So my experience with this company has 2 parts. I used this company 2 times, first time was awesome. The second time however has been nothing but horrible and irritating. I was first promised by an employee Gene that I would get a check when they did the install for using their service a second time after they called me trying to strum up business. After a great first experience I said hey why not. So the installer arrived with no check. Spoke to Gene again while installer was there and he said he shouldnt have told me that and made a mistake. I said ok just get it mailed out. We move forward to 2 weeks after install no check in the mail. Called and spoke to Jim he acted as if I was bothering him by calling and also explained that the employee shouldnt have told me what he did. I asked why it has taken over 2 weeks to get the check in the mail, his response I just havent got around to mailing them yet but insured me that Wednesday he would mail it out. 5 business days later nothing, call back and Jim tells me he still hasnt got around to mailing it out and insisted he would mail it today 10/17/2017Stay far away from this place as they do not stand behind their word and actually treat you like you are in the wrong for asking for something you were promised.

Jim and his team were amazing. They walked us through the process and made us feel very comfortable. The installer was very polite and did and amazing job. Whenever my friends and family needs a windshield replaced we call Desert Auto Glass.
