And there are 2 people to thank for that - Richard in the paint department and Mike in the plumbing.Richard has helped us pick the paint for our entire interior of our home and has been so helpful with giving us pointers on which materials to purchase. Thank you Richard!!Mike has been so patient in helping us build this custom plant stand. He went out of his way (on a few different occasions/days) to cut the pipes, put it together, and help us find matching pieces, etc. It turned out so great, I just had to attach a photo. Thank you mike!! This Home Depot has the best, hardest workers!

Sierra was AMAZING. Everyone else was not. The lead cashier was horrible. I was there on 9/18 around 6:30pm. I was trying to do a price match (per home Depot policy) and she told me they didnt do price matching. I have gotten the same item priced matched before and I explained that to her. She then said, well sometimes we price match but Im not going to do that today. I was shocked to say the least. I stepped away and then went to customer service and thats when Sierra helped me. She had no problem doing the price match and she was so pleasant and professional.

Im not one to write reviews in general, but I have had my fill with this store. I ordered a countertop through a competitor early August and that competitor never sent the order over to their vendor to be built. Ended up running over across the street to Home Depot, expressed my concern with our previous purchase and was told we would not have any issues. Purchased the cabinets and I thought our countertop as well. After four weeks without any update I called the Home Depot and another department took my call. They told me that my countertop was never paid for. I called the following day, because even after leaving a message no one called me back, and spoke to our original salesperson. Made the payment through her and thought we were all good. Two weeks later I get a call from her. She claims that she lost her notes and all of our specs were lost. I had to go through all dimensions with her again and cross my fingers on whether they were going to be put through to their vendor this time. It is now been three weeks since that debacle and I just called in for an ETA. Absolutely no one in their department or the appliance department to help me. Im at a loss. I just want our darn countertop. Its been almost 8 weeks.

Had a great experience this morning. Did I mention this is probably the best H.D this side of the Mississippi.

Laziest employees in lumber, compared to any other location, but they did have the lumber we needed. Unfortunately, it was like pulling teeth to get any assistance, which took a long time since we needed them to move the 2×6 16 footers down with a forklift. Once that was done, we were on our own! Not one LAZY employee offered to help. I only gave 2 stars because of the availability of lumber. And the employees we dealt with near the Contractor Pickup were rude as hell. Lousy customer service!!! I would only shop at this store again if we were forced to due to lack of supply elsewhere. And to add insult to injury, the cashier kept my $20 4-way garden hose splitter, which I paid for, because it wasnt with everything else when I returned home (40 miles away). Ugh!

Takes all my money and some how always find myself going back.

Chris Bishop is a great manager and helped us when our bathroom vanity came in broken. It was a frustrating experience and he went above and beyond to help us get another vanity. He was very communicative and we thoroughly appreciate all his help. Our next vanity came on time and with no major damages. We will continue to shop at this Home Depot!

I went to the Home Depot on Arizona and Ocotillo looking for some hardware needed to build a swing set. I was having a difficult time finding everything I needed so I asked for some help. Larry in hardware came right away and was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He found all the parts I was looking for and I was on my way. Recently purchased a propane grill I had my wife pick it up so I didnt get to look at it before taking it home whoever assembled her at Home Depot shouldve seen the damage I will never purchase something from here again shouldve stuck with Lowes or Walmart smh

We recently went into this location to order a patio set. When finalizing the order, the girl helping us called over a young man named, Kellin, to help complete the order, as we wanted the set delivered assembled, to our home & she was not aware of how it could be delivered assembled. Kellin explained the process, thoroughly. What at first sounded a bit complicated, worked out perfectly!! An employee like Kellin is hard to find. He was friendly, helpful, intelligent & definitely knew his job. We just want to thank Kellin for wonderful customer service! I hope he gets to see this review.

Parking a Truck of any size at this location is tuff but everything else was fine.

I had to share my exceptional experience I had at this particular location in Chandler. From the moment I parked, I was asked if I needed help by a Garden Center Employee who was watering the plants but was paying attention and noticed I was about to unload a cooler for an exchange. I declined the help, then a customer offered to help me, and I politely declined, and again, the Garden Center Employee insisted he help me, and HE DID! He stayed with me throughout the entire process. What a great employee and asset to your company. I thanked him and he said your welcome we love to help great people like you! I almost cried with such a sweet response from him. Everyone that day was exceptional. From the customer service rep to the guy who helped fetch my item that was sitting on a shelf 12 feet high!!Ive never had such an experience at any Homedepot, ever! Your location should be the exampl of what the other locations should be doing. The customer service rep DID NOT make me feel bad for the return. She didnt question me to the point I felt like I was doing something wrong but rather she did her job, followed company policy, and sent me on my way feeling over joyed and content! I live 25min away from this location but I will make that trip from here on out! I hope a CEO or someone in upper management sees this review and gives this location a Huge Pizza Party and every employee at this location gets a $50 homedepot Gift card! I love you all so much and appreciate everything you do!

Im a transgender woman and every person there recognized my gender. They were helpful, friendly, and supportive. One of them even asked me my pronouns! I often go out to hardware stores as I do a lot of woodworking and handy work. This is not a normal thing most places I go despite wearing obviously female clothing, make-up, and carrying my purse. It made me feel so welcome! I will now go to this store just because they did this. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I recently went to rent a carpet cleaner from this store...it was an amazing customer service experience. Unfortunately I work late evenings and wasn’t able to make it to the store until near closing time (8:15/8:30). We were greeted by an really friendly Associate named Ty who helped us pick out what we needed and even showed us how to use it. We took it home and it worked great. Upon return the following day, Ty was there to greet me again and take care of the turn-in. Really smooth experience from start to finish....Ty you did a great job. Home Depot, make sure you recognize this guy! We’ll be back to this store soon.

I came here because the one I usually go to was out of what I was looking for, they were out of stock, so I had them order it to the store. I had set up a time to pick it up, and arrived at that time. After waiting in the customer service line for 30 additional minutes, due to there only being one cashier. Once it was my turn, I was told the item hadn’t been picked yet, and would have to wait for the worker a kid named gage to go pick it. Fine with me, however as he walked off he told me next time I need to wait to get a call or text to come get it. I told him maybe next time he should be more assertive and have it ready to go at the pick up time. He then walked back to the cash register and told me to go pick my own item. The item was never ordered by their employee in the first place! What a joke and no manager to deal with only a clueless assistant manager that I’ve had to explain the story to twice now, and counting.

Its a great HD. Lots of plants and flowers right now. Have used their special order with delivery to store. Not hard to find what you need. Good/fair return policy.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and when I do the service here is not that good at all. In the returns area there is a guy who works the late night shift who wears glasses and he is rude. I had to tell him to calm down because he was being rude to me. ThereIs also a blonde hair girl who works there when I needed help she was flirting with the returns guy instead of having him do his job. The returns guy has gotten way better but the girl easily distracts his and that is not okay. This is not how you run a business. If you are dating please keep it professional and not at work.

One of the largest and nicest Home Depots that I have ever been to. I just bought a house in Maricopa and needed new blinds and while I forget the guys name who assisted us, he was absolutely AWESOME! The blinds that we wanted were on the top rack of the steel so he grabbed a lift and retrieved them quickly, cut them all down to size all the while keeping a friendly and positive attitude. I spent $800 on that trip and a few days later another $500 and I have to admit that I will continue to visit this store even if another one opens closer to my new home.

I visited the store many times for projects, repairs, and parts. Today was the first time I have rented equient from the store. Frankly, its the best experience I have ever had in the store. I was helped by George, he was knowledgeable and concerned about my needs. Helping me to navigate choices that made my project easier and affordable. Cant say enough positive things. THANKS GEORGE!

Just moved down from LA--came to these guys for materials to build a sound studio, and was really blown away by their knowledge and friendliness! My dude at the equipment rental center (cant remember his name, but will find it) was awesome, and Jose in lumber was just a wealth of knowledge and super helpful in answering all my questions to point me in the right direction design-wise. Along with Josh I think his name was, also helped me load 50-something 2x4x10s into the box truck I rented from them. Will definitely be coming back to this store because of them, these guys made it a really great first experience.

Been in to this store I would say at least 30 or 40 times. The employees are flat out rude and unhelpful at all. Witnessed them standing around talking about customers, while claiming to be too busy to help anyone. Granted most things are in stock because they have at least one of an item, but hardly have enough. Started shopping Lowes across the street and its a breath of fresh air. I will not shop this location again.

These guys run the tight but right ship. All you need is available upon request.

Mixed review, staff in kitchen cabinets are rude and disinterested in helping customers. We were in store, told he was with customer, couldnt be bothered telling us anything else just that appts are into early Feb.. Waited an hour then left. Husband went in during the next week, middle of week, and ran into same guy. Husband did not have a chance to say a word but he told husband that there are no apps till mid Feb. He was not with a customer at that time nor was a there anyone waiting. Needless to say we are ordering cabinets from LOWES.

Really informed helpful staff members. Always well stocked, products are high quality, plenty of parking, loading assistance. Guys in the gardedn center were polite and very helpful with plant information.

Riotous, 40 employees in the store but your waiting standby for 20 mins because ONE (1) person has a forklift certification for the LPG outside fork?!?! Mediocre service overall at best, but thats become Home Depot overall. To those employees in their depts who KNOW their depts, dont take this personal.

Lowes always used to be my go-to place, but not anymore. Home Depot always seemed to be more focused on the contractor side of things, but now they appeal to the homeowner and do-it-yourselfers. Pricing and selection is really good.
