I get my dogs food here and my first pair of adult overalls. Always good prices and a broad selection of tools. If you like guns or archery they got that too. Also there are always chicks and bunnies for the kids.

Excellent service. Always does what I ask. Top notch shop. There are other barbers close r to me but Jasons is my choice to go. Even with a 30 mile drive. That should tell you all you need to know. Just go you will love it.

Random fact: if you are a cat owner and buy pine pellets, Rural King is the place to save money on cat litter. I buy the horse pine pellet bedding for 5 dollars and its literally the same thing we but at 10 dollars or more at stores just because it has a cat on the bag and is labeled natural litter. I like saving any money I can, and I thank Rural King for helping me save about $110 dollars a year on just this one need.

Nice store, not a lot of workers around the store but can definitely ask for help at the register and theyll call someone over.Nice and organize . Love to shop for toys, beds , and things for my cats and dogs.

The prices and selection are great! But the staff will keep you coming back. Seriously the customer service is second to none. Karen and Michelle have gone above and beyond to help with anything needed. Very knowledgeable in the fun barn as well. I highly recommend this store in Champaign, IL.

Good place to get car batteries and whatever else you might need

Got baby chicks here they were very good helping pick them out and the service was great and very friendly. We even talked about how to introduce the babies in with the other babies with the mom chicken

The place was going through some sort of reorganization, as there was disorder and stocking notes all over the store. I did find what I was looking for though. I think too we have to remember that this is a utilitarian store, not a glitzy store.Although not their main product line, they do have a great candy selection!

I have always like shopping here until I saw Dave, one of the managers. He treats the employees there in a disrespectful way and even the customers at times. That guy has a serious issue and is unpleasant to be around. Other than him yelling every five minutes, I really enjoy the store but it would be a lot better if he wasn’t there having a fit over nothing.

Champaign rural king needs to evaluate some store managers. Tyler or Kyler, couldnt catch his name exactly, was rude and very unprofessional when another employee asked for help. She ended up getting the dog food I needed from the bottom of a full pallet with my help. He just walked away and told her to get it done.

I wish we had one in my town. I go whenever I can. They have a wide variety of products and my family appreciates the faith based products.

This place has everything you need for working outdoors and indoors plenty of tools, clothing, ppe and more. I feel like this is more of an ad than a review but I really enjoy shopping here! Id give it 6 stars if I could. Staff is friendly and keeps shelves stocked which is a huge plus. Overall just a great store. They also usually have live animals of some sort. I dont raise chickens or rabbits but seeing them is always really cool to me.

The product I was looking for is there which I did not find in the other store I went to. They are also practicing social distancing and wearing of mask. I am also amused by the chicken footsteps on the floor.

Rural King has Great people willing to help anytime. Always well stocked. I really like shopping at Rural King. And dont forget that they also have RK Guns. Com as well! Always Great deals there as well.

Its taken me a while to learn to check Rural King prices before simply heading to Lowes. The last year I saved around $100 on lawncare stuff like fertilizer, herbicide, and insecticide. Same stuff as the bigger stores just cheaper. They have a nice selection of power and hand tools. I found a great deal on a Milwaukee set of drivers and accessories last fall. Also where I bought a couple Stihl yard tools. Work gloves, boots, clothes. And the kids and I always take a quick trip near the back to see the chicks and usually a rabbit or two.

A lot of stuff to choose from and reasonable prices but could use a face lift and cleaning. Like the store.

This store never has the kind of rabbit food for my rabbit. Also the staff are not very friendly. They never greet you when you walk in the door. They just stare and say nothing. Ill be going someplace different from now on

When I find a product on line I need, I show it to an employee and they share their knowledge and find the best product for me needs.

Standard farm store. Only issue is what has become across the nation. Low ammunition products on shelf. Staff was very assistive when placing a new safe into my car.

We shopped here all pandemic and had wonderful experience until last week. Apparently the heath department hollow threats have made them choose to ignore individual constitutional and legal rights over enforcing Illegal government mandates. Im truly sad for America, and the troops I worked with over my 28 years of service. Rural King, please dont say you support our troops as you facilitate the stripping of our freedoms.

Very much liked RK in Champaign. The inventory there was much better than other stores. Good prices on some of the match. However I suppose it is that this location is larger with more square footage. Associates were helpful and polite.

It was difficult for an employee to track down where a particular item was. They could tell they had it in stock and had sold some this month, but no idea where it was. After we checked 3 entirely different sections of the store, we found it on a temporary shelf in the middle of an aisle. You would think the associates computers would tell them where an item is. The employee was very nice and did not give up on finding the item, but the stores system could be better.

Good product. Store clean. It should not take over 2.5 hours to pick up a gun that is paid for and all paperwork is done. No chairs to accommodate all customers waiting. I wasn’t the only one. Lots of people really upset for long lines and negativity from customers. Management could have fixed this but still understaffed I feel.
