The customer service gal, Katie, did a great job getting me scheduled right away and was very professional & friendly, which is hard to come by these days, so I really appreciate the awesome customer service she provided. I have got to say JJ was way above and beyond! First, he called 10 min out and was running early. I asked them at the shop to let him come, as long as I was notified. So he arrived 15 min early and was almost too cheerful for the hot day at noon. I could watch from my balcony and he did not dawdle, each trip back and forth to the truck was a necessary action, he was cool. When done, he gestured for me to come down. ALL of the insurance and scheduling which did take a few days, but I did not have an unsafe crack... yet, was handled by Reliable. He gave me the warranty, was concise in the aftercare instructions, and I was REALLY pleased.I tried to start my engine and it did not go. I had an issue I was aware of, but the simple solution did not work, He turned around and pulled in next to me and with my cables, jumped me! He was even off the clock and done for the day!! I went to my mechanic directly, did not change or get my purse. He told me to text him when I was done. THAT WAS SO ABOVE AND BEYOND!I tried a couple of places and settled on Reliable because it had MORE reviews and higher ratings than the others I was given. HECK yes, I will call them again and I recommend them without reservation.

I called in earlier in the week for a home window replacement. I used your company in Jan 2020 and the experience was wonderful so I figure I would go through you all again. Last year experience was wonderful as my wife was 8 months pregnant at the time and I had a 2 year old and we could not get all the glass out and the response was amazing. This experience was the complete opposite. I got a rough quote based on measuring the window early in the week and had an appointment the next day which I thought was going to be replacing the window which I was fine with it as I was able to seal the window off and the rep agreed with me as well. They said they would “squeeze” me into tomorrow schedule and get that fixed. The technician came out and he was here last year as well. This time though I almost felt second class. They said they were behind schedule and it would have to be later in the week to repair and I would get a quote and phone call later on in the week. Why did they not tell me on the phone it was just going to be a measurement? I never received a quote or a call to reschedule so called around and had another company come take care of it. I am giving a 3 star review based off both experiences.

3/4/21Needed a windshield replacement for a 2013 Benz that I would be paying for myself. Reliable was the medium price of the estimates for the windshield which needed glass with sensors. Great tech did the replacement quickly and on time. Gets better. Ten days later I noticed a windshield defect. They responded quickly and replaced the windshield again without any hesitation or hassle. I will use Reliable for all future needs.

Reliable Glass services the 100+ trucks for the company I work for. They are always friendly and professional when they show up at our business and do a great job. They will also will meet with our employees at their homes if that is more convenient. So when I had to replace the windshield on my personal vehicle, I had no reservations about calling them. They were even one of the 3 companies my auto insurance recommend. This is the second windshield I have had to replace this year and I take it to the Chandler location to have it done because of the sensors that have to be recalibrated. The staff there are just as friendly and professional as those in the field. Couple of the techs even recognized me from my work and gave friendly hello, good to see you.

My mom recommended them because she knows someone who works here so I figured I would use them Gus was an hour late to our scheduled appointment but since I needed my windshield replaced I had no choice but to wait he was friendly though and quick however since he replaced my window I have been getting invoices the first one was literally 4 months later and I received another last week threatening to take me to collections which upset me so again I called to speak to someone about because I don’t need a collection agency calling me about something that has been paid already literally the day of service. Probably won’t recommend because it was passed on to one rep to another and each time I had to explain the situation.

He texted me in the morning to give me a time window for the repair which ended up conflicting with my wife’s treatment schedule. I asked if he would be willing to meet me at a different location than the one I previously provided. I assumed he’d tell me that I need to contact the office to reschedule but instead, he told me he’d meet me at new location and take care of it there. I met this company through an insurance claim back it May. The guy that responded to my house was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. He thoroughly explained the warranty. Now fast forward to two months later, my rear window is blown out in a dust storm. I call the insurance company and this time, they referred me to a different well known company, but said I had the choice. Since I was so happy the first time, I chose to use Reliable again and was completely satisfied once again. Another professional employee came out and was a great representative of the company.Hopefully I don’t have to call on them again, but if I need auto glass again, Reliable is the one!

I recommend this glass company to all my friends and family. They do an awesome job with auto glass and home glass. I use them all the time for my windshield repairs, with chip repairs to replacement. I first started using them last year for a few chip repairs and a few months ago I had to replace my windshield. They do excellent work and very professional. I had another chip on my windshield and again they did a great job, I cant even notice it anymore. They also do home glass too, I recommended them to my mother and they replaced one her window glass. She said they did an excellent job ans also gave her a new sun screen too.

Employees do not know how to drive. Driver in car with license plate CJ-59679 almost caused an accident by cutting across 3 lanes, no blinker, during a red light, and with incoming cars on 35th and cactus. Then wants to get out to act tough while driving a work vehicle. Pathetic display.**In Response to reply :I called 3 times right after it occurred and I called 911 and filed a report. This technician could have cost your company thousands in a lawsuit. Disgusting.

I had Steve out at my house this morning. He was here bright and early and got things done. He even noticed that his vehicle was blocking my trashcans which were about to be picked up so he took it upon himself to go and move them to a more accessible location so the dumb truck didnt leave me high and dry. You dont see that kind of consideration or customer service very often. Will be having any future glass work done through here, solely because of Steve with the epic beard.

Best Glass Repair in the West!! I recommend this company for many reasons but mostly because of the owners commitment to complete glass repair no matter what the situation! What was initially an unfortunate experience turned memorable when my Porsche Panamera side window glass cracked. Because its a special edition, finding a replacement from the dealer or salvage was more challenging then finding a sale on Gucci handbags!! You can imagine. But then the owner and his tech Lawrence made everything a dream. The project wasnt complete for months because it took awhile to find the correct size but they kept us updated and made sure that everything got repaired. I also received a loaner car for a short while during the initial repair attempt. Its obvious that Reliable lost money on my job for which I was sad but it also was a gift to know that companies care about doing a job well done and are indeed reliable! Thankful for the entire team who recovered this project!

I drive a lot so a dependable mechanic and glass company are crucial. (I go through a windshield every 6-8 months.) Also since my car is my office, a company that can work with me is a plus.Reliable called me ahead of our schedule to confirm we are still on, called me the morning of the install with the mechanics schedule and kept in touch during the day. Oh, they also did a great job in the install.on a side note, my Dad retired from Safe-lite glass after 25+ years so I got to see what a professional company can be. Reliable gets it right. Great customer service. I called them on some questions I had on a classic car a 1941 Hudson Coupe. They said they would get back with me which they did that Same Day within an hour. Also I had Daryl and another gentleman named Frank come out work on my Hudson and put the back glass in and the quarter glass in with original rubber they did a great job very professional very easy-going guys to talk to totally appreciate their work.

While the glass installation was done satisfactorily, we were requested to bring in our vehicle to their location because they said a camera re-alignment were necessary. So I made the trek from Gilbert to their very west Chandler location during rush hour. I was provided a Lyft ride home where I accidently left my glasses case in the car. Lyft had provided a phone number to call, but since I hadnt scheduled the ride, I couldnt reach the driver. I asked Reliable to go to bat for me, which I believe they did. When I got back to pick up my car, I was told that the camera alignment wasnt actually necessary for my car. To the trip to and from, the lost glasses, never needed to happen if Reliable had only done their research. Im not blaming them for my forgetting my glasses, but Lyft was their contractor and they didnt come through for me. So Im out $400 for new glasses and a wasted buch of travel, and a waste of my day. All could have been avoided had Reliable been on their game.

They were such a great experience after having my huge tinted window shatter everywhere. They vacuumed out the glass and swept up the driveway where it had covered the area. Replaced it quickly and gave great instructions (which no other company has ever done for us before) and were polite and professional. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if the need arises. From setting the appointment to the very end - they were great.

My windshield had a major crack after being hit by a rock on the freeway so I scheduled an appointment with Reliable Glass. JJ Wishon came out to help me this morning and it was hands down the best experience I have ever had with a car repair. He texted me to say he was about 45 minutes out and that he would let me know when he was there. He called when he arrived and had the most cheerful and helpful attitude. He finished the job extremely quickly and it was very well done. As a female college student, I was so grateful to interact with such a polite and respectful employee. I called asking for a windshield replacement service 2 days in advance, the ladies seemed clueless sorry to say. I spoke to someone who hung up on me then the next lady I spoke with said they had nothing available, I asked when can you replace? she stuttered as if she wanted to say never...Will never call this place, they were nice but not helpful at all.

Every time I contact them to refer a customer to them the person who answers the phone is always very friendly. Since their customer service was so great, I decided to use them myself. As usual, scheduling was simple. They came to my office the next day. The installer was prompt, very professional, and did a great job.
