I had a windshield replaced by them in June of 2021, a few days after it rained and it leaked into the cab of my truck. I contacted them and they sent the installer back. He looked it over and said it was my sunroof leaking. I took the vehicle in to the dealer to have them look at it, as it’s still under warranty, and they found it to be the windshield. I contacted them and asked them to go to the dealer and look at what is wrong so that I could get my vehicle back. They set an appointment for the next day, and the girl setting the appointment was polite. The next day comes and I didn’t hear anything from anyone, then the weekend comes, still nothing. Finally Monday comes around and I get a call from my service advisor telling me that the windshield installer came but said he had to go get something, then never returned. Called 2U and they had a service manager call me back. He claimed “the dealer couldn’t find my truck so the installer left and he would send him out the next day. I disagreed with him and he had someone out the same day.The ended up replacing the entire windshield, I found glass shards and chunks all over my seats. I would assume they broke the windshield taking it out.They gave me $100 to replace the original windshield through them, I’d happily return it and never use them again. They couldn’t pay me $500 to use them again.

Great communication by text, phonee and email. Matt who was my rep. kept checking in on me to make sure I got the correct service on time. Good communication with my insurance as well. On time and great work.

I couldnt have asked for a better glass company. Filed the claim for me through my insurance which was very convenient. Set up an appointment to replace my windshield the next morning and offered to come out to my office. I was able to work and not miss a beat and in not time at all everything was complete and back to perfect. I highly recommend this company to anyone and will absolutely use them again. 10/10

Only one of 5 companies I called to get a price quote for window tint that actually called back. Got a very reasonable quote and follow up call to schedule. They even offered to pick up car and drop back off at my house for no additional charge. This was a great fantastic service!! They also took care of calling ins company and got the windshield replaced at the same time. Every one I dealt with was very nice and all about customer service. The prices were good and the windows look great. Would definitely recommend their services.

Absolutely phenomenal service, the best. All within a couple days 2 U Glass processed my request and got me safely back on the road with no hassle or lingering questions. As a skeptic who has had a troubled past with glass companies, 2 U seemed to good to be true, but lo and behold the process was smooth like butter.

Had my car windows tinted here and was very pleased with the results. Two other companies never even returned my calls, now Im glad they didnt. Appointment set up was easy and price was exactly what was quoted. Quality was excellent and communication and turn around time was good. I was in the market for windshield replacement in my new vehicle when I received a random text - I provided appropriate details of the fact that I was told it was back ordered and no eta, I was assured they could get it. I had to conference call with my insurer and even asked if this “would along of claim” is normal and was told yes, but I told glass place I don’t want to bother doing this if they can’t get glass- I went along as I was assured they could find it , less than 24 hours we are advised it is back ordered with no eta!!! Had to call back insurance and really put out by this tactic

They came to my house for the replacement and did a good job . When I got up to go to work it was done and looked great. They took care of everything with the insurance as well. No fuss or bother for me.

The company coincidentally texted me a couple of days after my windscreen sustained a large rock chip. They handled the insurance, scheduled efficiently, called prior to arrival and fixed the chip to my satisfaction. All in all a very painless experience, would highly recommend.

I go offroading a lot so Im always picking up rocks and dings in my windshield and had a huge crack in mine it for months. Id put off doing anything about it because Im super busy but the crack finally spread across to the drivers side and I had to get it done. They made the process really easy and handled the whole insurance part, and Ray came out and installed my new glass literally the next day. Im sure Ill be picking up more rocks at some point so I will definitely call them again when that happens.

Easy to make the appointment, had a change the day before and they modified my work order to come when I would be available. Technician called before coming and arrived on time. Had the new windshield installed, explained the restrictions about not driving for a half hour, no car wash for 4 days and remove tape in 24 hours. Service was excellent and received follow-up call within a day or two to make sure everything went well and no problems.
