattended in an open store in a mall? Anyway, I waited nearly 20 minutes thinking someone was in the private room doing a facial as that is what a sign said on a door on the back wall of the store and a lady from a nearby store came by to tell me the store is closed and is never open on Saturdays.I tried to tell her I was just there this past Saturday and made arrangements for this day. She said she didnt work there or know anything about it. I then said if a store is closed, who opened the doors? She then got deer in headlight look on her face and said she was sorry and she didnt know, she was just asked to come tell us to leave and lock the door. Now, how did anyone know we were there to contact her to tell us to leave? Were they hiding in the back? Were they watching on camera? I dont know. Either way, they got my money I never got my product. I tried looking for phone numbers and corporate contacts to make a complaint and get things rectified and turned up nothing. I did find numerous complaints about the product and the apparent scam they are operating.

Their entire staff is extremely knowledgeable about skin care. Everyone who works there is so kind & friendly!
